The friendly welcome. How any problem was instantly fixed (and there were only a couple of minor things anyway). The location was fabulous as we were attending the Great Barrier Reef Masters Games and the property was situated less than a kilometer away from Barlow Park. The Cairns Centre Shopping Centre directly across the road, with all the national chain stores, lovely cafes and some interesting boutiques. The secure, free undercover parking was also a bonus.

Not the fault of the property, but the Uber drivers in Cairns were so impressive that we hired a car for the last 4 days!

We stayed 4 of us in the property. We had decent space, it is extremely well located, we walked to the shopping centre cross the road for groceries, walked to the marina for our day on the reef and you can walk to the train station. Still we had a car from previous days that we could park on site which was great. The accommodation is fitted with a washer and dryer which was great. There is also a pool which we enjoyed at the end of the day.

The kitchen equipment and dinnerware is quite light and the stove isn't very efficient, don't plan to do big cooking as it might be a bit frustating.

Privacy. Close to Centre Mall. Good carparking and security. Had good chats with the management. Informative. Cleaner Cathy a nice lady.

A couple a face cleaning cloths would have been appreciated. The shower probably needs some of the discolored sealant replaced. Perhaps a kitchen cleaning spray bottle could be provided. Also the salt and pepper shakers could have been filled. All minor stuff really.

Very safe location and secure facility. Liked the balcony area as it was private and got some sun. Very big apartments. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Not too noisy. Shops just across the road and nice bars around the corner.

It is a bit of a walk from the waterfront and the surrounding area can be a bit of a concern at night. There is no lift of you have a lot of luggage. The pool area could be improved. It wasn't even clear if we were allowed to use it.

The location is very good, close to a mall to the bus stop and many restaurants and bars. The promenade and lagoon are quite close. The attention of the staff was very good. The manager took care of all our needs very kindly

There is no elevator and it is uncomfortable to carry your suitcases. In our case it was the second floor. The apartments are several years old and the use is noticeable but they are in the process of renovation. In 2025 they say they will be finished.

It was located centrally to shopping. The host was very friendly. We were put in a 2 bedroom suite which was very comfortable. It appeared to have been recently repainted so it was clean and tidy . The washing machine and dryer were great. Undercover locked car park was a bonus

The bathroom, although clean does need to be replaced as there was mould in the grout, having been subjected to so much wet weather in Cairns I am surprised that there was not more mould in the unit.

I like the comfort of cooking my own breakfast and dinner. I get to utilize the kitchen and utensils available which gives me freedom to cook my choice of food items purchase just across the shopping mall.

I have enjoyed my stay the second time around and the accommodation was quiet and safe. I think I like most of what is provided so I don't have anything I dislike about the accommodation. The distance within city center is great.

Easy to access with keys and garage door opener. Nice balcony, able to cool rooms with a/c or fans. Kitchen well equipped and everything worked well, a great sharp kitchen knife was a bonus. Great location, within walking distance to lots of spots.

Would have liked some swimming towels, for pool and beach.

very near to restaurants as well as super markets within walkable distance. Easy check in and check out process, smiling staff. Apartment is well maintained and good for 2 people and max 3. Going for reef excursion, walking to the port is approx 10 mts.

There are no elevators, if you have big bags, you need to lift the same for 1st floor.

I chose this place due to its location and I couldn't be happier. Across the street of the Central Cairns Shopping Center and pretty close from everywhere. The apartment was extremely clean and was very comfortable. Having a service available with change of towels made the staying even better. Highly recommended!!
