The property was in an apartment block just off the main streets of the city centre. The location is right next to a tram stop which takes you all over Zagreb. The interior was wonderful and had everything we needed, including a kitchen which was stowed away behind cupboards. amazing! The bed was comfy, the bathroom was perfect and everything in the apartment was so clean. It had a huge TV which extended to the sofa view or the bed view, so it could be watched from either side of the room. I could not find a fault!

The fingerprint apartment was such a pleasant surprise for our 4 days trip in Zagreb. Excellent facilities, wonderful interior design and overall aesthetics, in the very heart of the city, besides the Botanical garden. What is more is that the apartment is designed to accommodate all the guests needs. Having said that it’s worth mentioning that in a rainy day of our trip there was even umbrellas provision to assist our promenades.We couldn’t recommend more the apartment.

Absolutely loved Fingerprint Luxury Apartment. I was on a working vacation and the size of the apartment was great. The access to the small kitchen was perfect and access to laundry facility was great. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with this property.

The apartment got a little warm for our liking and I felt guilty opening the windows if I was just letting the heat out.

Great location. Contactless check in. Great hosts. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. It was tidy and had everything is needed for one or two persons. It's also very quiet and the wifi is great so I was able to have a couple of work related video calls without any problems. There was coffee and tee in the apartment and this was just a lovely touch from amazing hosts.

The facade of the building is being restored so it was a bit hard to find the apartment but there was 0 noise from this

Beautiful studio apartment immaculately presented. Very comfortable bed, excellent, whisper quiet A/C, good TV with Netflix (convenient as we had a rainy day) very modern. Great bathroom and hidden kitchen. Good communication from host.

Tiny observation, the shower pressure didn’t seem that strong from the big shower head. Perhaps needs adjusting.

Great host (even with the remote communication that we actually prefer everything was smooth and efficient), very friendly and accommodating his guests :) Great location - wonderful gardens both outside the building and on your way to the city centre. Generally 10-15 mins but walking through nice streets and areas so everything felt really close and enjoyable to explore. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, I generally clean everywhere we go but here nothing really needed cleaning. Great idea with the fold-out kitchenette - generally we do not like ones in the bedroom but this one was actually so convenient for use and clean - no smell or moisture, sufficient space to make your coffee, use the fridge etc. wonderful idea with those large built-in fitted wardrobes - everything nice and tidy inside, no mess in the room, generous space in the bathroom and the shower area in particular. Quiet - overlooking an inner yard that was very relaxing to sleep at night - no noise, just birds singing :)

Parking is the only downside of the are in our experience - once you select a parking and if not allowing you to pay for your full stay but have to pay each 24 hours, maybe it would be useful to know there are automats on the streets - including just outside the building, that you can pay from instead of walking to the parking at 7 am - smart :)

Perfect location, and very high quality facility (hotel standards). It is very clean and well taken care of. Overall, extremely positive experience.

Ventilator in the bathroom can be a bit noisy, but it lasts only for 15 to 20 minutes. Isolation of entrance doors could be improved.

-asking to turn on the heating -cold bathroom -there's no balcony (the owner should be more clear that it's a shared one in another place of the ground) -not enough coffee for 5 breakfast (only 4 were offered)

Everything! The communication was second to none. The place was spotless (I am a bit of a cleaning freak so this is one of my top two must haves), and the location is brilliant. Studio apartment we stayed at was exceptionally well furnished and the bed was that of a 4 or 5 star hotel-quality.

Lovely apartment away from the bustle of the city. Great place to come back to after a long day with all the amenities. The washing machine and airers were very useful as this was a stop on our travel route.
