Hotel is very conveniently located next to antwerp central station, close to shopping centre meir, as well as alot of places to eat in the same street! It is very busy outside but i didnt hear aby outside noise from inside the hotel The staff are very friendly and helpful aswell!

The rooms can be a bit noisy (you can hear sounds from other rooms above you and the hallway very clearly) There is only 2 small elevators, which get crowded very easily so you have to wait long for the elevators because they are full (With suitcases only 4 people max can fit in and the hotel has 9 floors) By the door there is a sensor light that cant be turned off, so if youre sharing the room and have to use the bathroom at night the light will turn on and maybe wake up your friend/partner.

The room was good big, the breakfast was good, everything we want. And of course the location is perfect. 1 min from metro, train station and in the middle of the city centre ( city centre of Antwerp is big) I want to give the compliment to the lady from breakfast, she said good morning and was really nice she looked happy. And that i can not say of most of the staff.

The night reception staff, he not speak. We took the parking under the hotel like you advertise. But we had to call the reception and he told we had to wait in the garage because the where customer at the reception(?). He did after he let us in his best and was friendly and told all the standard formation. Maybe make a distance door opener.

The breakfast was very good. The room was a good size with a table and chairs. The hotel is very close to the station and also handy for walking into the old city.

The room lighting was not good. The main light was a small standard lamp. To see into the wardrobe you had to go to the entrance door to activate the motion sensor light then back to the wardrobe before the light went out.

The hotel is in walking distance from Antwerp Centraal train station and there are lots of places to eat and shop nearby. There are metro stops nearby, but no above-ground trams. They had a really good breakfast as well.

There’s no accessible entrance to the hotel. You have to climb about 5 stairs to get into the lobby. This is hard for people with mobility issues or heavy suitcases.

Good location. Pleasant, spacious and immaculately clean room. Excellent breakfast.

Information about parking. Poor communication (whether by Booking.com or the hotel). I specifically selected accommodation with parking when booking with Booking.com. It turns out there is no parking! Had to park some distance away - 29 Euro per 23 hours. Getting in and out of Antwerp by car is horrendous! Beautiful parts in the City but we won't be coming back.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Just outside of Antwerp central station. I received a really lovely large room with an amazing view of the historical building of the train station. I very much enjoyed my stay, Breakfast buffet was good, check out was very quick and easy. I will definitely return.

The hotel and its furniture are not the newest however the bed was comfortable and everything worked fine. I can recommend the hotel.

Room was good

Cleaning staff, her attitude wasn’t good. We told her to wait coz we were getting ready but she still forcefully entered the room and started changing the bedsheets. She was saying something which we didn’t understand coz of language barrier probably Dutch language

the hotel was in a really convenient position and staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were a great size, we didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that.

The sink in my bathroom wasn't entirely clean and I was bitten by bed bugs during my stay.

The hotel is neat and very well located directly next to the station. The breakfast (Despite the hours not always working with us for our day trips) was excellent value for money. Rooms are spacious and cleaned well. Staff was generally friendly (Except the guy denying us a different pillow).

We had a request for a different kind of pillow but it was apparently not allowed to give a double room pillow to a single bed room. This was very strange, and resulted in some uncomfortable sleep for my mother in law. Also, our smoke free floor smelled distinctly of old smoke. Not unbearable but noticeable.

it’s location was brilliant - close to the station at the top of tge town and an easy walk Dow to the old city. The breakfast was great - set us up for the day.

It is looking a little tired - tge carpets were a little stained. It would also have been nice to have facilities for making a hot drink in our room. Tgese are just minor complaints. Tge hotel was great and very good value for money.
