The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Very modern decor and lovely comfortable sitting chairs with a reading lamp as well. Big screen tv. Lovely complimentary shower ammenities and big fluffy towels. Plenty of options for dining out or takeaway close by. Moccona coffee , Lipton tea and Arnott biscuits provided . Bed was made with lovely linen. Staff were very kind and friendly too. Will definately book again for my next trip. Book direct and save $ too 🥰 Ps .. breakfast was amazing 🤩

The rooms have been revamped and area reasonably modern. Bathrooms are very nice. Air con was a little bit lower powered and even on the highest fan and lowest temps, still didn't get quite as cold as I'd like. However still got cold enough to be comfortable. Staff are very friendly.

My room was reasonably close to the highway which made it a bit noisy. I just put on some white noise and it drowned out all of that noise, overall not a huge issue, but was noisy than expected. Car parking for me was probably my least favourite... The car park is VERY tight and my car was a full sized dual cab ute, which made it exceedingly hard to park, as all the early arrivals would take the parks that are easily accessible, leaving the hardest parks left over... Parking was only really an issue because my car was on the large side. With a 10 point turn, got into the park, but realistically was a bit frustrating after a long day of work.

Newly renovated with good double glazing on windows to cut down on road noise. Room was comfortable and having a microwave was useful. Very good location, very close to everything you could ask for, including the best Chinese restaurant I have been in for many years.

Need better noise reduction at the door to each room to cut down on noise from talkative guests arriving and departing at strange hours without the manners to keep their voices down.

Close proximity to my event and places to eat/drink. Clean. Bed 👍, staff very helpful, rooms very comfy and roomy, with everything you need for a couple of nights, e.g. toaster, microwave, cutlery/crockery etc..

Unfortunately my room was upstairs, therefore, given my recent back issues meant I was dependant on the staff to help me, they were wonderful. Hooks and railing in wardrobe very high, 5’4” bit of a struggle, any shorter, no way! 😊. Parking was challenging at times as quite tight spaces, recommend always go around the back as spaces there ideal. Would have liked a floor towel and a hand towel. Bath and face washer only.

It was just one night stop over. The staff was exceptional. My car spot was reserved for me, I received the telephone message followed by text about the key location if I arrive late at night. The room was very comfortable, hotel location very handy. I could order breakfast in the room. The receptionist was very helpful offering to find the closest chemist open on sunday. She also provided free of charge bread for my husband who encountered food poisoning and could not eat anything. The room was clean, beds very comfortable, white bedsheets, white towels and nice renovated bathroom. It was perfect.

window view was not attractive and proximity of busy street would deter me from choosing this place for holiday accommodation and a longer stay, but it is a motel and fulfilled our needs for one night stay.

We were greeted cheerfully upon arrival. While the motel is on the highway through town, the room had a double layer of windows which helped to reduce the traffic noise. The room and the compact bathroom were tastefully renovated, well presented and were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The motel is located within walking distance to the town centre where eateries can be found. There is free onsite parking.

Staff on arrival were lovely however on our last day, I received a call before check-out time asking if we were "checking out." I had already informed the staff that we planned a last-minute visit to the beach that morning. Upon our return, a staff member rushed us to shower and leave, even though it wasn't check-out time yet. This experience was quite frustrating.

From the minute my son and I checked in we were welcomed with a smile. The room was clean, beds were comfy wi fi was perfect the shower pressure was awesome. After being out and about all day walking back into the room seeing that housekeeping had been was such a great feeling. Perfect location walking distance to all the necessities. Will most definitely return and recommend to anyone passing through coffs.

The only thing I could pick was my son could hear the people above us and people entering and exiting their rooms and the traffic from the highway but he is a light sleeper I slept through any noise that he heard. There are ear plugs provided.

I have to give a big thumbs up to the cleanliness of the property. Never before have I stayed in a motel, only ever 4/5 star hotels. The cleanliness here far exceeded most of my stays at far more expensive hotels. There was real milk in the fridge, which although for a coffee, I had on its own with my sandwiches before heading to bed. It was a nice little treat. Water pressure in the shower was amazing to say the least. Very very good!

My only criticism was the AC didn’t seem to cool the room down. The air coming out was cold, but the room didn’t cool. In the end we put the bed infront of the ac and just changed it back in the morning before we left. The only other minor negative was the mattress was so so - BUT it’s a budget motel, and mattresses are impossible to have universally loved.

Excellent value for money, right near the heart of the city and close to the venue we had an event at. Also located close to all of Coffs harbours main attractions. Staff were great and very friendly. This isn’t a luxury resort (and is not advertised as one) but it is extremely functional, kept very clean and the recent renovations and updates make it look great (and a bit retro) and all facilities well maintained and comfortable. We would definitely use this motor inn again if we were passing through Coffs.

I don’t have anything negative to say about the property at all but just to note for those people with big vehicles- parking is tight. We have a ford ranger dual cab with roof racks and found the rear car parks at the back of the property the best to fit. But other than that, nothing we didn’t like.
