Location, very close to a wedding venue at Esplenade hotel, and very close to TrainStation. Comfortable spacious room with everything available (but just for 2 people). 15 minute walk to main square and restaurants. All communication by whatsapp, but always a quick response. Vid will send you the codes perfectly on time, and is always available for questions.

No cleaning during our stay, for 5 nights. No option for clean towel. No renewal of amenities, like shampoo and toilet paper. But with a Spar around the corner not a big problem. Not seeing someone in person for the whole stay of 6 days takes some getting used to; but is works with Vid!

This place is perfect in every possible way. Beautifully done and every details is well thought off. Comfortable and elegant and the location is pretty good too. The host was super nice and helpful.

Nothing to dislike.

Very clean and tidy, good air conditioning and quiet building. The apartment has a small kitchen with everything you need, the host (Vid) was helpful and friendly, and the pictures matched the reality 100%. Very modern apartment and we could cast from our phones to the big screen, which made it possible to do a slow evening inside with streaming TV. I would book again, and highly recommend the apartments to those visiting Zagreb ! 10/10 in every aspect.

Nothing to dislike.

The room was spotless! & Host professionalism takes 10! He was very responsive, gave us all necessary information on how to reach the property and how to check-in and was very responsive to our messages. Studio No 4 is perfect for 2 persons, it was spotless and very very nice as seen in the pictures posted by the host! It is on the 1st floor, the area is really nice, close to the botanical garden and in walking distance to many attractions. Check the uploaded photos of the room it is exactly as seen in pictures.

The only negative thing is that there is no luggage storage, which is the case for most rentals that are not in hotels (but very close is the train station where you could leave bags at a locker and the price is very low). The second -minor issue - is that the tv in appartment 4, is on the wall and it doesn’t tilt, so it is a little difficult to watch, but this is a minor issue if you are on vacation.

Fantastic apartment in a great central location. Comfortable, clean, with thoughtful design that makes the apartment feel spacious. High quality linens and towels. Host was incredibly communicative, receptive, and timely with responses. Keyless entry was awesome, makes things that bit easier! Excellent value for money, particularly for an off-season stay.

The bathroom was much colder than the rest of the apartment and couldn't be adjusted. Instructions for the AC and bathroom heater would have been appreciated. Took a shower late at night and ran out of hot water.

Great apartment host! Wrote in advance all the information how to get to the room and requested documents for registration. Checked in to see how much we liked the room and when we would be checking out. There was a kitchen in the room (didn't find it right away), the kitchen has everything you need to make breakfast/dinner. The bed was very soft! Pleasantly surprised by the huge TV that you can turn and watch either at the table or on the bed. You can connect to the TV from your iPhone and watch your favorite movies. The room has excellent air conditioning and a very clean bathroom. There is a washing machine and iron in the shared hallway.

The amount of coffee/tea was not enough for all days of stay. Couldn't figure out if the washing machine had a drying function, so we dried things in the room by spreading them out on the drying rack.

I loved the professional communication. The kitchenette really is more complete than it seems at first! My unit had a cute microwave-combination-with-oven option. The use of the door codes is very convenient!

I get that the appartment is mainly supposed to be for two people, but having exactly two of each piece of cutlery and plates, bowls and glasses seems too "perfect / just right" for real-life situations. On the other hand, that way it's easy to keep track of things.

Very good location, close to the city center, attractions and supermarket nearby. All cafes and restaurants very close. Convenient for public city transport and trains too. Very nice, clean apartment with very good facilities and feeling of high quality. Spacious apartment. In a nice residential building. Local vibe. Calm during the night. Very good communication with the hosts. Highly recommend.

The apartment was lovely with quality fittings and toiletries and efficient air conditioning which was very welcome given the daytime and evening temperatures were in the thirties. The location was a 10 minute walk to the train station and it was an easy walk to the main shopping area and main city square. The communication with the owners was excellent. They were very helpful and quick to respond.

There were building works on a property close by which did impact during the day

The apartment was modern, new, clean and comfortable for two. For me it is very important that the apartment is clean and in that respect it is a 10. The building in which the apartment is located is renovated, the common entrance is neat and clean. The location is also great, close to the center with a short walk. The owner Vid is very kind and helpful. He was available at any time I simply recommend this apartment
