Wonderful front desk staff--friendly, helpful. Cleaning lady on February 28 sweet, flexible; deserves recognition. Accessible to all shops/stores etc. that I needed. Value for the dollar.

The included "breakfast" was really just oatmeal and coffee. Below competitors' included fare.

Standard room with standard facilities which was ok. Everything was clean.

Light on the right side of bed nightstand (room 123) was not plugged in. Could not find an outlet in back or to the side to plug it into.

Good location, pleasant front desk staff, room was clean. Plentiful parking. Easy to find.

The advertised continental breakfast included only coffee, tea and oatmeal. Oatmeal is not univerally loved although it is healthier than the usual pastry or donut. Since only one person would even consider oatmeal this turned out to be a useless perk for us.

Everything was good or very good except for the breakfast that only offered oatmeal. Only oatmeal and nothing else except for coffee. The sink needs a new faucet and drain.

I could hear a man snoring next door; had to leave the tv on low volume.

The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating. We were supposed to be on the 2nd floor and when I asked for a first floor room, as it is hard for me to climb stairs. He was able to find us a room on the first floor. Very pleasant and helpful. Very appreciated. The room was as expected . Clean and comfortable. Good for our overnight and close to attractions.

Was very disappointed with the "breakfast ". All that was offered was coffee and a package of instant oatmeal and maybe juice. We went out for breakfast.

Hot tub was great, room was fine, could use an update

Used to be a smoking room, can still smell it, but now its labeled a non smoking

Front desk staff was very friendly, professional, and funny at the same time. She was a perfect host.

Carol was particularly helpful on walking me through what to do with a mistaken double booking!!

The chain was broken on our door & many cigarette butts surrounding my vehicle in the morning.
