We were really happy with this accommodation. There were so many 'small' touches that made a real difference, like when we arrived late at night, the lights were on, soft music playing and it just felt like 'home'. We had everything we needed, and the location was super convenient for us. Not to mention the view!

We just had a few issues with the WiFi. Usually not a big problem, but I was relying on this to do some work whilst I was there, so when it dropped out on the Thursday it was a little frustrating. That said, the team were on it very quickly and it was resolved in a few hours.

A very relaxing place to stay , very beautiful and well kept gardens giving that nice tropical holiday feel . Lovely well looked after pool . Very secure and great for a lone traveller or a family . The staff were welcoming and worked really low key in the background to make my stay enjoyable . Close to a well known club and DFO shopping outlet , also a supermarket for groceries . well shielded from main road noise . Would definitely stay again without a second thought . 👍

A courtesy bus would be great to see , and an in house restaurant and bar would top it off nicely.

The staff were more than accommodating and they accommodated me by checking in early they are very friendly and the rooms look great and clean very comfortable and relaxing

It's not that I didn't like it's just a tip for their business to attract more small supplies when U check in more welcome 🤗 to the room there own your welcome.l gift when people check in what makes hotel nomad different to other hotels.when they check in is it a bottle of champagne or a box of welcome chocolates in your room own a welcome gift that represents motel no mad and you will excel of that.

Loved the service. The 3 bedroom motel room was amazing which has 3 toilets, Ensuite, shower/toilet, toilet, laundry and cooking facilities. 2 massive beds and 2 single beds. A sofer that turns into a bed.. Motel was very clean, and the service alone made me feel comfortable and always welcomed. Yes, when staying in cairns. The Motel Nomad is where I will stay. Thank you, Motel Nomad. Myself and my family loved our 1 night. Next time, we will have to definitely be longer. Appreciated

The location of it so near to the shops. The staff was very friendly and always checked up on us if we needed anything. And security was spot on a really safe environment.

Need to up grade on the bench top ovens And that it was very rusted out wasn’t able to cook anything on it or use the oven

The facilities were excellent for the price — truly great value for money. It was very quiet and clean, just a 3-minute drive from the city. I often visit Cairns, and I’m 100% willing to stay here again. 😁

However, there was no towel rack in the bathroom, and the safety chain was broken.

The staff on a Sunday went above and beyond to ensure check in went seamlessly, despite a slightly late arrival.

Unfortunately this price point attracts a certain type of person, so my daughter (who was travelling alone) felt a little uneasy but no issues were encountered and she was perfectly safe - likely more perception than reality. Would we book there again? Almost certainly.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed. Close to where I needed to go. Handy to have shopping centre and public transport nearby.

The room wasn’t dark enough at night. The light from outside came in around the doors and windows. Decor a bit tired.

This motel was great location in cairns easy get round first time in cairns was pretty good was clean

Only thing we didn't like was toilet when it flashes once and takes ages too fill flush again plus fridge didn't keep things cold or ices but everything elce was awesome

We had booked earlier in the year for a sports event. On the way we had read some really bad reviews about this place. When we arrived it was under new management. The manager acknowledged these bad reviews and explained the situation. He assured us he had rectified the issues. Our rooms were clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. The manager was very helpful and nothing was a problem.

The hot water in some rooms wasn’t great, but I can only assume this is being fixed.
