We had a 2 bedroom apartment, in the first floor, with local views. The beds were comfortable with hotel quality bedding. There was a well equiped kitchen and bathroom with a spa bath and separate shower. The living area had 2 large comfy sofas. Really lovely spaces. Parking close to room. On the main road out of town, excellent location for us as close to the hospital, botanic gardens and the centre of town but the other end of town from the beach. Host friendly, professional and helpful. We will stay here again.

Good place to stay - gave us an upgrade which was really appreciated after little sleep on the ferry/previous motel. Nice spa bath, good parking for a big Ford ranger Ute. Big spaces, not very long but nice and wide. Good location No traffic noise Comfy bed

Only thing but not an issue as the unit heated up fast with the heat pump and fan heater in the room The heating could have been turned on to warm up the room before we arrived - but no worries as it warmed up within an hour or so.

The host was very kind and extended grace to us when he heard about our situation with the rental car. Overall the facilities were very sufficient and clean. We were very comfortable and we're glad we found this place when we needed a place to stay for the night

The showerhead is fixed to the wall and has an odd way of switching on and off that has to spray cold water before switching off.

Lovely Spacious Room with a very comfortable bed and two relaxing armchairs and a well stocked kitchen. Full Sky pacjage with built in google chrome casting. Internet speed was good and had no issues.

My only gripe was the shower head was low and the height couldn't be adjusted, being over 6ft I had to bend down. Also a little more storage surface for our toiletries would be good.

Staff were awesome! So welcoming and kind! Everything we needed, perfect for a rest and reset on our way to Bluff. Multiple tvs meant we could watch different sports games at the same time. Beds were super cosy and the heat pump kept the entire unit toasty all night and morning!

The receptionist was very nice, and the location is very convenient. The space both inside the room and outside are big enough. We parked easily outside the door of our room. The kitchen and bathroom are both have everything that we need

Room was large, tidy and warm. Free tea, coffee, milo, hot chocolate, lollies.

Only con was the jug has been left on an element by a previous guest so wouldn't work but staff quickly remedied it and replaced it.

Great property with nice maintenance, complete kitchen amenities, they also provide convenient laundry service. Location is decent for those who drives.

Would be great to have a day bed instead of convertible sofa bed

Quiet, spacious, modern unit. Two comfortable sofas in the living area! Friendly manager. Comfortable beds. On main route through Timaru but not far from C.B.D.

Great big rooms, lovely spa bath in room. Owners were very accommodating and set up some extra beds for our stay. We were a large netball team and felt very welcomed. Nice wee courtyard to spend some time out in the sun.
