Very friendly and helpful staff with great English! The room size was amazing! Breakfast was very nice every morning! Accessibility was good and had plenty of parking space for arrival and departure.

The bathroom roof in room 217 leaked, so the floor was wet the whole stay. It was not a big deal for us as everything else was amazing.

Very good location, close to the beach and many restaurants. Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, and the hotel has got very good kitchen, it is worth having dinner there. The wifi worked well all around the hotel. There is a fantastic pool and a beautiful garden around it. Thanks to the gardener. Although the room and the bathroom are in need of renovation, but it was already underway during our stay. The rooms have a fantastic balcony, the building has a very nice traditional style. We really enjoyed our stay there. Good value for money.

The pool, fountains and garden are the centre-piece of this charming old hotel, which resonates traditional Bali architecture. Beautifully designed, the pool was a daily refuge from the heat, could be used at any time and staff serviced with towels as required, even when not requested. The massage "hut" is alongside the pool and the ladies are non-intrusive.... this is very important because men travelling solo are harrassed endlessly when walking the streets. The breakfast area is pleasant alongside pool. Staff are real human beings and one can feel the old Bali style from them...less concerned with systems and procedures, more concerned with your well-being. Not everything is perfect but I felt that experience was authentic, beautiful and the perfect place to recover from jetlag. Mosquitos bit me badly one night and the staff was most helpful in supplying insect repellent spray and even applying ointment to the bites. A very human approach. Loved it!

The room I stayed in was one of the older ones (201). The mixer on the bath/shower needs attention.... often too hot or cold. The basin needs a plug. The free coffee and tea are welcome but please ensure that the creamer is not old and solid, it should flow like powder. Wifi sometimes did not work well but then again, a short walk to the breakfast area solved that problem. These are small problems and can be managed, though not overlooked. If one focuses on the big picture and not on minutiae, then your experience will be superb!

The garden and the pool was amazing! There is a small and not deep pool for kids. There is massage table near the pool where you could get massage manicure etc. Very comfortable that you don’t need to go and search for the salon. Uou can choose from several breakfast options, as well you get fruits and tea/coffee. We booked this apartment for several days after the flight. All staff were very kind. The sea is near, 5 Min on foot. I recommend staying here.

The room was comfy and clean, the staff changes towels and clean rooms every day. The bathroom could be renewed, but it wasn’t a big deal for us.

Excited to enter the huge room and find a fridge, jug with coffee & tea, water, tv, bath. All the basic facilities we'd been missing on our Bali adventure. Large clean pool and breakfast buffet daily. Laundry next door and a few minute stroll to restaurants, markets, beach with plenty of atmosphere. Driver service available at very cheap price too. Perfect stay for close to airport and Waterbom at the start or end of your Bali holiday.

Could be spring cleaned, but this is Bali, dont expect more. Plug needs replacing in bath.

My parents stayed here and felt very comfortable. The staff cleaned the place every day, and everything was well taken care of. However, they are almost 70 years old and were assigned a room on the third floor — it took over 40 steps to reach their room, which felt a bit inconsiderate for elderly guests. That said, the pool was very clean, the room was spacious with a large balcony, and the whole place was quiet and peaceful.

This hotel is nice but it lacks maintenance. The design is traditional, I liked the pool in the center, and the rest area. The room is spacious. The location is perfect. Kuta is the best place in Bali to stay, and this hotel is very well located near the beach and close to shopping centers and many places to walk.

In general the only problem is the maintenance, it looks very old. Another issue that I didn't like were the bathroom curtains, they were very dirty. The towels are also very old. There is no refrigerator or hair dryer. If the place was well maintained, it would be very nice because it has a good traditional design.

Location great, room big, clean, great shower pressure, comfy bed. Great aircon. Needed an extra pillow, no problem delivered straight away. Breakfast included very good, coffe and tea. Pancakes, fruit, 2 warm dishes, eggs of your choosing, choice of 2 juices. It is a older hotel, but still beautiful and well maintained. Pool area very nice and has a pool bar. Great WiFi in room and all other areas around the resort.

3 story and no elevator, tv reception sometimes not the best.

nice place close to the beach with friendly stuff working there . The hotel has everyday room service and change of bed clothes /towels . we’ve enjoyed our stay there as it was beyond our expectations . Good that hotel provide with a breakfast even it’s not big one . I’ll recommend to stay in this place as good quality for the money you pay hotel has massage service which was a good advantage for me because it’s better and cleaner that salons offered massage on a street
