Lovely hotel in a perfect location just a short walk from the beach. Local amenities within walking distance and Chania is a 20min bus ride at 1.20 Eur each way. Great selection at breakfast and the restaurant food was fantastic. The staff here are truly AMAZING and went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely stay - Eftychia and the Cristinas really looked after us and top chef Artemis was brilliant! Cleaning team were great - the room and pool were maintained daily. We'll be back!

The best thing about this hotel are the girls at the front desk who I feel truly looked out for me and my children. It seemed very important to them that we enjoyed our stay and helped us so much with all of our needs. The hotel is near a wonderful beach and a bus stop right in front going to Chania or 10 min by taxi, $10 Euros. Our room had a gigantic balcony almost the same size as the room, overlooking the sea. The restaurant is really good, we ate there many times. The breakfast is wonderful - I even saw them baking fresh croissants the night before. The options to take any activity or tour from this hotel are endless. I loved their sweet cats as well. They also had a fully packed mini market with reasonably priced food and items- everything you could need and they open it for you to shop anytime, even late at night. I highly recommend this hotel, they are wonderful.

We stayed in a detached split level apartment with a pool which was big enough for us and our two teenage boys. The pool was more of a dipping pool than a swimming pool but really refreshing to use after a day at the beach. Everything was very clean and the breakfast excellent. The showers were great and the beds comfortable. The restaurant was so good we went back twice. The staff were very polite and friendly from the cleaners, the reception staff to the restaurant staff. The only negative is that you are given WiFi for just 4 x devices which meant we had to delete connections if we wanted to use our phones and laptops at the same time! Forum Suites is an overall great place to stay with a beach just 30 seconds away and Chania 15 minutes on the bus caught outside the hotel. We hired a car to see many other remote beaches which is necessary if you want to see Crete in all her beauty. Thank you Forum Suites!!

The beach is very close, with beautiful sand a very mild entrance in the clear sea, one would walk up to 80 meters and you would still reach the ground... Breakfast is rich and various. The location is quite, has the bus station just infront of the building and the ride to the centre of Chania only takes 30 minutes.

Perfect location just in front of Golden beach. We enjoyed our breakfast and our dinner with sea view! The staff was great and fulfilled all of our requests. We will definitely come again at Forum Suites!

The rooms well appointed, with requirements met. Private pool a bonus. Modern decor.

Privacy through windows without blockout blinds was not available during daytime. Water spilling from shower. Dangerous edges to glass coffee table.

Food in hotel was fabulous. Pool was clean and rooms large and comfortable. Bus outside hotel cheap and frequent to nearest town. Staff very good. Little train trips good but not cheap.

Only news on tv. Quite a long walk from any other shops and restaurants. Glass door on bathroom offered absolutely no privacy. Cleaners walked in on you despite privacy sign on door.

Relatively new (as of 2022) place. Well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. When the sliding door of the bathroom got stuck a handyman came within minutes and repaired it. We left in the middle of the night. The hotel prepared small bags for breakfast to take along. Food very good and good variety, though not cheap. Well, inflation in the year 2022 ..
