Stunning spacious brand new apartment. Great location close to metro station and lots of markets & pubs around. Very polite staff, always on hand. Free use of towels which are changed after couple of days. Free coffee and tea. Big terrace with exit from the living room and one of the bedrooms. Deposit returned well ahead of time. Definetly would recommend for a group of 4, enough space and comfort.

Keep in mind there is 500 pounds deposit on the check-in. Wifi router was not in our room so they provided us with some external source, which wasn't always strong and stable.

Lots of space and well equipped kitchen

They ask for room deposit only in cash/pounds… Its very simple to set up a deposit on card and then release the funds back to the customer. £500 deposit is a lot if cash to be carrying around Whitechapel. We are Australian so it cost us around $1200 to withdraw £500 and then when our deposit was returned we only received around $750 due to conversion rates so we lost almost half the deposit because of this stupid cash policy..

Nicely furnished spacious flat

The cash deposit of 500 GBP !!! it is not mentioned in the description, but you receive the info once you confirm the stay. This is not very honest and would have had me refraining from renting it.

Rooms were great, beds and pillows softer than I'm used to but comfortable all the same. Quiet street and soundproofing is great, slept well! Halfway through our stay new towels and toilet paper was delivered, which was great. Host was responsive to hand over keys and show us into the apartment. Secure access to the apartment, and very well located in terms of tube access, buses and also walking distance to sights and other facilities around.

It was a bit inconvenient to have to take out the 500pound cash deposit but it was returned at our checkout, so not really a complaint. Nothing negative, great place to stay at!

Price - space - decoration- clean and modern and new over all its great and i would come back its really nice place and quite and parking went good we found spaces with good prices around and at night was free

The sofa bed was disaster ( for one person only small and very hard ) and cant be stright its like a lazy not comfey coach The cash deposit very old style and no other options and no flexibility we had to go search to exchange money to be allowed to check in dont forget to bring cash

Apartment was cleaned and had all the necessities. Security system was very good and building was very safe. Restaurants and groceries are available within the walking distance.

They charge GBP500 as cash deposit. I think GBP 200 should be sufficient. Having said that they have refunded the amount on our check out time.

The need to provide a GBP500 or equivalent in cash as a bound while staying. Surely in the current day and age this can be done via Credit Card which is normal practice.

The apartment was excellent.The proximity to the train station for the London commute was good, as it made attending our meetings and seeing friends easier.

Host was a bit cold and hardly smiled in our interactions (he probably was in a bad mood, i reckon). Having to withdraw the £500 cash deposit is unbelievable in a nearly cashless system. Booking.com has to review such requirements with landlords in the future.

Perfect location, good price, communication was good also. Mehdi took care of everything.

There was a lot of dust on the floor. My white socks turned grey...

The property is exceptionally good. Rooms are spacious. Every room has cupboard and tower fan. Kitchen is big and well equipped with necessary utensils. Bed sheets and towels were changed after 2 days without asking. Hygiene inside the apartment and in the hallway as well as outside the building was well maintained. Hot water was always available. Fittings inside the bathrooms are new and latest. Ventilation inside the toilet is good. Wifi worked well. They even provided logged in Netflix account.

The person at the reception Mr. Mehdi is a bit racist. The main door of the building was like a hangout spot of anti social group of young chaps after 10:00 pm. Felt bit insecure while entering the building.
