We had a good rest at the property; it was not noisy during the busiest Christmas time. The little kitchen had cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, and essential appliances. The bedroom was separate from the living room, with working air conditioning. The shower was a good size. The small balcony for early breakfast was lovely. The property was comfortable for two people. The refreshing pool on the roof with a fantastic ocean view was well maintained and a beautiful spot for sunset. We are very thankful for the cleaners who worked so hard during this time of year. The undercover and locked-up car park in the building was a big plus for us!

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was fabulous! We had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and understanding regarding the effects of the total power outage (36 hours) due to the storms. We appreciated the nice bottle of wine and offer for a free night when we stay for more than two nights next time! The rooftop swimming pool was great too.

I would have liked to have a sheer curtain on the windows in addition to the main heavy curtain as it was all or nothing for privacy with the centre courtyard aspect. Otherwise, great!

Very easy to check in. Instructions provided to us in advance. Accommodation was situated directly above a number of nice cafes, restaurants and clothing stores.

On the morning of the second day, some construction seemed to be happening on the floor above which was noisy. Each morning, birds chirp relatively close to our window which was noisy. Finally, I don't like how the rooftop pool closes at 8pm each day. It should ideally be lit up at night and close later...at 10pm or so.

The room was very comfortable and 5 mins to the main street and to the Marina with restaurants, cafes , supermarket and shops all close by. Nice to walk around the foreshore and close to activities. Room was an apartment with kitchen and laundry. Very well equipped.

There was a need for more hanging space and some drawers in the bedroom. The bedside tables were stools and a very small hanging space. There were a few shelves and we had to move extra blankets and towels so we could put our clothes there, and just mainly lived out of our bag.

The location is fantastic. You exit the building on one side right among restaurants, cafes and shops. On the other side it is a short walk to the marina. We only took the car out once. The superior queen room was a comfortable size for two. A nice big TV in both living and bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped with quality appliances so you can self cater easily, although there are some very good restaurants nearby. We loved the pod coffee machine. (Two Bobs Bakery is nearby and they sell great croissants). The roof top pool was great, with a beautiful view.

It was fairly warm to hot and the air conditioner in the living room really did not cool down the bedroom. We used the fan all night each time. The building is not new and our shower was a bit rusty and leaked a little bit. The bar fridge freezer was iced up.

There was no view except a court yard from our room. This was disappointing. Due to the location, I thought we would have had some view of the bay or even the streets we felt isolated in the rooms. It would have been nice to sit outside and watch the bay and / or the beautiful streets below. When we booked the accommodation, I was under the impression that we would be able to see more than a court yard, that we were unable to access directly from our room, we had to lock up our room and walk along 2 corridors just to go in the court yard. This wasn't worth doing, so we just stayed in our rooms when we wearnt shopping and sightseeing. Overall- beautiful accommodation

Great location. Bed king and extremely comfortable.

No one man's reception. Access is by key pad and that is located at thigh height, black key pad and dark numbers. We had massive trouble getting the lift 1 to work. Number 3 key is over used. Everyone we spoke to all said they had trouble using keypad. Garage remote also not working. Fob did work. Only 1 fob for an apartment that sleeps 4. Missing a bread n butter plate and a teaspoon, to make up a 4 place setting. For the money per night I would expect better.

Fabulous location. Great value for money. Undercover parking. We enjoyed our stay at Nelson Towers Motel very much.

We have been going to Port Stephens for many years but I don't think we will be going back. This has nothing to do with the accommodation, which was fantastic and actually included undercover patking. but more with having to pay $4.50/hour for street parking wherever you go in the area.

These units are in the best location in Nelson Bay, right across the road from the beach, park, shops and eateries. Undercover parking is available and every facility Nelson Bay offers is at your doorstep.

The rooms are older and while we had a couple of toilet issues management fixed them immediately. There is no one on site to assist with check in and other issues but they are only a phone call away and are very receptive.

Check in was quick easy and friendly and I thought it was a nice touch to accompany me to my room and turn on the lights for me. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh, a bit small but certainly had all I needed for my single night. The location was just fantastic. Park and then its right on the door step of shopping centre, resteraunts and marina.

Nothing really. I got what I asked for. I high room that was on a corner and quiet!
