This is a well situated hotel in St Paul's Bay close to the sea and within easy reach of cafes and restaurants nearby. Check in was quick and easy with helpful advice from the receptionists. Rooms are fairly spacious with a medium screen TV, kettle, fridge they get cleaned daily unless you choose not to.the hotel has a nice rooftop sun deck with a small 1 metre depth pool on the 7th floor. Snacks and drinks are available from coin operated vending machines at reasonable prices they also sell snacks in reception but they can be a little costly all in all it's a good standard 3* for price surprisingly very comfy.

The only thing I didn't like was that I went to pay for breakfast one morning The breakfast opens at 7.30am.I went down at 7.32am and breakfast was so cold.

The location of the hotel is the highlight. The room was very good (but this was after we got an upgrade). We checked out early in the monring, so didnt have the chance to eat breakfast at the hotel.

At first there was anoher lady at the reception who gave us a very small room for a family of 4 with 2 small kids. We had requested for a crib while booking, which was not given. By night when we reminded about the crib, we were told that the cleaning staff knows where the crib is and hence it cannot be provided now. It was not possible for us to sleep 4 on a small bed. But the new staff member at the reception was very kind and understanding and he gave us a room upgrade for free so that we could sleep comfortably with our kids.

Booked an internal room with no balcony as had planned to be at one of the two advertised pools depending on weather, relaxing. However on landing found we were upgraded to a balcony room on the fifth floor. Room also had a free mini fridge freezer which is 4e a day to hire. Never got any info on breakfast, dinner etc so we ate out. Location excellent, walking distance to restaurants, shops etc. Lobby for relaxing in. Top floor sunroom with TV lovely and fab outdoor pool. Rooms spotless. All staff efficient and friendly. Plus the hotel has a filtered water tap, chilled, in the lobby, a godsend.

Booked this hotel at the end of our Malta trip for three nights specifically as booking.com and everywhere says two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. We wanted an indoor in case of not enough sun. Landed and no indoor pool, told under repair. However on discussing it further with staff and the night porter the indoor pool was shut more than 3 years ago. Joke really but we just got on with the holiday, very unfair. No gym etc whole basement the cleaners store room. Rooms have a code to enter which is so handy but unfortunately our next door room gentleman couldn't figure it out so it was like having a child playing a bleeping computer game to point of sirens after door felt it was being broken into. Late night, early morning not good as so loud.

The staff is very friendly. Location is amazing, so close to the beach and local restaurants. They provide water at the entrance, clean the rooms every day, size of the room is perfect.

The pool is small indeed but what is worse is that they only have 1 big sun umbrella for the entire hotel. I have never seen A hotel before with no umbrellas. We have a 1 year old, so that was important for us. To be honest, it was pure luck that we got the umbrella every day and almost nobody else in the pool or 2-3 people max but I suppose everyone went to the beach, thats why. Breakfast has very little choices and dinner at Rusty spoon, the place where they provide dinner is really bad. The food tasted and smelled bad plus way too oily and greasy. The vegetables tasted like expired ones, overdue. But the staff at Rusty spoon is very nice

The staff was so genuine and friendly, from Reception to Housekeeping, everyone I encountered was authentic and made my stay so much better. My room was ready earlier (which always depends on availability so don't be angry if you can't check in early) which made me really happy. The room was great and I felt at home, it's modern, has everything you need and if you need something, Reception and Housekeeping will help you with a smile :) They even have a pool! They have cigarette vending machines, flyers, drinking water and even books in the lobby which was a pleasant surprise. If you're thinking about coming here for vacation - Do it! The hotel is right next to Bugibba Square which is a nice area with lots of restaurants, bars, shops etc while still not being too busy. I didn't book any excursions but I saw that they had vouchers for the Bugibba Aquarium (when I was there at least). The staff will be some of the kindest you will ever encounter and I've worked in big hotel chains. Literally every single one of them is kind and helpful. Overall a great experience and I would definitely come back!

The breakfast was very disappointing, sorry. Everything was cold and tasted stale. I want to share my honest opinion here because other than that, everything was beyond great, especially for a 3 Star Hotel. But you definitely have some improvements to do there, I barely ate and left hungry. I loved everything else so it was such a pity. I'd still come back though!

Staff from the hotel were very polite and kind. We were sent to eat our dinner in a restaurant opposite it. The food was nice , but there was not much variety of desserts, just different kinds of cakes. Staff in the restaurant were not especially friendly, just a waitress from Serbia, she was very nice with us.

Location was ok, maybe not great if you travel with kids as the beaches were not very accessible and rocky, no sand beach.

Staff were very very good. From the minute we arrived till we left. Very attentive and always welcoming. As it was our anniversary they had a bottle of champagne waiting in our room. Special thanks to Claire who was very helpful. Good central location. Very clean hotel.

Perhaps breakfast could be a little better. Only eat once as we were room only.

Location was great, in the middle of everything. Staff were superb, helping arrange extra bed and super friendly.

Downstairs pool wasn't great but they have a better one on the top floor.

super located hotel in the middle of Qawra. extremely friendly service. First I got a room that did not live up to my expectations. But was upgraded to a nice room the next day. I have only positive things to say about the hotel.
