Great location for a tourists as it is walking-distance to the main tourist areas in town. The full kitchen was super helpful because we were able to reduce our food costs but preparing our own meals. (There's even a supermarket close by to buy groceries).

It was more of an airbnb experience than a typical hotel experience (door code, self-check-in / out) which is fine if you're used to that kind of thing but some people might be surprised how it works here.

We were 3 friends who chose a one bedroom with king sized bed and a single, roll out bed for the 3rd person. We were sent a key code 2 days before arrival. When we arrived the apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious! The apartment matched the pictures shown online when we booked. All amenities were as stated. Hair dryer, soap/shampoo and conditioner were in the bathroom. Towels and paper products were sufficient for our entire stay. Refrigerator was clean and small appliances were also provided. Dishes, flatware and cups were available and bakeware for oven. We were very pleased with this centrally located apartment. Within walking distance to everything in Reykjavik. Only 2 small blocks from Kronan grocery store, two coffee/pastry shops, restaurants and downtown was all within minutes from the apartment.

The bedroom had 2 closets and one of the closets did not have shelves or drawers which was the only draw back to the entire apartment. To our knowledge, there was no laundry facilities on the property.

We were there for 6 nights. We were a family of 5 and are used to using our towels for 2 showers. We ran low and had to request additional towels. It appeared I would be charged extra for that. Also, tv did not work for the first 5 nights. (We were not counting on watching tv while in Iceland but my teenagers liked their downtime and having a tv to watch is included in the price we pay for the room and should be available.). Also, the parking garage is conveniently located but it is much more expensive than what is advertised. (Depending on how long you leave it parked, of course.)

A great home-base for our week in Iceland. To start, they contacted us as soon as the apartment was ready. Such a relief to get an early check in after arriving in the wee hours that morning. The location can't be beat - just a couple of blocks from Rainbow Road, easy access by city bus to regional sites and close to a bus stop for all the day-trip tour companies. Loved having a kitchen and the grocery store is about 1 block away. Cute balcony with a view of roofline colorful Reykjavik rooflines. Bedrooms have good closet space, beds are comfy. Heated towel rack in the bathroom was great for drying clothes that got wet on hikes. We had everything we needed and loved our stay!

The apartment was comfortable and in a really excellent location. With Reykjavik being so walkable, we could get to everything we wanted easily. The Parisian bakery next door was closed for holiday, but we did a bakery crawl to Braud, Sandholt, and Baka Baka while walking to the Rainbow road (a block away), the church, the lighthouse, sun voyager, the opera house, etc.

With one parking spot for a couple apartments, we parked there, went to Sky Lagoon, and got back around 10:30 to have it full with another guest. It was hard finding parking that late on the street (free 9pm-9am), so it was stressful. In the morning, that guest left and we parked there, but it's hit or miss depending on who else has booked an apt.

Location was perfect. Close to everything that we needed to do. Absolutely beautiful apartment. Beautiful open plan and everything that we needed for our family of four stay. Apartment was spotless, beds were spotless and so comfortable. Had 4 nights of very good sleep. Our door code worked first time for both doors and was very handy/easy to use. The welcome video showed us exactly where to go and what to do. Easy to check in and check out. Also had everything we needed- towels, iron, dishwasher etc. Location was amazing and we 100% would stay here again without looking at other places.

Stayed in apartment 202, second floor. Excellent location just around corner from stop 9 for pickup and drop off. Plenty of heat and hot water. Spacious. Well equipped with things needed for holiday .. kitchen utensils and crockery, condiments, washing liquid, towels, loo roll, shower soap, kitchen paper. Seating area cosy and comfortable, beds... mattresses a bit soft for us. Plenty of shops, supermarkets and eateries around. About a 20 minute walk to main bus station. Very good instructions for check in and easy self check out. On call reception 24/7. Good WiFi signal . Would use these apartments again .

We were very unfortunate that about 10 mins after our arrival the electricity went in the whole building. This was off for most of the night. There was a degree of breakdown in communication from management. This resulted in electricity in our apartment being off untill approx 08.30 the following morning. No joke when mornings are so dark and you can't make a drink or charge any electric devices. The weather outside just made it worse. After complaining to management...we did get a refund to cover cost of the night. Appreciated same very much. This is reflected in my score of 8 ..otherwise it would be a score of 9.

Great location near shops and restaurants yet fairly quiet in the evening. Lovely large apartment, plenty of living space for 4 people.

The layout of the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom is not ideal but does make best use of the space. The 2nd bedroom needs a lamp and some sort of small table or bedside cabinet as there is nowhere to put anything. Also a mirror in the bedrooms would be useful instead of everyone trying to share the bathroom mirror. Having made these suggestions I would say that overall we enjoyed the apartment and would definitely go back.

The main living area and large bedroom were both excellent. The bathroom was also a good size. The property was incredibly well placed, so close to the city centre, supermarket and tourist attractions. We really enjoyed staying here and have already recommended it to friends. The parking was also incredibly useful and was always available for us during our stay.

The second bedroom was not large enough to be a double bedroom. The bed was a small double, which was too small for two adults. We had to keep our suitcases in the living area as they couldn’t fit inside the bedroom. The kitchen was also missing a few things we would see as essential for self-catering - a frying pan, a spatula, a serving spoon - and could have had larger glasses.

A very large, spacious , modern , spotlessly clean and comfortable apartment. There was plenty of space and seating for everyone to relax after a day of exploring. The main bedroom was large and comfortable , the second bedroom had the beds close to the wall so had to climb in but that was not a problem for our son. It was nice to have the balconies so that we could check the weather temperature before setting out and to look for the northern lights. The apartments location is excellent on the Main Street within easy walking distance to everything. Easy entry by code, good communication with host. Parking is available in an underground garage opposite the apartment or paid street parking, if you venture further from the apartment you can be lucky and find free parking.
