Second time we’ve stayed. We like the location because it was close to a soccer complex for our tournament. It’s not in a super bustling area so no traffic noise either. The breakfast in the AM had good variety, lots of condiments and add-ons and something for everyone. It was well-stocked and clean. They even opened breakfast up earlier on Saturday because they knew a lot of families were there for tournaments and other sports events. We usually stay in a two bedroom suite because it’s spacious. We like the full-sized fridge, two bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy, and a little dining table. The staff here is the friendliest ever!

The first time we stayed on the ground floor and the room seemed newer, cleaner, shower pressure was better and beds weren’t as squeaky. My husband had to clean the bathroom wall when we arrived because by the toilet, it was very dirty.

The food is great Awesome Everyone that works there are very friendly. This is our Favorite place to stay we always stay here . We never go to another hotel

The people dressed in red they went and finished all the food. They kept sending their son and over feeling plates of food. Where he was dropping food on the floor. And the people were being Very Rude to other guests including myself. They were from Mexico with Mexico plates. I am also Hispanic but with manners. Many guests did not eat because of them .

The room was amazing and the people never gave us any issues. Everything was wonderful and we needed items there was no hesitation. It was great! Very clean and nice as well.

They need to update the AC systems in some of the rooms or at least put instructions on how to work certain things.

I like the location and the friendliness of staff. Also the breakfast was good I love that they had a van to get us to SeaWorld and back

It s nice that they had a van to take us to Sea world and pick us up. Breakfast was ok. I was expecting better choices by the way the pictures showed breakfast.

I didn't like that they was not much grassy for my little dog to go potty. Had to take her in the weeds. And it was very trashy.

Excellent service. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Great staff, very helpful friendly would definitely recommend this to family and friends. Seaworld was also amazing, and the shuttle service to inform priceless also front desk service amazing, as well as maintenance and all staff here.

Like that the place had a complimentary breakfast and staff was so kind.

That when I just walked into my room I got a “noise complaint” call from the guest beneath me, yet the staff member knew that it was the guests before us that had made the noise and we got blamed for it. It made me feel unwelcomed. Also the guest from below kept hitting up his ceiling to bother us for no reason.

Excellent location for our trip to Sea World/Aquatica!! Good assortment for the hot breakfast, and good food. During both days of our stay, the worker had a very busy time trying to keep up with the high demand, but she kept the food replenished quickly while maintaining a cheerful smile. Comfortable bed.

Walls are thin, so we could hear a lot throughout the night and morning. There was a Police officer on-site both days which was good; however, the 1st morning, all the cop did was eat breakfast and stare down at his phone non-stop. The 2nd morning, there was a different cop who was focused on eating his breakfast and flirting with the hotel staff member. At least pretend to be interested in watching the people in the facility while you're there. There didn't seem to be a need for police presence, seemed more of a waste of time and tax payer resources.

The gate to get into the pool was so difficult to open. I understand safety concerns but at times, it would not open with 2 adults trying to get in.

The location for seaworld was excellent.

The behavior of the other guests (extremely foul language from adults at the pool which was full of kids). The hallway just outside our room smelled of week ALL OF TIME.
