It was a very quiet hotel. We liked the spaciousness of the rooms and how each one is separate. We didn't use it as such, but the kitchen was well-stocked. The little balcony was a bonus.

We didn't like how each room has a door that swings shut. I know the UK is big on fire doors but it was kind of ridiculous, especially considering how dark it was in the hallway when all the doors were closed. Only the bathroom door stayed open. I also had trouble operating the washer/dryer combo. They brought me a new when the first one seemed to have a broken dryer component, but I couldn't get it to dry either. Probably operator error!

The staff were incredibly helpful and informative, the parking was exactly as described and the decor was modern and fresh. The amenities within the apartment were first rate and it really did feel like a home away from home. The kitchenette is fully stocked with the pans and utensils one would need to prepare a great meal, plus there was a mini dishwasher and full-size washer-dryer to use, with the required tablets, etc., not that we did use either on our two night stay. On top of that, the location is very central to the city and almost everything is in walking distance.

There's no air-conditioning so while a fan was provided, on hot summer nights it can get uncomfortably warm, although there was very little street noise if you want the window open. There was a distinct damp smell in the bathroom, nothing too over-powering but certainly unpleasant.

I liked all the decorative finishing touches, it was comfy and clean.

No dressing table in the bedroom. I had to do my hair and makeup in the kitchen.

Very friendly staff. Location close to the train station and city center as well as the canal. It was very nice to get some stuff for breakfast for free (bread, eggs, cereal) and the kitchen was well equipped.

Rooms were rather dark and as other guests already said, the doors wouldn’t stay open, which made the rooms even darker and harder to get in fresh air, so it smelled a bit musty. What I was missing in the kitchen were some general things like spices and oil.

My wife and I were absolutely thrilled with our recent stay at The Chambers in Leeds! These luxury serviced apartments are a cut above. From the genuinely helpful and friendly reception staff to the immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable apartment (the bed and sofas were wonderful!), every detail was perfect. We particularly loved the novel "honesty shop" – such a great touch! The facilities were fantastic, genuinely offering more than we have at home, and the central location was ideal for exploring Leeds. Considering the quality, comfort, and convenience, including the easily accessible and reasonably priced on-site parking, The Chambers offers outstanding value for money. We can't recommend it highly enough for a superb city break!

I honestly can't think of anything we didn't like.

Lovely serviced apartments within a short walking distance from the train station. Very spacious my unit had a balcony which was a pleasant surprise, it was clean and you get all essentials Cookware for cooking. They also have complimentary eggs and bread, tea and coffee. They offer cleaning services once a week.

As you can see from the photo entrance might be a problem for some with its long staircase. It says on booking that they have microwave but my unit didn't have any, it only had an oven. Minor recommendation: it would be convenient if you consider door stoppers since the the doors can't stay open all the time without a heavy object.

The rooms were comfortable, quiet and clean. I kept the bedroom door open by using a pair of shoes as a doorstop. Having a washing machine and clothes rack was useful, room 503 looks to the west, getting the afternoon sun and sunsets. Staff were friendly. The gym is small with five cardio machines and a dumbbell rack. It's only 5 minutes walk from the station, close to the city centre and plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby.

It's fantastic accommodation in a brilliant city centre but quiet location. nice seating area with sofa. Luxury bathroom with bath. Kitchen and dining area. Balcony. Comfy bed. Lovely bedroom. Underground parking. Free eggs, bread and butter, tea and coffee, milk, for breakfast.

The TV remote control or the TV itself n the bedroom didn't work properly so I couldn't change channels, adjust the volume or turn it off. Hence I was kept awake until 4.30am when I managed to unplug a lead into the set. Then I had white screen in my face so I put the throw off the bed over. They changed the batteries in the remote and then the remote itself but it was still unresponsive on the second night. So I moved onto the sofa which was too short. When I told reception how this had affected my sleep they seemed less than interested.

Even before I arrived, I'd had great email communication from The Chambers and also a phone call to check I was still planning on staying with them. And when I got there, the directions on how to access the car park and then reception were clear and I was greeted by friendly, helpful members of staff at the reception desk and throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable and so quiet - I couldn't believe we were in the city centre! The complimentary breakfast items were a nice touch and meant we could have a lovely breakfast before heading home. I didn't get to use the honesty bar (we were busy!) but that was also a really nice idea. I will definitely stay again!

Nothing at all!

Hidden in plain sight amidst the city buildings this property impressed from the moment we entered the front door. The quality is evident throughout and the staff are welcoming and attentive. We stayed in a Superior 1-bed apartment that was spacious, clean and well equipped and exceeded our expectations. Whenever we are staying in Leeds this will be our place to go as hotels cannot compete with what they offer.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. The only thing to be aware of for me was the on-street parking that is council run. It is not straight forward to understand and could lead to parking fines. But knowing that and talking to the reception staff meant we knew what to do.
