bathroom (2163) is pretty run down; functional, clean, but not any more state of the art. never seen that unskilled Omelett chiefs before 😆. breakfast coffee options poor, juices in existent.

Food was exceptional, all the different verities catered for everyone. Fabulous!!. Pool, drinks, beautiful beach what more could one ask for.

One complaint the guy in the bag and shoe shop was not very nice,on my last day I bought a bag, purse, and one pair of shoes, €100 which was complete rubbish and then charged my card €140 which I didn't realise till I reached home, been going to turkey a lot of years and that's the first time anyone has ever did this to me, was so disappointed and saddened after a fabulous week there.

The hotel was very clean and had lots of different sections, bars and areas. The cleanliness of the place was good and the pools were lovely. Having access to the aquapark was fantastic. There were so many staff and they were lovely.

We liked everything except the wifi was poor. This may not always be the case but for all of us it would drop out very often.

Everything about the hotel was great the staff were very kind and Friendly specially the receptionist, her name was Merve she helped us through all our stay, other barmen and waiters were so great too including Hossein in the bar and Seçim in restaurants, we really enjoyed our stay the only thing we had to do is to enjoy our trip and the staff took care of all other things. Resepsiyon çok efendiler Merve hanım bize çok yerdim etti, hersey çok güzelmiş biz sadece eğlenceye kerar verdik.

Nothing really, everything was exceptionally fine and great.

Plenty of water rides for kids. Location is good. Taxi ride to Kusadasi one way is fix €10 and to Efes €35 return. Izmir airport taxi ride approx € 60.

hotel WiFi is very, very poor. Although buffet meals were superb there were less options for vegetarians.

Great for kids and excellent food.

Zero action against misbehaving guests such as smoking in kids areas or on restaurant terras, youngsters jumping in swimming pool at night and making noise.

Fantastic people, very accommodating when it came to Food allergies. Food was delicious! The rooms were always cleaned. Good facilities and things to do for Family with children. The spa was lovely to use to relax. We went sailing and had a lot of fun. Thoroughly enjoyed my Family and I being there and Highly recommend this Hotel and Resort & Spa. Compared to another Hotel we were at (not so far from this Hotel) Aqua Fantasy Hotel was far the best and glad we decided to stay here!

Nothing that comes to mind, it is Perfect for the Family.

Friendly staff, the food was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable.

Aquapark closed, the heated pool was cold for me, sea water was also cold in this period.

super clean and big rooms, modern furniture, beautiful environment, nice beach, big swimming pool, and the big water park (even though we could not use it because it is open only during May-Oct)

food quality and diversity could be much better, compared to other resorts in that area this is the most expensive one (but not necessarily the best one at least from the view point of value for money).

Big facility and never you have to queue much for anything. Plenty place for everyone. Open bar till 8.00 am. Amazing pool bar that you can drink on the bar stools but in the pool.

Terrible wifi, let's say forget about internet here. Staff didn't know english except one person in the reception out of 10 I met and one girl at entertainment booking table. The rest were pretending to understand. I had asked 5 times for tissue and each time getting different thing instead. Also the beach is not at all as shown on the picture in the booking.com. it has no beach court on the beach and is not that big. There are buildings by it.
