Hotel is accurately depicted in the photos, it is very clean, well maintained and run. Room was great, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, and linen. Convinent to have a mini fridge and access to a kettle in the shared area. Great location, Trevi Fountain is close, we walked to Coliseum, Vatican, Spanish steps, Borghese Gallery.

Beds were very comfortable and place was very clean

The shower was confusing with a million knobs. It was supposed to be an emotional spa, and we couldn't get it to work. The emotion it conjures up is laughter. We couldn't believe an emotional shower is a real thing, plus we couldn't turn it on. However, it's a comfortable and very clean place and the staff is very friendly. Booking describes this place as having a spa, which is not true. Breakfast was good and place is beautiful.

the location turned out to be great for us. It was a short walk from the train station, in a safe area directly across from the opera house. We loved that it was very close to Monti and the Roman Forum. We walked everywhere- nothing was more than a 20-25 minute walk for us. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. it was small but had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

the room was fine, perhaps a bit musty but we opened the window for fresh air. It was a bit noisy outside our room with people using the coffee machine in the morning, but we didn't mind.

One of the aspects I particularly appreciated was its convenient proximity to various amenities, including the train station, prominent city landmarks, and a diverse range of local dining establishments.

During our stay, we encountered a minor inconvenience in one of the rooms we rented. The air conditioning unit was not functioning properly, and there was a lack of hot water. However, upon promptly notifying the hotel staff, they addressed the issues swiftly and efficiently. We did not experience any further problems after that.

We really enjoyed the room and the building. The room was just what we needed and the building has real. Kara get and charm. The staff was helpful providing g direction and insight, especially during planning and arrival.

The only negative we would say is at check in we needed a cab the next morning to a tour at the Vatican. The person at the desk said he could set up a taxi/ride for us for 50 euro due to a transit strike going on. The strike was actual but the impact did not justify such a fee. We decided to walk one block and easily found a taxi on our own for only 18 euro.

The staff was great, really kind and helpfull. The location is perfect! Really nice and safe street. The esthetic of the room and the bathroom were also great.

The room is really small for 3 people. It didn't bother us too much cause we used it just to sleep. But just 1 chair is normally not enough. Also no moskito net, that would have made our night rest better.

Great location in Rome. Quiet place, short distance to Termini station, all the main tourists attractions in walking distance up to 30minutes, restaurants, grocery shop or transportation nearby. The old fashioned lift inside was almost the same as from James Bond movie Casino Royale, we were enjoying every single ride, oh, what a sentiment :) And finally, our receptionist during the weekend, Natalie, was really great and helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to talk to her.

stay was too short ;)

Comfortable room , clean and spacious. Bathroom modern and clean with good quality soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc. Plenty clean towels. Plus air-conditioning. Front views of the Opera House. Plenty of cafes/restaurants nearby. Easy to get to all the Historic sites, within 10- 15 mins.

Great that Tea/coffee area close to room. , but for this price would expect this facility in our own room. Tv was no use to us as only news programme in English, no other programmes/films etc

What stood out for me was the cleanliness of the accommodation. Everything was well arranged, and the environment was quiet, allowing for a very restful experience. The bed deserves a special mention; it was not only comfortable but also generously sized, which significantly enhanced the quality of my sleep.

The bathroom, for instance, felt quite cramped, which took away from the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, the wardrobe's design was impractical for me—it was too high and narrow, making it difficult to use efficiently. A minor yet notable inconvenience was the absence of glasses and a wine opener, essentials that I believe should be readily available in such accommodations.

Staff is friendly and responsive (provided iron and ironing board upon ask). Very comfortable mattress. Clean room and bathroom without any smell. Good water pressure hot and cold. Excelent sound isolation from neigbors and lift, but some noise from a street (if window is opened) due to location. If you need 2 separate beds - ask in advance in booking form, staff will transform the beds and bed sheets

Some noise from the street (cars and sirenas), if window is opened. If window closed - no noise.
