Everything was perfect ; Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much to everyone. Especially to Mr. Izzet at the reception. It was very important for us to be able to visit all the beauties and museums of the historical peninsula on foot. It was very nice that museums such as Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet and Topkapı Palace were only 4 minutes walking distance away. Hope to see you again soon. thanks.

The breakfast was very bad, stale and old products were served every day. Jams and honeys are very old and very bad. Wilted cucumbers are very bad. Coffee is very bad. They could make the breakfast better. It is very strange and pathetic that there is only 1 type of bread. There is no breakfast worthy of Turkish options. I hope they offer better and richer and more diverse products.

Location is amazing, Less then 10 minutes walk to Grand Bazar, public transport one block away. There are many restaurants in the nearby area (I recomend Las Tapas Restaurant). 2 minutes walk to Strabucks and Mc'Donalds, and big green park which leads to Blue Mosque. I was suprised over many stray cats and dogs but they are also so friendly. Beakfast is ok, the reception is in the basement.

The street infront of the hotel was in renovation during our stay (end of November 2023) and it was a bit loud and dirty. You also could not access the hotel by car, but the taxi/car dropped you off at the beginning of the street and then you had to walk 100m.

Excellent location, next to The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, a few meters away from Sultanahmed tramway stop, in a lively area with all kinds of services. Nice design of the rooms, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with coffee, tea and water available daily. Efficient and really kind staff. Special mention to Recep, Ferdi and Sinan, who helped us to track and get our delayed luggage delivered, and went far and beyond to make us feel at home, always with a big smile and professionally. Thanks for everything. Without a doubt, the best option to stay in the old town.

Nice location. Clean room. Friendly staff.

A bit noisy(not irritating) which is normal due to the fact that it's in the centre.... And you have to pass through the restaurant street and everybody wants to go eat at their place.

This was my 3rd time staying at the hotel. It caters to all your basic needs. A clean hotel with decent sized rooms (superior rooms are bigger). The staff are kind, friendly, and very helpful, especially Kerem and Serkan. The bell boy Typho went out of his way to prepare my Sehri (Ramadan meal) on a daily basis. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. It also has food outlets, money exchange shops, and the tram station minutes away from the hotel.

If i didn't travel alone, I would have preferred a toilet door with a lock instead of sliding doors.

This hotel was a great stay, with friendly and approachable staff, a good breakfast and a comforatable room - not to mention a great price. During our time in Istanbul, my wife celebrated her birthday and the hotel very kindly (upon my secret request) presented her a cake on her birthday, surprising and delighting her, as well as decorating our room specially - all on the house! They were very kind.

The breakfast could have had a little more variety but it satisfied us across our week-long stay, nonetheless. Many thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay.

Location cannot be beat -- steps from the Blue Mosque/Hippodrome/Hagia Sofia, steps from the tram, steps from restaurants and shops -- but located on a quiet alleyway. Breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly, particularly the housekeeper. They also arranged our airport transportation in very comfortable vehicles. The room was not huge, but there was a nice wide bench where we could both lay out our carry-on suitcases. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice.

When I asked the front desk attendant for recommendations of more affordable restaurants, he wasn't able to name any, although he did point me toward an area not far away on my map. We ended up not going that way, so I cannot report on whether it was helpful.

The hotel is in the Sultanahmet area. Nearby to the main attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, and Topkapi Palace. The hotel meets your basic needs. It is very clean and the staff are very helpful and polite. The hotel provides a basic breakfast. Plenty of food places are nearby, and the tram station is a short walk from the hotel. I have been to this hotel twice in the past 2 years and highly recommend it.

The hotel is in a busy tourist location. There are restaurants outside the hotel that are open till late. Do expect music to be played through the night and people talking. This is not a criticism towards the hotel because it something they have no control over.
