We were lucky to be placed in a good quiet location as we were there for 8 nights. Location to disneyland was perfect! Most staff were lovely. Rooms are everything you need for a decent stay. Pool and jacuzzi was a nice added bonus to the stay. Coffee was LOVELY in the little coffee machines in the room and the fridge was a brilliant addition to the room which most hotels in the UK dont have. Shower was decent too 😀

One of the male staff members on reception was quite rude which is a shame as all the other staff were lovely. 2 ice machines broken, please fix them. Found it a tad over priced for what it was even though it worked well for us. The rooms do have a very odd musty smell on arrival but if you are staying for more than a couple nights once youv put your own smells in the room they do kinda go and with some airing out with door being left open a bit.

Very clean, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The staff is accommodating and were friendly.

Not on Harbor Blvd like it’d prefer but still really close to the park.

Good location to walk to the parks, although slightly further away than I anticipated - I'm glad we didn't stay anywhere further than this. Close to restaurants and a 24 hour CVS which has sandwiches and things. Easy check in with nice staff. Beds firm but comfortable. Lots of storage in the room. Laundry facilities available ($4ea wash and dry plus $2 for detergent). Nice and quiet area, at least at the back where we were. We didn't hear any cars or people next door talking. The room was clean but a bit tired as others have said.

The room was pretty humid even with AC on dry mode. AC was as loud as you can expect (blowing noise), but no weird noises to it. If you're fussy about pillows, maybe bring your own. The do not disturb sign kept falling off the handle.

I don't want to spoil this hidden gem. We needed a place to stay after Disneyland one night on our way to solvang. We arrived early in the morning, they allowed us to pay for parking, walk to Disneyland and check in when our day was over. Both when we paid for parking, and checked in the staff was unbelievably friendly. The rooms. We're wood tile or laminate and didn't smell like stale beer and sweat, it smelled clean. Not sterile bleach clean, just fresh. We couldn't believe a little off the main road hotel was this nice. This will be our go to the next time we need an overnight Disney hotel. Thanks for everything!!

The price and convenience was great. We even used the on site laundry facilities that worked out great.

I wish we would've requested a room with a bath tub. That would have been helpful for the toddler that was in our party. Not even sure if you have rooms available with bath tubs?

The property was clean, the staff super helpful and friendly. The location is great with only a 15min walk to the Disneyland security gates, and the quality of the rooms are great for the price!

The only problem was the microwave rentals. I have no trouble paying extra for a microwave, however, I do expect that all rooms can accommodate the microwave rentals. Unfortunately there was nowhere to really plug in the microwave conveniently in our room without causing the breakers to shut off.

The room was large enough to put our two scooter in and still have room to walk around. We were in the back on the bottom floor and it was fairly quiet. We used the grab and go to get soda at night. Its a little bit of a hike to the park, but was exceptable. The price was fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

I did not find anything that I disliked. I prefer a hotel with a breakfast, but this was not a dealbreaker. We just ate in the park when we got there.

Location was fabulous for Disney, 15 minute walk. Lots of places close by for food and drinks Rooms were basic but impeccably clean, had everything you needed including fridge in your room. Staff were all helpful and friendly, very efficiently ran from what I saw. Outdoor pool on site looked nice though never had chance to use it personally. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if going back to the area.

On site self service shop was expensive, which you didn't know until you scanned as no prices.... Only bought a bottle of water late at night when arriving but suggest using 7/11 10 minutes away

The value of the room was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked great and the housekeeping was very kind. I was really happy with my stay, especially since the price of the hotel was really amazing.

Honestly, the only thing I didn’t like was the fact that my room was so far away from the street. That really wasn’t something that could be helped anyway. That was the only negative I could think of.
