A Hidden Gem in Nice – Peaceful, Charming & Well-Located I had a wonderful stay at this charming little hotel in Nice. Just a 1-minute walk to the tram stop and only a 5–10 minute ride into the Old Town, it’s incredibly convenient yet feels like a peaceful retreat from the bustle. The room was tranquil and full of character, with beautiful French doors opening onto a pretty balcony overlooking a classic chessboard-style road crossing — a lovely spot.. The owner was absolutely lovely — warm, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. It’s the kind of place that feels genuinely cared for. If I’m being very picky, there was no bottled water provided and just two sachets of body wash, and the towels were a little on the small side. But those are minor details in what was overall a fantastic experience. Great value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. I’d definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful! Very charming decor with a cute front patio/garden. Our room had a nice high ceiling and was very clean and cutely decorated. The WiFi connection was strong. Our location couldn’t have been better. Removed from the really bustling parts by the sea, but still three stops from Old Nice by tram. The red line stop was right at the corner which was so convenient. We could walk two blocks to a square that was full of restaurants - all of which are delicious and full of people! Such a great deal. I highly recommend Villa Saint Hubert

Our stay at the villa was amazing. The location was great, near the tram station. It is very close to the city center, just 2 stops away. It is also close to the train station, so going to Cannes, Monaco, Ezze is just so easy. Sophie, our host, was absolutely amazing. The friendliest person, she explained everything we needed to know about Nice. Also, she gave us great tips about where to have dinner, nearby. She is the best! Her cats made our stay even lovelier. If we come back to Nice, we will stay again at this villa, for sure.

Upon arrival we received a warm welcome, and helpful suggestions where to have dinner and which places/ sites to visit. We had the luck to receive an upgrade to a larger and bright room with a balcony. Sophie, the owner, chose a very good colour combination for the walls and ceiling and furniture which creates a very nice ambience. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a sturdy showerhead and strong water jet.The villa is situated in a very charming neighbourhood with grocery stores and restaurants near by. A tram station is within 2 minute reach from the villa getting you straight to the old town. If we ever visit again we will try and stay at Villa Saint Hubert.

Our stay at Villa Saint Hubert was great in every aspect. I loved the building, which we found out was built around 1900. The little garden in the front was great for breakfast. The room was spacious and very clean. Also, many thanks to our host Sophie, who was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again!

The location is ideal. It is in the walking distance from the center and from the University of Cote d'Azure, where I attended an event. I admire the warmth and the attentiveness of the owner. This is my 7th or 8th stay at this place and obviously is not the last one.

I should be perfect if there are slippers in each room.

Excellent location, near the city center. The whole object is beautiful, cozy and clean. 100% recommend! The owner is super nice, sweet and helpful, she offers tips on what to do & see in Nice 😊 Good and cheap breakfast is also available! If you're lucky you can meet a cute cat in the garden 😁

Sophie, the hotel owner, could not have been more helpful and welcoming. So positive ,warm and knowledgeable in dealing with our requests. The location close to the tram system was an added benefit to our choice and made access to other areas of the city so easy.

There is no 24h reception, it was quite hard to get instructions to do late check in as we arrived after the reception hours. The room illumination is bad…at night doesnt get completely dart as the curtain is not a blackout and during the day the illumination is not good as well as the lights are weak.

It was an amazing experince staying at Saint Hubert Hotel. Sophie was so patient and helpful for all the questions I had during my trip. She showed me "must go" places, suggested me a beatiful perfume store. The location was perfect! If you have a heavy luggage you don't need to be worry, location is so close to the stop like (50-100 meters) but the rooms are in the upstairs so consider that too :) I went to Monaco, Ville Franche and Antibes the experience was spectacular. Ofcourse Nice Center & old town was my favorite! <3 The room was so peaceful. Calm street, birds singing... Room cleaned everyday so after a long day I enjoyed my calm, clean room. Rooms are close to one another I don't get bother from the noice and also if you are really tired you can't hear anything while sleeping :) Overall exceptional stay! Thank you so much Sophie! If I ever come to Nice again, I will definetely choose Saint Hubert Hotel! A-MAZING.

Nothing to add in here really. Let me write one more bonus, Sophie let me keep my luggage at hotel gave me the breakfast dining area and the keys so that I can come and put my shopping items privately. After checkout, I wasn't expecting that. It was priceless!
