The staff were incredibly helpful and informative, the parking was exactly as described and the decor was modern and fresh. The amenities within the apartment were first rate and it really did feel like a home away from home. The kitchenette is fully stocked with the pans and utensils one would need to prepare a great meal, plus there was a mini dishwasher and full-size washer-dryer to use, with the required tablets, etc., not that we did use either on our two night stay. On top of that, the location is very central to the city and almost everything is in walking distance.

There's no air-conditioning so while a fan was provided, on hot summer nights it can get uncomfortably warm, although there was very little street noise if you want the window open. There was a distinct damp smell in the bathroom, nothing too over-powering but certainly unpleasant.

I liked all the decorative finishing touches, it was comfy and clean.

No dressing table in the bedroom. I had to do my hair and makeup in the kitchen.

My wife and I were absolutely thrilled with our recent stay at The Chambers in Leeds! These luxury serviced apartments are a cut above. From the genuinely helpful and friendly reception staff to the immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable apartment (the bed and sofas were wonderful!), every detail was perfect. We particularly loved the novel "honesty shop" – such a great touch! The facilities were fantastic, genuinely offering more than we have at home, and the central location was ideal for exploring Leeds. Considering the quality, comfort, and convenience, including the easily accessible and reasonably priced on-site parking, The Chambers offers outstanding value for money. We can't recommend it highly enough for a superb city break!

I honestly can't think of anything we didn't like.

Lovely serviced apartments within a short walking distance from the train station. Very spacious my unit had a balcony which was a pleasant surprise, it was clean and you get all essentials Cookware for cooking. They also have complimentary eggs and bread, tea and coffee. They offer cleaning services once a week.

As you can see from the photo entrance might be a problem for some with its long staircase. It says on booking that they have microwave but my unit didn't have any, it only had an oven. Minor recommendation: it would be convenient if you consider door stoppers since the the doors can't stay open all the time without a heavy object.

Even before I arrived, I'd had great email communication from The Chambers and also a phone call to check I was still planning on staying with them. And when I got there, the directions on how to access the car park and then reception were clear and I was greeted by friendly, helpful members of staff at the reception desk and throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable and so quiet - I couldn't believe we were in the city centre! The complimentary breakfast items were a nice touch and meant we could have a lovely breakfast before heading home. I didn't get to use the honesty bar (we were busy!) but that was also a really nice idea. I will definitely stay again!

Nothing at all!

Hidden in plain sight amidst the city buildings this property impressed from the moment we entered the front door. The quality is evident throughout and the staff are welcoming and attentive. We stayed in a Superior 1-bed apartment that was spacious, clean and well equipped and exceeded our expectations. Whenever we are staying in Leeds this will be our place to go as hotels cannot compete with what they offer.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. The only thing to be aware of for me was the on-street parking that is council run. It is not straight forward to understand and could lead to parking fines. But knowing that and talking to the reception staff meant we knew what to do.

When we arrived parking was very easy to find and very secure, for £20 per night extremely reasonable in a city centre. The reception staff were warm and welcoming and explained everything. Free bread and eggs to help yourself too and an honesty bar where you help yourself and write down what you have had and the bill is settled at the end of your stay. Decent choices and prices. There is a fantastic courtyard where we sat each evening, we were welcome to bring our own wine down to the courtyard to enjoy and another couple were having a takeaway they had ordered to the apartments. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We were also upgraded to a superior apartment from a studio. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable with everything we needed including milk, jams and butter in the fridge and water in the bedroom. The windows were fabulous especially in the heatwave over the weekend. The beds were lovely and comfortable and the pillows which I do sometimes struggle with were also comfortable and I slept really well. The shower was good and it was nice to have the Molton Brown toiletries. Absolutely loved the apartment and everything else that came with it and we will definitely be back.

Location, for me, was perfect for me as just 100yds from where I was working during my stay. Just a few minutes walk from railway station and a similar stroll to Greek Street with it's selection of bars and restaurants. I didn't test speed of the wifi but was perfectly good for streaming and working whilst there. Staff were very friendly and helpful

I haven't anything negative to say about my stay. The car parking space was a little tight to open the door and squeeze out but aren't they all these days. Car was parked for duration of my stay anyway due to apartment location being so good though so was only in and out of it once.

Didn't expect the bedroom and living area to be separate rooms. The apartment was very well equipped a great environment to relax and pass time away from home without needing to be sat at a bar or coffee shop. High quality toiletries and all essentials such as milk/ tea/ coffee were provided along with bread and eggs for breakfast. There was also a well stocked honesty bar in reception where you can also get yourself a night cap with comfy seating if you don't want to be in your apartment but don't to go out with an enclosed courtyard where you can unwind outside when the Yorkshire weather allows. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming.

The only downsides I could think of were that the shower is fixed and there was no bath, but this is common in most accommodation. It was also muggy when we stayed and even with the balcony door open, it was really, really warm due to the thickness of the duvets. Air conditioning would have been bliss, but given Leeds only has about 10 nights a year like that, normally it's not even going to be a second thought.

Excellent. Would highly recommend. The apartment was spotless and very spacious. 5 min walk from the train station. Approx 15 minute walk to First Direct Arena ( the reason for our stay) Fully equipped kitchen. Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar, bottled water, butter, jam and marmalade, milk and cereal. Washing machine, iron and ironing board, fan and hairdryer. The honesty bar was well stocked with drinks and snacks. Just write down what you have had, then get charged at the end of your stay. Bread and eggs were also available. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We arrived well before the check in time but you are welcome to drop off luggage. Staff even calling to let you know when your apartment becomes available. They were also very knowledgeable when asked to recommend place to eat. We will definitely be returning.
