They went over and beyond with my accomodation. I booked online and there was no option for me to rebook as the app that I have booked in had no availability. Liana was so kind enough to rebook me from their end and I did not have to cancel my stay! Thanks Liana! Their beds were super comfy and I had a really good sleep. They were really close to the center and me and my spouse enjoyed walking around the area. The check in was so easy and as I have informed them I will be checking in late, they have already turned on heating to welcome me. I had a really comfortable stay.

The area where the motel was perfect for the family. 4 of the 6 of us flew into Nelson and it was a 3 minute drive to Amber Court Motel. Management and staff were great. There was a communal kitchen that was available to use and the washing machine and dryer were free to use. Our beds were made daily with clean towels on our beds.

In the 5 nights stay there, the rooms were vacuumed once and the sheets were not changed at all. The Motel policy was that the sheets would be changed every 6 days. I've stayed at many different motels/ hotels for work around New Zealand and 3 days has been their maximum days of having the same sheets on the bed.

Clean and tidy, spacious unit with comfortable bed in the main living room, and 3 x beds in the bedroom. I liked the coffee sachet and plunger, sky tv, free wifi, shower pressure great, new heat pump, parking right outside unit. Could not hear any noise from other units, but was a week night when we stayed. Was good for two nights.

Road noise, use ear plugs as it's right by a busy road and intersection. Couple of small things, fan in bathroom not working for the steam, no bodywash in dispenser, may need shower curtain or something across the shower to stop the water wetting the floor due to excellent shower pressure.

Terrific staff, mentioned we had just gotten engaged and they left us a heart made out of chocolate-such a sweet touch! Everyone was friendly and seemed happy to be there. Free laundry facilities was an added bonus we weren’t expecting. Spacious studio room, very clean

Door into room is frosted so a bit weird when there are people standing outside your door chatting but there’s a door between there and the bedroom part so you can retain privacy

Bed was firm and very comfortable, shower was lovely, residents' laundry was useful as was the iron and ironing board in our unit. Nice to have a couple of comfortable chairs in the unit and we were able to bring the outdoor table and chairs inside for dining. They were also lovely to sit outside in the sun which the motel is well situated for.

There is a plastic bowl provided to wash up dishes and the microwave is a mechanical model, which are difficult to judge time on. That plus the toaster are the cooking facilities - luckily we had our airfryer with us!

Nice and quite. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. There was a good thick layer of blankets in some motels there is not enough blankets to keep you warm and you need to get up and get the spare one. did not have to in this case. Pillows were nice and thick.

Outside light shining through kitchen window. annoying when trying to sleep. The room not dark enough. The shower was not strong enough

Excellent size room, shower box Excellent size, beds comfortable, location Excellent for our needs, loved sitting outside with chairs and table in sun in afternoon. Free washing machine and dryer! Excellent to be able to use that, while on holiday. Friendly staff, helpful when needed. Would stay again with no problem 😊

Stay wasn't long enough! Had two nights there

Was value for money, the studio was very spacious and we liked how a door separated the kitchenette and bathroom areas from the lounge part. Loved the raised area where we could store our suitcase and use without having to bend down, was close to the airport.

Only one small suggestion, bedside tables or something similar would be good to put things on e.g. a drink, a glasses case, or a phone while charging had to go on the floor.

Fab place - affordable but quality. Great facilities. Free laundry including complimentary soap powder. Sky TV on the night the All Blacks played Eng was a huge bonus. Surprisingly no traffic noise despite being close to the main road. Great lication - great takeaways within a 5-10 min walk. Beach a pleasant stroll. I could have walked to the airport even. I couldn't fault it.

Heater on to welcome me. It was heaven after a tough 3 days for an 82 year old on the Great Taste Trail with his grandchildren! .....and then with ferry delay I was able to get an extra night there. Thankyou Amber Court Motel!

Only a minor point.....but a stool [or 2]so one could sit at the bench to write, and eat rather than sit on the bed having breakfast would be helpful. The lounge chairs need a small table related to them but the problem is there would not be much room for that.
