This property is cute. In some ways it reminds me of a hostel with private rooms rather than a hotel. The room is lovely and big. I liked the lighting set up. Massive bed! Very comfortable. Comfy pillows too. The bathroom is nice with a shaving mirror. WiFi is not very strong as it kept dropping out. Breakfast is continental but you could ask them to cook an omelette if you want. The staff are very accommodating. The location is about 27mims walk from Zurich HB or you can take the no 4 tram. The TV is good size with YouTube and Netflix available. The kitchen/lounge is open all the time so you can grab a cake and tea or coffee etc. Overall a nice hotel.

The only negative thing aspect for me is what it cost me for just two nights. A bit on the overpriced side but then this is Switzerland.

Location is excellent. Breakfast is super good! The room was really nice, specially the shower room. And best of all, the staff was so friendly. This is one of the best hotel experiences that I had in Switzerland (always considering the price range). Do not doubt it, book this hotel!

Only one little thing, that we see as a norm in Switzerland. The pillows! Soooo hard and uncomfortable. We have stayed in several hotels in Switzerland in the past year, and only one hotel had good pillows. So maybe is a trend here? The best that you can do is to roll a spare duvet and use it as a pillow.

Pretty self sufficient boutique hotel, great set up they got going on! There is also free quality coffee and snacks available 24/7. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed

It seemed that my room was being set up and wasn't fully ready, what I mean is that it had some wiring tubes hanging from the entrance and the AC unit wasn't operational. The hotel did provide us with lovely hot water bottles, to warm up the bed, but I'm afraid to think what could have happened had it been a cold night and no alternative way to heat the room. Moreover, although the AC wasn't ooerational it still had a blinking error light which was particularly annoying when trying to sleep. Lastly for some reason we got two single duvets instead of a queen one. Halfway through the night i woke up cold, and realised it was because of these single duvets shuffling around

Nice area of the town; Easy access to transport around town; walkable to the water, restaurants, attractions. Friendly staff Great breakfast selection on a weekend day, but the day before was not as fresh. We enjoyed the made to order eggs, how you want it cooked Comfy bed and sheets

No AC on a hot, humid summer. We got away with just a fan on a cooler night We could hear the floor above us, sounded like a jumping kid till almost midnight

The location is great, very close to the center and easily accessible by public transport. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy.

We had requested for an extra bed for our child and it had a gap running through the centre, probably as it was a sofa converted into a bed. Checking in after normal hours require you to call them to get access, probably informing the guests of this in advance would make it easier for people to plan their travel time accordingly.

The location and a clean functional room. The included breakfast service was excellent. The staff was friendly and even made eggs per your liking.

There was no A/C. When we visited the weather was a bit hot and humid and could have used the ac. They have an AC unit installed but not working. Also the access to the room is a little hard based on the flight of stairs and a very small elevator

It was really convenient. We arrived when the reception was closed, but the instructions for entering and getting our room key were clear, and the owners responded promptly to messages we sent them. The location was great, the room pleasant and clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious!

Very centrally located B&B hotel just down from the Opera House which provided a good two day base in Zurich. The room was large, bright and very quiet, overlooking the courtyard, and the breakfast provided was excellent. Although reception isn't manned from early afternoon, the access instructions were clear to follow and provided in good time before arrival.

Great location - close to train station, shops and the lake. The hotel staff are only on site in the morning - but the code check process in when we arrived at 5pm was easy & seamless. The breakfast was tasty.

We booked 2 rooms for our family. It would have been good if these were on the same level. In hindsight I should have specified this when I made the booking.

A hotel with a very good location - close to the station, the old town, the lake and the promenade. Despite the center, peace and quiet. Very clean, well-equipped room and bathroom. A clean bed with fragrant bedding. The breakfast in the small lobby was very tasty and varied. Very nice and professional service. There is no air conditioning in the room, there is a portable air conditioner, which makes it impossible to close the window and is quite noisy. On hot days this may be uncomfortable.
