Hangar Inn is very well located, just a few kilometres from the Rome-Fiumicino airport and accessible through a local cab or bus, both of which have stands at the lower level of Terminal 3 Arrivals. The room was quite large, and included several bottles of water for free, as well as tea and a kettle. A collection of packaged breakfast foods was provided, which will give you a nice start to the day. It is just a 3 minute walk to the nearest supermarket, and there is a mini-fridge in the room which makes it very easy to grab bread or meat, or accommodate an allergy. The Hangar Inn can also help you call a taxi for a specific time, which is very helpful. The hosts were very helpful and friendly as well. While I was unable to see it myself due to timing, the Port of Claudius and Trajan, which is the ancient main harbour of Rome, is close to the Hangar Inn and is one of the most overlooked sets of ruins in the area. This makes Hangar Inn extremely well located for the airport, seeing the city of Fiumicino, and for archaeological sites. I would absolutely recommend the Hangar Inn, and stay again if I had the choice.

I liked everything.

I stayed one night at Hangar Inn as I needed a place to overnight during my transfer flight. The place is super clean and conveniently located just 2.5 km from the airport. There are buses running from the airport very close to the hotel from 5:35 to 23:10 daily, which is very convenient. Alternatively, you can take an Uber. The toilet and shower facilities were great, and the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing as it only included packaged sweet items and no fresh bread. Unfortunately, there was no internet during my stay. I reported it to the manager, and they assured me they would fix it for the next clients, but unfortunately, I still had no connection.

Spacious and clean, and well equipped. We needed a place to stay close to the airport because we had to catch an early flight. It was cheap and only a 10 minute drive away from the airport. The staff was friendly and all facilities were great. We would highly recommend this place.

The single, small thing to mention is that the room was a bit noisy due to appliances in the room like the refrigerator and ventilation, but it wasn’t a problem for us since we sleep with earplugs. The refrigerator can obviously be unplugged but we could find a way to turn off the ventilation, and that would have been annoying without the earplugs.

The property was clean , comfortable and close to airport . The hose was kind and very helpful. The bathroom was very large,modern and brand new . The bathroom is external next door in the private corridor . A great place to stay if you need to be near the airport . There is an airport bus about 5 minutes walk from motel for less than 2 euro per person and a 12 minute trip .

Maira has provided me with some transportation advice via whatsapp prior to my arrival. We wanted to try out the experience of taking the bus from the airport to their hotel, so we did. It was a bit of time consuming to figure out where to buy the tickets and where the bus stand is, but we did it. After we checked in, the owner was very welcoming. The court yard was very manicurely maintained, and the room is big enough for my husband and I. I especially love the bathroom. The entire bathroom is a separate room and connected to the balcony, which is very lovely. When I asked how to get the coffee in the morning as we have to take off very early to catch early morning flight. The older gentleman offered to leave the kitchen accessible for our early morning coffee. We are very much appreciated for the entire family gracious welcome. That leaves us with wonderful memories of this Italy trip. Thank you!

I spent a night there. It was possible to check in at late night. The room, private bathroom, and common kitchen were clean. There was a small breakfast which was so satisfying to me.

My flight arrived after midnight, and I needed to take an Uber to reach the place. There is a bus during the day and some time in the evening.

It is ideally situated close to the airport for our early morning flight. The property is lovely and the rooms are big and bright and extremely clean. Also the pillows were the best of any place we stayed in Italy. Also Pia was just a lovely and gracious host.

We had a slight issue getting into the property when we arrived but it was dealt with in short order so no real complaints.

It was exceptionally clean with large room and large bathroom and close to numerous restaurants, ten min bus ride or taxi ride from airport. property management gave good instruction. She was very friendly and we had translator on our phone to communicate. Her daughter spoke excellent English when home after work. The room was huge as well as the bathroom. We had the private internal bathroom which was also spotless!!! The balcony was so nice to have after being in hotel rooms that didn’t and the air conditioning worked very well. Water pressure was great as well in the shower and sink.

Very easy to follow check in instructions. Great communication with the owners. The room exceeded our expectations - large, clean, beautiful bathroom, aircon, quiet. Just what you need for a comfortable stay near the airport. Drive to the airport took about 10 minutes.

Very nice big room with a private bathroom. Fridge and air-condition there. Kettle and drinks available in the room. Nice and clean! Bed very comfortable. Nice balcony and lovely owners! Very friendly, supportive on the top level. Highly recommended!

A bit poor breakfast, most of them were only sweet stuff. No vegetables at all such tomato or cucumber. But we survived, the shop is just around the corner.
