The location is great! Less than a minute walk to the tram. We had the superior double room so it was big enough for normal French hotel rooms.

The cleaning wasn’t up to standards daily. Some days it was good other not. Breakfast was ok could see some improvements.

Great location! It took me less than 5 mins to walk with my suitcase from the hotel to the tram to head to the airport in the morning. Hotel is near the Nice Etoile mall, and I felt safe walking in areas nearby the hotel. Lovely room! Clean, and nice sheets. I was only there for one evening but I really enjoyed the hotel and would stay there again!

The breakfast was good, the location is perfect as the hotel is a ten-minute walk away from the beach. The cleaning women did an amazing job every day during our stay.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — from the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The room was compact, super clean, and very comfortable — had everything we needed. Perfect location — right in the city center, next to the main street full of bars, restaurants, and shops. The beach is just a short walk away! The staff were incredible — very friendly, open, and polite. A special thanks for offering us an early check-in as we arrived ahead of time — we really appreciated it! Breakfasts were delicious and not the typical French style — not just croissants and jam, but a proper hearty breakfast with bacon, eggs, and a great variety of options. The hotel is very well located — close to a shopping mall and just a few steps away from a lively street filled with shops, restaurants, and cafés. It’s in a quiet area, which was one of our specific requests, and that was a big plus. Overall, it offers good value for money: the rooms were comfortable, breakfast was very good, and the whole stay was pleasant.

The internet was slow, and there is no on-site parking. Street parking is often busy, and the alternative is the shopping mall’s parking with a discount — still quite expensive, though that’s common for Nice. Our superior room, while comfortable, was rather simple and not particularly stylish. The air conditioning worked but made a strange noise, which made us avoid using it.

The location is perfect - 800m to the center, beach, and train station. In the quiet neighborhood, 2 tram stations are on the 100m - lines 1 and 2 so you have a direct connection to the airport (25 min) and center (1-3 stations). Breakfast is ok, the staff is friendly. In front of the hotel, there are 2 restaurants with good prices, and Lidl is about 350m. The bathrooms are clean.

The sound isolation and floors are terrible. When someone walks in the room above you, you can hear their footsteps, and you hear very loudly every closing of the doors on the floor. The rooms are small but we knew that at the start. The doors, furniture, windows, and curtains are old, but the beds and pillows are ok.

It was truly a great value-for-money hotel. The location was excellent — right next to the main shopping street, within walking distance to both the sea and the train station, yet still very quiet. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to start the day. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always helpful. They made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. On the day of check-out, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel with peace of mind and enjoy the city a bit more. We also appreciated being allowed to check in early, as the room was ready before the official check-in time. Special thanks to the team for their warm hospitality and professional service — it really made a difference.

Very good location in town - close to main street, Old town and sea. Direct tram's from airport stop just a few hundred meters away. Impressive old building, quite half-pedestrian street very close to main street. Rooms cleaning at daily basis. Good breakfast. Helpful staff

Not enough plugs in a room for lap-top/phones chargers, not all existing plugs are working. WiFi, even if worked better some hours, generally was a disaster. Breakfast was good, but exactly same menu every morning, staying for a longer time some variability in menu would help. Part of hotel (which consists of two separate combined buildings) has no elevator, steps are high so for some it could be a problem.

A very nice hotel with an excellent location: everything you need is accessible by foot (train station, old city, promenade, groceries, restaurants etc.). The room was well-furnished and clean. Cleaning was made every day. Also, a big advantage is the availability of unlimited drinking water. The personnel were very friendly and helpful, special thanks to all of them. After the check-out, we were able to leave our luggage in the hotel before the flight time.

The mosquito net of the room’s window was damaged.

Perfect location. 2 min walk from Jean Medicin tramstation (the number 2 line from and to the airport) and near to everything from shopping area, to good restaurants and a 10 min walk to Promenade d'Anglaise. Very comfy bed. Maybe too warm duveet:) Good breakfast choices with good hours for it (7-10). Very good value for money. Nice staff

The mini cosmetics. Would have been enough with one soap for the trip, everyday the cleaning lady took the little opened soap and left another. It seems such a waste. Same with the towels, it was nice having new ones daily but if better hanging options (lot of free space for hangers in the toilet) could have dried with the same one like home. As u can see not too much to complain about
