Great communication via booking.com regarding the checking in process / any queries & concerns as there is no receptionist. Codes to the building and key safe were provided at 4pm, via text message. Very easy to access. There is security on the front desk at night time. Room was clean on arrival, small kitchen area is very handy. Great location, 5 minute walk into Krakow Old Town square. Shop and x2 restraints beneath the apartment complex which are very handy. No concerns, would definitely recommend!!

Unable to check in before 4pm, meant having to carry luggage around with us due to early flight.

The apartment was lovely and we really liked the style of the room, the set out and the storage it had to offer. Plus the location was good.

On arrival we noticed a strong smell of sweat on one of the pillows on the bed as if the bedding hadn't been changed. The pillows were very flat and did feel like we were sleeping on the mattress rather than have the comfort of a good comfortable pillow. Maybe two would have been better. There was a large stain of what looked like blood on the mattress and the duvet did not fit the bed it was smaller and for two people this wasn't enough. There was also only one seat on the balcony as it would suit one person not a couple. There is no one to speak to on reception and I believe this service is on another site by contact via email.

Easy walk to old town and bars and restaurants. Clean and spacious flat. Great shower and good facilities.

Balcony was very small, only room for one. Fan continued all night and we could not turn it off. Difficult to use keys to enter flat ( two locks). Each time it took time to get out and get in. No reception. Instructions should say you have to go though a door before you find the code. Decor was very dull, unlike the reviews we had read. View from window was uninspiring. The corridor with the metal doors was reminiscent of a prison.

The location is excellent, close to the center in an updated building with very good sound insulation. Restaurants and shops are available already at the foot of the building. It seems like many rooms in the building are used as similar apartments; we found the provided kitchenware more than enough for our simple purposes, and the room was surprisingly spacious for the price. We had no issues connecting to the wi-fi throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, with a main entry (electronic door) and lockbox (physical door key) code provided quickly via message once they were ready for us (no staffed reception, although the building does have a security guard at night); check-out was similarly smooth, with the simple expectation for us to replace the key in the lockbox. Staff were very responsive when we needed them (mostly for questions related to checkout preparations) and helped confirm that we'd be able to store our bags in lockers until check-in formally opened around 4 PM.

The room was bigger than we expected, since we were here two years ago, and we got a really small room, but this time it was nice. We liked the way from the balcony, the room itself was good and comfortable, there was a table in the middle, so we could eat, and leave our stuff there, also, thanks for air conditioner.

I did not like bathroom, since the shower is not really separated from the bathroom, and I had a flood inside. There is no door to close while you are taking a shower.

Location good , good restaurants close by , good cafes close by , Easy accessible to all main attractions

One towel per guest only , Felt it was poor service to ask for payment for clean / fresh towels , especially when staying for more than 2 days. Felt it was poor service to only have welcoming tea and coffee and not at least a coffee pod per day. The duvet was not for a double bed ,More the size for a single bed , pillows poor quality.

The layout of the property was brilliant and the interior was lovely , great location only a 5 minute walk from the centre , got a shop and pizza directly below the whole building was clearly looked after as it was all spotless and I would definitely stay again

The 1 thing I would say is the shower head and floor of shower wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been but apart from that I couldn’t fault it at all

Great location ! Everything was in walking distance. Nice furnished apartment with the basics for our stay. Staff were quick to respond and send out the details on the day of arrival.

We found that the iron leaked so wasn’t able to use it. The shower would start to flood after a certain period of time and there was no instructions for the heating so we had to trial and error to figure out how it worked

The apartments are situated in a great location. They are within walking distance to many shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as attractions like Wawel Castle & Cathedral and the Old Town. The Old Town is also where many pick up points for tours are situated which is very convenient, like to the Wieliczka Salt Mine and Auschwitz. The apartment was clean, decorated nicely and had all the amenities we needed. The owners were quick to reply over messenger and were very helpful booking our airport transfers.

The locks on the door are quite fiddly which could be made a bit simpler, but it's great security and the lock box with the keys is pretty handy! Also, it would be nice if the check in time was a bit earlier. But there are things around to keep you occupied whilst waiting for entry!

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely view. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh flowers in the room and a handwritten welcome note.

Honestly, nothing! Everything was just right.
