Very clean, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The staff is accommodating and were friendly.

Not on Harbor Blvd like it’d prefer but still really close to the park.

Location is good for the price close to the parks Walgreens food etc

My key card had issues the whole time we were there

The price and convenience was great. We even used the on site laundry facilities that worked out great.

I wish we would've requested a room with a bath tub. That would have been helpful for the toddler that was in our party. Not even sure if you have rooms available with bath tubs?

Good location to walk to the parks, although slightly further away than I anticipated - I'm glad we didn't stay anywhere further than this. Close to restaurants and a 24 hour CVS which has sandwiches and things. Easy check in with nice staff. Beds firm but comfortable. Lots of storage in the room. Laundry facilities available ($4ea wash and dry plus $2 for detergent). Nice and quiet area, at least at the back where we were. We didn't hear any cars or people next door talking. The room was clean but a bit tired as others have said.

The room was pretty humid even with AC on dry mode. AC was as loud as you can expect (blowing noise), but no weird noises to it. If you're fussy about pillows, maybe bring your own. The do not disturb sign kept falling off the handle.

I don't want to spoil this hidden gem. We needed a place to stay after Disneyland one night on our way to solvang. We arrived early in the morning, they allowed us to pay for parking, walk to Disneyland and check in when our day was over. Both when we paid for parking, and checked in the staff was unbelievably friendly. The rooms. We're wood tile or laminate and didn't smell like stale beer and sweat, it smelled clean. Not sterile bleach clean, just fresh. We couldn't believe a little off the main road hotel was this nice. This will be our go to the next time we need an overnight Disney hotel. Thanks for everything!!

It was very clean and organized I really liked the staff and they were very helpful.

what I don’t like about the property is that they don’t offer a shuttle to get to Disneyland to far away to get to the park. My Boyfriend was Injured & couldn’t walk the whole way and hurt himself.

Location was fabulous for Disney, 15 minute walk. Lots of places close by for food and drinks Rooms were basic but impeccably clean, had everything you needed including fridge in your room. Staff were all helpful and friendly, very efficiently ran from what I saw. Outdoor pool on site looked nice though never had chance to use it personally. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if going back to the area.

On site self service shop was expensive, which you didn't know until you scanned as no prices.... Only bought a bottle of water late at night when arriving but suggest using 7/11 10 minutes away

Great Wifi and free parking. Close to eateries.... 2 min walk to Bubba Gump, Cheesecake factory, Roys etc

No microwave in room. There was a common microwave station, but it's only open from 7am to 10pm. If you want to go to Disneyland early, you need to eat your breakfast before 7am and if you stay on late in Disneyland, you would need the microwave after 10pm. They should allow 24hour usage of the microwave... of at least open from 6am to 12 midnight.

Spacious, recently updated room. Plenty of electric outlets and USB outlets. Shower with low threshold. Lighting was comfortably designed.Good quality bed with decent bed linens. Cleaning staff were thorough and very nice. Enjoyed the raised outdoor sitting area in the evening. Laundry facilities for guest use was convenient and included access to microwave ovens. Relatively quiet location and room. Location was good with easy access to Convention Center and multiple bus routes.

We really enjoyed the closeness to Disneyland it was under a 15min walk. Hotel was very clean a little dated but that doesn't mean anything. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Only thing we would have liked to have seen is the pool/hot tub be open later. Maybe midnight. After long park days it would have been nice to sit in the hot tub but it was always closed by the time we got back.
