The location was great! We were really close to the stadium and there was an excellent sports bar Riveters next door in walking distance. Close to Walmart for shopping needs.

The only thing I could complain about is the pillows on the bed. I would just suggest bringing your own if you can. They were very hard and flattened out once you laid you head on them.

The breakfast was good and the airport shuttle was convenient. Location was spot on!

I had spoke to the day clerk about wanting to do laundry and she told me if I needed quarters she will have some at the front desk...Later that night around 10 pm my sister went to get quarters and the Arab clerk at the front desk told my sister he didn't have any quarters. Which was an inconvenient because I had just spend money on laundry detergent and ended up not being able to wash and lefted the detergent for someone else in the laundry room.

Breakfast was exceptional i think one of the best ive had at any hotel. Extremely clean room and facilities that was one of the main concerns of ours ,very pleased. Parking was good easy and well lit . the location was on a very busy st on the edge of adult entertainment area of the city , was a bit loud but not too bad . the pool was closed at dusk so i wasnt able to use it as we arrived late so that was disappointing as it was very hot all day and would have been relaxing. Price i think was reasonable and easy to book not the cheapest . im very glad to spend the small amount more for the cleanliness and the breakfast ,anywhere you would have gone would have made up the difference, if you had to pay extra for it . i would definitely recommend and stay again

I didnt expect anything from the hotel We wanted to check-in, leave bags and walk. But we stayed because of how clean, nice, light and cozy it was.. Receptionist was so sweet, coffee downstairs, coffee and tea in room.. Iron, dryer, TV - everything is not just for showing, but working..) Super white towels and sheets. So good breakfast with all you need to be full and healthy We was "wow" with staying there..

only one thing - we decided to not walk in the city, because of how nice the hotel was. we stayed there for the rest of the day, enjoying it.. so, we didnt see Tampa)

This place was the perfect place to stay the night before our cruise, they have a shuttle that will get you from the airport for free and they will call that same shuttle the day of your cruise for and have them take you to the port that does cost money but you can do a round trip deal where they will pick you up from the cruise and take you to the airport. Also there are a lot of restaurants in walking distance.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and answered loads of questions about the area and how best to get to the baseball game we were attending that night. The hotel was perfectly placed to attend this event. The room was comfortable and quiet and the beds were comfortable. Nice shower and bathroom as well. Free breakfast included was more than adequate. Good location for amenities too such as shops, restaurants, gas, etc.

We loved the rooms, very spacious and nicely decorated, stylish and practical. Appreciated the amenities in the bath. Beds are super. Gary who did the check out was an absolute pro. He was very attentive, helpful and kind and made our day, helping us with the travel arrangement.

We did not know, how the shuttle from the airport works. As it is only running once in an hour and you have to book it, we spent quite some time waiting for it. However, it would have been nice, if the hotel had given us that particular information as we informed them in advance about our travel plans. Guy who checked us in was a nightmare (did the check in one handed, as one hand remained in his pocket!). He even hang up the phone, when we were calling from the airport asking about the shuttle. The breakfast was ok - we are not sure about the massive amount of plastic that goes to the trash as all plates and cutlery, cups etc. goes to the trash.

I really loved how friendly and accommodating the front desk staff was. I asked for a room on the first floor and they accommodated the request right away and held my bags until the room was ready for me. They let me check in early and were just very kind and helpful. This was my first trip to Tampa and I would definitely return to this property, and recommend it to others for safety, accommodation, helpfulness and friendliness.

Location from Tampa airport, just a 10 minute drive, easy to find, breakfast next morning, plenty of choice from hot and cold. Staff at breakfast very helpful. Hotel was spotless, couldn't fault it. We had a room on the fourth floor, facing towards the highway, the hotel does lie back away from the highway so even though it is quite busy we couldn't really hear anything. Love the supply of Dove in the bathroom. Beds were so comfy and of course American huge sizes, even after a 9 hour flight from the UK I normally struggle with dropping off too sleep, but not this time, hubby was asleep before the tea was made.

Location is close to St Josephs Hospital. The accessable room was large and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff was not very friendly nor did they go out of their way to be helpful...The pool closed before 8..yet times were not posted..We reserved a handicapped room with walk in shower...overbooked ...so we got a room with a tub instead...which is harder for us to get in and out of.
