Staff were AMAZEBALLS love love love them all from the gardener to the bar staff and kitchen, the spa, reception and especially the housekeeping God bless you all. Thank you making our first time in Bali such a fun, beautiful event.

Always being short for toilet paper. Since we were in the family room maybe more than x2 rolls should be allocated. Other than that OSUM stuff guys.

The spa associated with Febris is great. The location- close to the airport was a bonus.

There was nothing I didn’t like. The rooms were outdated but it’s a 3 star so I wouldn’t expect anything less. They were very clean and comfortable

Wow wow wow! After having a terrible experience at a bigger hotel up the road we had to book somewhere last minute for the night. Febris was absolutely awesome and we wish we had found this hotel sooner! Awesome staff, rooms and facilities.

We have stayed at Febris a few times and it is always lovely. It's a great location, being so close to the airport so, so it's a great spot if you're coming in on a late flight or leaving on a late flight. On our recent visit we weren't flying out until 10pm and for a small fee we were able to get a 6pm checkout for one of our rooms, which I really appreciated and made life so much easier for us. We will definitely be back next time we come to Bali.

Breakfast was a little disappointing, last time it was a buffet which I preferred. The menu was a little confusing too and not many options for vegans, despite saying that their was.

Close to the airport, we just had one night between connecting flights. Clean rooms with good showers set in lovely gardens. We had one room overlooking the quiet pool and our adult children were in a separate block closer to the main pool but not too close to it. Very much a family atmosphere around the main pool, we appreciated being in a slightly more private and peaceful part of the hotel. The quiet pool was well maintained and we were the only ones using it both days. Hotel is nice and close to the airport. In house restaurant was very good.

The rooms were always done up nicely, and no matter you location on the site, it felt private. Every room has its own sitting area out the front, even top floors. The pool was so lovely, and they have a quiet pool as well. The restaurant was to die for and it had the best service. The day we checked out we had a late stay, so we had a massage and that was incredible too. lots of people come just for the massage and not to stay, but they’re definitely missing out! There was three of us staying for 5 nights and the price was beyond excellent. Thank you febris!

Location and cleanliness

The buffet breakfast and egg and pancake stand is gone that gave the hotel an extra star for sure BRING IT BACK

The hotel is highly recommendable to stay.. - very clean room w few notes sticked on the wall as precautions for the safety of the guest customers.. - accomodating staffs w smiling face .. even if one has comments for improvements. - walkable distance to the beach & malls as well as eateries. -The food in the hotel served are good especially the spaghetti. - The massage service is good served w free orange juice. . -The hotel management is very helpful to cancel our double booking. -the fishpond is well-maintained w many big carpfish in good shape that mks people smile & think of the wonderful creatures GOD hath made. It release stress by just watchimg them freely swim & help people realize that we should be like fish that need not worry about life for GOD will take care of everything. 😇👌👍💖❣ Stay fit & safe...tk care..Shalom c",)!

The food are served well. Only the fish fillet is so thin one can't feel the meat of it only thick coatings. Hope this will be improved. The roof/ceiling in few parts need to be repaied asap w/c when i brought it up, the response is k & will be attended.
