Balcony had nice views of the mountains, the apartment was very comfortable. Food was delicious and always replaced so there was enough for all the guests. The pool was clean.

The electric stoves in all rooms are disconected, the lady at the reception said it was because of fire in the hotel. So if anyone wants to cook something or simply to warm up a glass of milk for a child it is not posiible. The sofa bed was not comfortable.

Dirty (mold?) ceiling in the swimming pool disappointed. There is bad walking (even absence) way from the hotel near unfinished construction. Floor in the room was damaged because of heating tubes under it and it provokes additional dust, the room wasn’t cleaned properly, only two times during our stay. To leave the towels on the floor in the bathroom doesn’t mean to change them: you have to ask each time.

Workers where knocking at the room door all day , they wanted to inter the room to make some repairs they came with drills and tools ( with us in the room ) , they woke up the children evrery time we put them to sleep ! I went to the receptionist to tell her she said : i have to ask about it ... she never even said sorry about that , i talked to the manager same thing she said there is a misunderstanding and that was it ... not even apologies , we went there to rest but we couldnt , workers made holes all day ... disapointed about this ... not normal at all for a hotel...

Great pool, very child accepting. The 2 bedroom room we got was amazing. Good quality breakfast and a nice little stream behind the hotel.

Accept for one of them, the reception staff was very unkind and refusing to help. Simple requests like “is there a phone I can use” were answered with “go and get yourself one” Or “Do you have a recommendation for an activity” was answered with a frown and a “google it”. I think it’s a bare minimum to answer with some kindness, even if the answer is no. In addition location is way off the center of Bansko. Walking distance but not a short walk.

I don’t think i would visit this hotel again in Christmas days while the food quality and taste dropped dramatically when more people came . In the previous day I was excited with the food . The cleaning of the room was unprofessional. (I include photos of the room that was cleaned)

We were in an apartment for a family of 4. The rooms were beautiful, equipped with a mini kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, sink. And there were some plates, glasses and coffee mugs. The apartment was very warm and cozy for a longer stay. The hotel also had a playroom for small children, with an animator on staff, who treated our children wonderfully. There were enough toys so we didn't have to bring any from home. The food in the restaurant was varied and delicious, and the desserts were unforgettable. The spa was also good and met our needs. The hotel also has a large parking space. The location is in beautiful and quiet nature, and our apartment had a view of the mountain.

Our arrangement was all inclusive, so from experience in other hotels, that means every service is free. For example, downstairs in the dining room, wine and beer are free, but if you order coke they charge for it. Upstairs in the suite, we had a coffee mat, with coffee bags left for use, so thinking we were all inclusive, we served ourselves, but in the end they charged us for them as well. It's a small amount of money, but I think the gesture is bad.

The property was great! We had a very nice apartment in the hotel which was very big, with nice features such as a small kitchen, a bath and a balcony to enjoy the view. Amenities were great for relaxing, especially the saunas. The food at the buffet was surprisingly good, and we liked that each night there was a theme, for example mexican food or italian food. Location was also ideal and quite close to town center.

The only downside I would say is that the pool is too small compared to the size of the hotel, and is often crowded with kids, very loud and beach balls flying across the pool.

We enjoyed the hotel a lot because it was end of the season and the hotel was not crowded. The spa facilities are very nice. The room was very specious, clean and modern. The stuff is super friendly, especially the restaurant team. We also really liked the food, so much variety. The menu and drinks had good affordable prices. The shuttle to the gondola was always available, whenever we were there he took us (also probably the season was finishing and it wasn’t crowded). We also had a very nice mountain view.

My husband burnt his arm on the spa. There was a very hot piece of metal on top of the stones and unprotected. That was very upsetting.

The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from Bansko's center. Our twin room was very spacious and looked exactly like the photos on Booking.com. The heating was excellent, and the rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels and spa robes provided each day upon request. The radiator and drying rack in the bathroom were convenient for drying clothes and bathing suits.The breakfast buffet was diverse, fresh, and plentiful, with a good selection of both hot and cold options to suit different tastes. It was a great way to start the day before heading to the slopes. We especially enjoyed the SPA after a full day of skiing. It is larger than SPAs in other hotels, well-maintained, and features a spacious pool with warm water, a jacuzzi, and adjacent saunas and a tepidarium. It can get a bit crowded in the evening, but it remains a pleasant experience. The staff was kind and welcoming. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return next time!
