Good location and great place to stay at Zurich. Very accessible and budget friendly. Clean apartment and well Maintained.

It was extremely disappointing that I did not get the check i code for about 6 hours post my check in time. The self check in website did not accept documents for which i had to email them over and over. I started requesting for the code one day before my check in and got it only 6 hours after check in time. Specially in Zurich with all the bags etc, this was a frustrating experience with the check in. I lost half the day replying to emails as I needed to be in a good network place and couldn’t do much. This is the only bad experience.

Fantastic location, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Good communication with the staff. Very clean. Easy check in process.

There is no air-conditioning, it does get warm during summer days. There is no physical lock on the door from the inside.

Easy to check in and also to check out. Everything worked fine Clean. Very good facilities, you had everything someone would need. Great thing. Internet working great.

Something that the staff cannot do anything about, anyway - you could hear easily the noise from other apartments and from the halls.

- 1 very spacious bedroom with queen size bed (I booked for 3 adults and two children, one aged 6 and one aged 2) - 1 spacious bedroom with queen size bed - decently-equipped equipped kitchen - Had roller blinds on windows that allowed to completely block sunlight - about 15 minutes on foot from Zurich main station

- No elevator (so keep that in mind if you have a stroller or heavy baggage) - no possibility to leave luggage at property - At more than 200 euros/night, price is OK for Zurich, but still - water leaks out of shower: keep your clothes and other belongings always from the floor in front of the shower! - cost of baby crib/cot way too high

The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-furnished for cooking, as well, even though I used only an electric kettle and fridge. The bed was comfortable. The location was good for my purpose of visit. The building and the neighbourhood were quiet during the night. Check-in is contactless. You are given a code that you use to enter the building and your apartment. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation.

It was impossible to fix the shutters closed, or at least I did not know how to do it. Hence, I had trouble sleeping with too much light in the morning. The sink was small and impractical due to the size of the bathroom. There is no lift, so it might be a problem for some people.

Very nice, clean, cosy apartment close to the center. The staff is very friendly and helpful in case you need something during your stay.

The bathroom is a bit small

The location is pretty good, easy access to trains and downtown. The Key PIN lock made access super easy. Overall decent space for the price.

It was extremely hot during our stay and there was no air conditioning or fan available to use. We kept the windows open but the restaurant downstairs was very noisy making it hard to sleep. The fridge didn't close well so the items in there did not get very cold, and the appliances (kettle) outlet did not fit into the outlet so I had to use my own converter to make it work.

I liked the easiness of the check-in with the code sent on email.

The customer support responsiveness on messages wasn't that great for this trip. I have stayed at Vision Apartments in the past and they were extremely responsive on messages, but this trip they were losing messages and not replying for weeks. Also, there were large machine noises in the night. If you were to open the windows it would be extremely loud and if you kept the windows closed there would be no air ventilation in the room. The room was a bit destroyed in certain places, like big scratches on the floor and on the walls.

Location, clean room and contactless check in....all very easy

Check in time and check out time could not be moved by an hour either way, which I felt was not a big ask....I landed in zurich city centre before noon and couldn't check in before 3pm...I.asked for a 1pm or 2pm check in, which was declined....again I wanted to check out at 11am instead of 10am as I had a long wait til the airport, which again was declined

Very nice location. Close to the city center and with some bars and restaurants nearby. All in all, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Very good customer service

The pics on booking weren't really showing the apartment itself... The apartment was on the ground floor, it was pretty small and it was very hot inside... I don't want to imagine during the summer how it would feel like staying there. Very small sink in the bathroom. In Zurich, everything is super expensive, so I can not really judge if it was a good value for money ... Alright, for just a few days
