Everything in the hotel

The "free" taxi transfer from Booking.Com was badly managed by the provider. We arrived on time in Lisbon but the driver expected us to wait 2 hours for the pick up. This is NOT the fault of the hotel but i was very disappointed with this aspect of the arrival.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location is perfect central yet quiet. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the public areas, and the design is both modern and welcoming. Facilities are excellent, including a great pool. The service was exceptional, professional, warm, and attentive at all times. Room service was quick and reliable, and the staff made us feel truly valued. Breakfast and the restaurant were delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and well-prepared dishes. Overall, this was a flawless stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Great staff and location, well appointed, good breakfast with a small buffet and a la carte options. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the only downside was its design which was a negative for me.

I've stayed in one of the rooms with a shared terrace. Design wasn't very smart with stairs in the middle of the room connecting the "entryway and bathroom" area with the "bed and terrace" area. Additionally, the bathroom was split into separate shower, toilet and sink areas. Please note that there's a long flight of stairs to get from the street to the hotel lobby, so be mindful if you're walking to the hotel after a day out in the city and have mobility problems.

What a fabulous hotel this is! The architecture and interior decor was stylish, and contemporary (I am a modern Architect) and oozed class and sophistication. From the outset, the staff were amazing. The views from the forecourt and rooms were sensational. We didn't recall the names of the 2 female front desk staff but they were wonderful and very helpful. Hugo was so helpful, friendly and professional.

Breakfast was lovely with a great choice. The room was a tiny bit small but to be expected for the size of hotel, nice gesture leaving a port tonic and as much water as you wanted. The staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel was clean throughout.

We asked if a room became available for our friends to stay please let us know, we didnt hear anything but found out a day later chatting to a lady she had only booked the day before which, if correct, is a bit of a shame.

Excellent location and neighborhood. The view from the hotel over Lisbon was striking. The property, not visible from the street, is a quiet and calm oasis. The desk staff was especially helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast.

Room was tight for 2 people, lots of bending over and not much room for 2 suitcases to be opened. We didn’t care for open bathroom plan.

A beautiful, pleasant hotel that is maintained to a high standard, large and luxurious rooms, service and courtesy of the employees at a very high level, the food in the hotel restaurant is excellent and the service is at the highest levels, overall we had a great time, we received all kinds of surprises that we did not expect, very enjoyable and recommended

I would say housekeeping services. During my stay, I experienced some services from the housekeepers that didn’t meet the expected standards. for instance, missing one of bathrobes in the room. forgot to refill some empty amenities (shampoo). At first we didn’t want to bring it up because we think it don’t a big issue. However, after we had checked out. we received a message from hotel informing us that housekeepers found that we consumed items from mini bar (which we did not) It makes us feel uncomfortable with this claim. We understand that mistake can happen, we don’t want to make it as a complain but hope it will be a room for improvement. Overall, we did have a good time in your hotel everything is nice and memorable :)

From the moment we arrived the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel was really well located with great views of the city, which the pool overlooked and was great to pop into for a swim after a long day of sightseeing.

Very little to fault, but you aren't allowed glasses by the pool. It would have been lovely to sit in the pool and have a drink looking out at the view and I noticed their other location has plastic glasses for the pool.

The property and location are fantastic! The room was very well appointed and had lovely views of the city skyline, however a little on the small side compared to other rooms we had throughout Portugal. Still very comfortable and had everything we needed - they left delicious chocolates and a nice welcome cocktail kit in our room - classy touch!

The carpets in the hallways need to be replaced, very stained and not representative of the rest of the property. Service on the patio was slow during shift transitions and we ended up not receiving our entire order - this was resolved, but again not expected at a 5* hotel.
