Location, safety and friendly staff

The air-conditioning is as good as non existent. You will still be sweating whilst the air-conditioning is on. It was my 2nd or 3rd time staying here and I thought they would have fixed them but I'm seeing that it's not going to happen. The WiFi is good but I don't understand why they can't put smart TVs with netflix! You have a nice place that one would like to spend more time in but there's no entertainment whatsoever, can't spend the whole day watching e TV.. please attend to these things and you will have a client for life

The room was spacious, clean a great value for money. The staff very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the tv that was not connecting to internet, but the maintenance guy helped and the issue resolved. The reception was welcoming and answered all concerns and questions asked.

We found old food in the microwave, probably left by previous guests. There was a t-shirt left in the wardrobe, we left it there. I dropped my earring in the bedroom and when I picked it up, I found used tissues and a pantyliner wrapping under the bed. We were in Room 1, the bedroom main window is facing the main gate and main road. One cannot open the curtains, and still have privacy. I suggest that you consider lace curtains as well as curtains/blinds for guests to be able to open the heavy curtain and enjoy sunlight without prying eyes from outside. Put extra blankets in the wardrobe. Pillow cases: one had a hole, the other one needed to be stitched along the edges. I forgot my two-pin plug (but it's ok, it's replaceable).

I did like the safety of the property, walking from the shops , my studio was upstairs with good view, the studio as everything you need , from the kitchen and watching machine , dry machine was available, towels were clean too .

I didn't like the way i was always getting distributed from the staff everyday just because they needed to clean my studio 😒, i didn't believe what i saw , 3 to 4 cleaning ladies need to come in to my studio to check if they can clean ! The next day a guy will come and knock that they need to spray croacoch medicine in the kitchen like seriously!! Why doing it when a guest is inside !! That was terrible 😕

Times Square is a cinch.I like the place.Large,comfortable rooms with all amenities tick all the boxes.Even though the Television channels have been watered down from what I am used to it still good as I find enCA and CNN.An d by that you will quickly realised that I am for news Channels.Truth is anything larger which allows me to move freely is a class act.And South African hotels and apartments are miles ahead when it comes to space.In some countries hotel rooms are so small and crumbed that you can hardly move.Wheever I am in Sandton,Times Square get in the mix everytime I need comfortable accomodation

Shortage of different news channels on the television.Can we have Al Jazeera,BBC or SABC news channels

The rooms are specious and very clean, I received a very excellent room service everyday and we were welcomed by a good receptionist who was very helpful during my entire stay.

Safety is my first priority when I visit a place. There was a man who came knocking midnight around 00:30 pretending to be security and while he was not and wanted to come to the apartment, I didn't feel safe because I had to scare him away by telling him I'm calling the police so he can go from the door. It was late and everyone in the reception was already gone and no emergency contact to even call when situation like this happen. You need to make sure guests are safe while visiting your apartment.more cameras near the rooms are needed,nobody is supposed to feel scared or threatened while on vacation.😔

They made a plan to get water when there was a water shortage. Very nice unit that would be great for a few days in JHB

There seems to be a lot of permanent residents also living there. That can have a bit of an negative effect on a tourist stay, when it comes to noise levels and privacy when you sit outside on your veranda there is constantly people blasting there music or speaking loudly on there phones the whole day we could not really enjoy that part

From the gate man ,reception staff ,house keeping all I can say is thank you. The reception staff greeted us with a smile,she told us of the local shops we could walk too,she made sure our check in was very smooth. The gateman lovely man very polite and respectful always willing to lend a hand. We lived in a studio and trust me it did not disappoint it was clean and very comfortable. It close to many amenities . We really enjoyed our staff but the staff made it worth it. Would highly recommend this place

Staying at the Sandton Times Square Hotel was a great experience. The facilities were excellent, and the daily housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy. The swimming pool was lovely and perfect for relaxing. The hotel also offers secure parking, which gives me peace of mind. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay, and I would highly recommend it!

Top floor unit with nice view. Staff are around 7 days a week should you need anything. Lots of security. Local police use venue so extra safe. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Fully fitted kitchen, balcony with chairs.

Venue is on Greystone drive and it gets really busy 7am-9am and 15h00-17h00. This is unfortunately area dependant and not the Venue's fault as Sandton traffic is intense.

I liked the service of Mr P... The place is great. And the housekeeping ladies are very great and friendly as well. I was very happy as I asked for a early check in and I got our apartment was ready at the time we asked for.

The pool is too cold and it's by the shade almost the whole day, so it makes it uneasy to swim even when it's too hot. I didn't really like the attitude of the lady who was working during the day on Saturday and Sunday. She is very moody and rude.
