Wow ! What a stunning property,decor was absolutely perfect,the house was spotless and very well decorated and very cosy and warm. Bed was so comfy also. Breakfast was so tasty (I actually had 2 breakfasts) and hot,the owners are super friendly and very nice people who took the time to help us with recommendations of where to eat in the evening,they took their time to chat to us as well. This property only had 3 rooms which is perfect in my eyes as it was very quiet and we slept very very very well. Can’t fault anything about our stay and so happy we found this little gem of a bed and breakfast.

Communication with the owners was excellent. The room was lovely and clean and had everything you needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. We opted for breakfast after our initial booking, and the owners were happy to oblige. The breakfast was lovely and well worth booking. Our booking in time was later than the agreed time, but again, the owners were happy to oblige and were very friendly when we checked in. The cottage was beautiful, and they also offered secure off-site parking. It was a great place to stay, affordable, and close to amenities. We would definitely recommend and are likely to book again when in the area.

There is nothing that I can say that we didn't like.

Breakfast was freshly cooked sausage was lovely as I don’t normally eat them , fresh chopped berries and Greek yogurt , and lovely fresh coffee. Breakfast room was lovely and clean and bright and quiet.

Nothing at all so hard to write two or three sentences. We stayed at the Hythe Imperial Hotel the next day for a wedding we would’ve much rather stayed at Rose cottage again if we could have it was a much better and comfortable stay.

lovely and clean, tastefully decorated throughout. very close to the beach and amenities. private secure parking.

Just purely on a personal preference we would have preferred firmer mattresses. and the gate style doors do little for sound proofing, but are stylish.

Full English Breakfast (pre-book) was excellent. Location very close to town centre (2 minute walk) however Dymchurch was not what we expected. Room was very comfortable and Helen was a very good host.

A mirror near the power socket would have been nice for hair drying. Limited restaurants in Dymchurch however you are required not to eat or drink alcohol in your room.

Very friendly, professional, polite and welcoming owners. The property was very comfortable, taststfully decorated, very clean and well maintained. We stayed one night before our onward journy to France via the Euro tunnel which was about 20 mins drive away. Good parking Great breakfast and good value for money. I would definatly recommend and stay again.

Just returned from a one night stay at Willow Cottage. Rooms have everything that you could possibly need, handy to have toiletries provided as well as hairdryer and the home made cookies and bottles of water were a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious, we ordered the night before which meant that it was ready when we came down, so no waiting around. Paul and Helen were brilliant hosts, especially as we got held up by the M25 being closed unexpectedly! Great location to explore the local area, would definitely recommend.

The property was a lovely little family run cottage. It was clean and comfortable. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The property benefited from clean comfortable rooms, secure off road parking, friendly atmosphere and a well presented cooked breakfast (chargeable ). Would visit again.

Great Breakfast, Room Decor and Cleanliness was outstanding. Right in the centre of the village. Host were friendly and accomodating. It's on a main road but the only real noise were the Seagulls :-)

Our hosts were welcoming. We were offered breakfast at a reasonable price. Willow Cottage has been refurbished and decorated in pastel shades with good taste. Attention to detail is the hallmark of the house. We enjoyed a comfortable night, despite a thunderstorm, and a delicious breakfast.
