Our stay Radisson Blu Waterfront went above our expectations! We found the location of the hotel quite convenient, just opposite the central stations for easy access to a food court and super markets and less than 15 minutes walk away from Gamla Stan. The hotel itself is quite modern and beautifully furnished. But what really made our stay was the front desk staff, who has been extremely kind and available - from letting us checking in ahead of time to lending umbrellas on a rainy day. We would definitely come back to this hotel if we happen again in Stockholm.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel in Stockholm for two nights just a month ago, and we’re still talking about the experience. From start to finish, everything about our stay was exceptional. First and foremost, the breakfast buffet deserves a special mention — in my opinion, it’s the best breakfast in Stockholm. The variety, quality, and freshness of the food were unmatched. From local specialties to international favorites, every dish was prepared with care and attention to detail. A heartfelt thank you to Chef Rashim, whose culinary skill elevated our mornings and set the tone for the day. We also want to extend our gratitude to the smiling lady at the front desk during our check-out. Her warm and professional demeanor added a personal touch to our departure and made us feel truly valued as guests. The location of the hotel is unbeatable — centrally situated with direct access to the Arlanda Express and just steps away from the waterfront. The room was modern, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the city. In every way, the Radisson Blu Waterfront exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Stockholm — whether for business or leisure — and we’re already looking forward to our next stay.

Hotel staff were great at check-in. Gave us a room with a nice view. It was also spacious and comfortable. The location is great. A short walk to Central Station and the Arlanda Express. Also great for T-Centralen trams to the museum district and subways to Södermalm. You can walk to Gamla Stan either down past Central Station or via T-Centralen and Drottninggatan. The Radisson Blu Royal Viking is very near, (both hotels are adjacent to Central Station) which was confusing on arrival. Although the area is urban and not pretty, the convenience of nearby facilities and easy access to all areas of the city makes it very worthwhile.

Not a lot of storage facilities for unpacked clothes in the room, but the room was big enough to work around that.

the location is 10 meters to central station,you can go most of the popular places on foot if you wear properly in the cold weather.beds were comfy,everywhere is clean.staff are friendly.very delicious food at restaurant.special thanks to Hüseyin and Panos.the staff at the reception and at the loby bar, thank you.the view from our room's window was georgeus.breakfast was enough,but not so our type of food.tap water is drinkable.bring your own slippers.room was celaned ever day.the photos in the rooms were very nice. bathroom was celan. the room was very warm.we liked everything about the hotel.we want definitaley to visit this hotel again.

The location was perfect, walking distance from the old town (15 min.) and right by the bus station and the metro. Very convenient. We appreciated the goodies and fruits at the reception, the gym was very nice. The room was clean and the curtains keep the room pretty dark in the morning. Soundproofing was good too.

Our main dislike was that this hotel has no AC. The room gets too hot, even if fans can be borrowed. Check-in process was not as smooth as we expected... Having to go through self check-in because the staff can't see if the room is ready in their system seems weird to us. The beds were way too hard for us. The shower floor is too flat, water does not drain properly and we had to deal with a puddle after every shower.

I do not live in the UK. The location of the hotel for all forms of public transport was excellent. The reception staff knowledgeable and helpful on all questions asked. The other staff polite, professional and smiling! Breakfast was nice, with a satisfactory selection of food groups. I had a spacious and spotlessly clean bedroom. The shower unit well designed and the products provided excellent.

The open "wardrobe" area had been designed for male clothing. Dresses and skirts are longer than 40 inches. There was no drawer space at waist level for lingerie or other items in the bedroom.

Great location (right outside the Stockholm Central station), the usual professional Radisson experience, comfy beds, cleanliness.

Just a few miniscule issues: - Shower head leaking at its base - Bedsheets were a bit too plasticy, caused static charge - No way to disable the ventillation system in the room, the constant airfow was a bit disturbing. Again, these are minor complaints.

Location perfect close to central train station I ordered Food for dinner was really delicious Room size quite nice I would like to say big thanks for only 2 staff receptionists under names (Loen and Amanda H) both were really helpful.

No AC in the room My main issue with the hotel receptionist they are very rude although i paid a lot for my accommodation reception not helpful and not smiling open our check in i requested for someone to help us to carry bags and requested me to pay extra charges , also they didactive my room cards daily although i paid for hall 4 nights and I went to one of the receptionist name Riza for explanation of deactivation he reply rudely and ask me to check with hotel management and he told that is not his job.

Absolutely incredible hotel stay in Stockholm. Room was large, clean, incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. We checked in at the front desk with Gigi who continued to go above and beyond for our stay at Radisson Blu Waterfront. She was lovely and chatty, even upgrading our room to a view of the water and later giving us a morning of free breakfast. Best hotel breakfast I have ever had - everything you could ask for with incredible flavours and a beautiful dining room. Dreaming of coming back immediately - and next time would 100% pay for breakfast!
