Most of the staff was awesome...lots of smiles, very accomodating, they cared about our comfort... Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. The in-room phone didn't work and the wifi was not available, but a very pleasant young man was promptly sent to our room and did all that he could to remedy the issues..

Was very disappointed with breakfast and the staff member who was in charge of it...eggs were cold, dry and hard, one day no OJ, next day no yogurt, no plates, and both days there was no coffee at 630 when bkfst was supposed to be served..that was a huge turn-off...we won't stay there again...it's unfortunate that one person's bad attitude can ruin things for everyone else..u should replace her with someone who cares...

Very clean! Most of the staff was nice! There was one older lady who seemed annoyed that we had to keep getting our keys reprogrammed. Once we were told not to have the key cards by our credit cards or phones, we kept them away from them, but the keys would stop working anyway. It's not like we wanted to keep bothering the staff. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice. Plus, it was close to castle and costers. That was why we were there. Have some family fun before my son shipped out to navy bootcamp.

The key cards would stop working, and one of the staff got a little annoyed with my guy. Thats my only complaint.

Price close to where I conducted business.. decent price. And they had a decent bite to eat in the morning to get your day rolling...

Neighbor.. it was way better than the first place I stopped by first. It's just sad what is happening to the entire are. Lot of empty buildings, businesses. Big Sheraton hotel around the corner is closed up.

One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a long time. I enjoy when there are other hot food options that aren't just the Waffle maker. I also appreciate the variety of spreads and toppings that make it easier to customize.

The fitted sheet provided for the sofa bed didn't really fit around the cushions, it was too small.

Everyone was amazing. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating. I was in the area for a memorial for my 7 month old great granddaughter. The staff were all very sensitive to our needs and also very kind! They deserve big props!!! I will certainly stay here again!!

There was nothing negative about this hotel

Staff was very helpful and attentive. They kept the breakfast area stocked. Coffee and water available all day. Little one loved the pool.

Only issue I had was our toilet, it had to be plunged a couple times, even if we had been gone more than half of the day to use it. Once we came back it wouldn’t flush. But staff was on it no issue.

We loved the size of the room! It's amazing to have the extra space!

Breakfast was a bit sad. It wasn't being serviced efficiently and things were empty. The milk was also spoiled and lumpy.🤢 Many lights in the parking lot were out.

The breakfast is always top quality. Not just danish and coffee. We had eggs, sausage, Belgium waffles, and cereal. They also had bagels, toast, granola bars, cereal bars, and lots of other stuff too. Not your typical continental breakfast. The orange juice machine was out of order which was sad because I had my eye on fresh oj. The room was the right size for my daughter and I. The location is convenient.

The beds need an upgrade. I could be biast because I have a memory foam mattress at home...but old spring mattresses just aren't it for me. Also might want to consider an anti slamming door. Everytime someone would enter and exit the door would slam. We were the 2nd room from the door and I woke up a few times and was startled by it slamming all night.

I love the way I was treated when I came in. The front desk was so helpful, and everything was a breeze. The breakfast was great, and everything was so affordable. I was misinformed about the Ethernet port. However, the manager was so helpful and understood my situation and didn't hesitate to make it right. I'll definitely be visiting again.

I didn't like the miscommunication about the amenities. I was misled.

The location was easy in get to with free on site parking and access to the freeway was close. The room was clean and well laid out. Having the soft bed was a nice perk for a family of 5. The staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. They had light food (corn dogs & nachos) available for free when we checked in.
