Andre the chef is incredible, great vibe to the hotel, stayed here previously and gave it a 10, only reason to drop a point is they no longer do lunch and dinner up on the upstairs balcony overlooking the city, the balcony on top of the boutique hotel is just incredible so the vibe of eating and drinking out up there was brilliant last time we stayed, but overall love this place

No longer doing lunch and dinner inside the hotel,appreciate its due to it being a small boutique hotel but even if you could pay supplement and get food delivered to the roof eg order in advance, but genuinely a great boutique hotel

Breakfast team provided Superb quality and service. Hotel was steeped in history - very quirky layout - but many lovely sitting rooms and breakfast courtyard. Great location next to Cathedral but close to shopping centre and beach walkways. A very authentic former palace building retaining its heritage and charm. Very different hotel experience. Loved evening drinks on roof terrace with great views of incoming/outgoing cruise liners ! The Whisky on offer was MacAllan 👏.

Rooms were authentically old and functional - but small with limited space. No view or balcony etc. Basement pool/spa was pretty basic with limited space.

Palacio Ca Sa Galesa is a truly special hotel that combines historic charm with refined luxury. Set in a beautifully restored palace, the atmosphere is quiet, elegant, and full of character. My room was unique and beautifully furnished, with antique details and modern comforts. The staff were exceptionally attentive and discreet, offering personalized service that made me feel like a guest in a private home. The rooftop terrace has amazing views over Palma, and the spa area was a relaxing bonus. Located in the old town, everything is within walking distance. A magical and unforgettable stay — highly recommended.

The hotel is very nice, I love old buildings with history! And the breakfast was so good! I’ve stayed in lots of 5* hotels, and their breakfast was one of the best. And the chef and the lady in the restaurant were very nice too! Thank you. And the place is very quiet, I loved that there was no sound in our room (besides the doors of other rooms that can be noisy).

I had a problem with the transfer to the airport. I asked to organize a transfer, and they called for a taxi that didn’t show up. There was a storm going on, but still I would prefer a private transfer instead of an unreliable taxi.

Everything. To start, the communication with Joanna was exceptional. She is a real credit to the hotel. Understanding and helpful - she did everything to make our arrival trouble free and seamless. The hotel itself is perfect. Location a stone's throw away from the cathedral and close to a number of restaurants and shops. Immaculate inside, with real character. The rooftop area is stunning, especially at night. It is not only dog-friendly - they made the dog feel as welcome as we were..!

The location of the hotel was amazing. It was just behind the back of the Seu cathedral which you could see from the roof terrace. I could even hear the choir singing on Sunday evening. It was minutes walk from the hotel to the promenade and the other historic sites such as the Arab Baths and Royal Palace. It was close to restaurants, cafes and shops. The roof terrace was great and had a number of comfortable sunloungers, tables and chairs. It seems to get the sun most of the day and had views over the promenade, sea as well as the cathedral. The breakfasts at the hotel were wonderful with a plate of cut fruit, juice, bread, cake and croissant as standard witha choice of main e.g, pancakes, ham and cheese omelette, eggs hollandaise, smoked salmon etc all cooked to order and to a very high standard. The hotel is a boutique hotel and the rooms have every facility incuding a Dyson hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle, minibar. The beds were very comfortable and the TV received several British channels. It is a small hotel with 12 rooms. The hotel itself is apparently 16th Century and was the first hotel in Palma. It is mentioned in both my guidebooks as a beautiful building with courtyard entrance. It is sign posted in the the old town so is a historic building itself. The staff are lovely, very welcoming and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. There is a menu of drinks, snacks and meals that can be ordered via room service but eaten not only in the room but on the sunterrace and I assume in the dining rooms of the hotel. I didn''t use the spa which has the heated swimming pool in and which is booked at an additional charge.

I would have liked an information folder in the room describing the hotel faciilities, a map of the city and leaflets on things to do and places to visit. I also think for anyone with mobility issues my room would have been a problem as there were steps down to the room once you opened the entrance door to my room. The other thing to bear in mind that because the hotel is so old and set in a narrow alley the rooms may be dark and small. Although my room had windows on both sides of the room, one side was high up in the room and close to other buildings and the other side overlooked the small courtyard. I'm not sure about the other rooms but if you want to stay in a traditional beautiful hotel in the old town, the rooms are likely to be quirky.

Stunning old property oozing class and style. Roof terrace with amazing views across the city and to the sea. Pool and spa were a great experience. Breakfast restaurant was so beautiful. The food was fabulous and the chef kindly made an appearance also. Every member of staff were polite, helpful and very professional. I would totally recommend this hotel and will always come back each time I visit my son in Palma. Stunning ..

This unique historic property is all about location, but the design and art elevate it to a top tier option. Very private, 12 rooms, spa with full steam, sauna, plunge pool with Jacuzzi jets and therapeutic waterfall; message therapists are avail booked a day in advance. A beach kit was provided for day excursions. Everything needed for a stay is there, anything else will be brought upon request. I actually left my passport in the last garment hanging in closet and the staff calmly had it taxied to the ferry (can you imagine). But the main thing is the location in the heart of the cultural history of Old Palma, I was actually trembling looking at the cathedral and historic Palace de Palma from the beautiful roof terrace! We both had an amazing trip.

This place is keyed on privacy; you have to like privacy to stay here. We switched from location with a hundred people sunning around a pool and were thrilled with the restored Palma mansion, no downside there....many options to dine just say 'We'd like breakfast in the garden' and it's done immediately.

The central location yet quietness of the hotel, the beauty of the building, the refined decor, the breakfast to die for, the incredibly kind and professional staff, the spa you can privatise, the wonderful terrasse with a killer view...I would live there a few months a year if I could.

The slow and scary lift from the 19th century, and a minor thing but one day they seemed understaffed so we waited quite a while to get drinks on the terrasse as the poor girl was alone doing everything.
