The breakfast was excellent. The food options were great and the hot items changed daily which was wonderful. The windows were not sound proof enough. The room we were on was street side and it was quite noisy.

The noise level from the street. If they could sound proof the window a little more it would be very helpful. The sirens and the loud motorcycles were very audible from our room.

The breakfast was great. Plenty of food to start my day. The room was large and clean. Friendly staff and plenty of close parking.

We paid extra for a room with a kitchen, and the kitchen wasn't very well equipped. It lacked the supplies to cook a full meal, such as no strainer or sharp knifes, limited glasses and utensils, and very small trash cans that filled up quickly.

We loved the room size. The location has plenty of restaurants. It's fwy close. The GM was amazing. Christmas decor was great. Western decor was fabulous. We have stayed at many Hampton Inns from San Diego to Boston as we live to travel. This was the best.

The mattress is way too hard. It's time for a more comfortable mattress. It was way better than Hampton Inn East Flagstaff, where we stayed last summer.

It was very clean and good location

The breakfast was horrible. The 3 of us ended up eating cereal, toast, and muffins the 3 days we were there. The eggs were munchie and no taste. The sausage Pattie twice they had and it was horrible, one day it was sausage and it was gross. The last day we were there they put out egg and cheese omelette, so we tried and we only took one bite and tossed it. I would come back only if the breakfast was different.

The room itself was nice and large and very accommodating. It was as an upgrade due to Booking.com failing to get the reservation information to the hotel.

The shower I felt was a safety hazard as the moving part of the door was missing causing the shower water to spray out onto the floor causing it to de a safety hazard due to wet floors…

The property was conveniently located near a shopping center with a good choice of restaurants and a supermarket. It was off a major highway intesection, but it was still very quiet. Breakfast was good.

There was a mess-up (on my part) in how many nights I was supposed to stay. The staff tried but could not reserve a comparable room for my second night.

Good location, easy access to the interstate and nice variety for breakfast. My room was spotless and the bed was comfy.

My room faced a busy road so I did hear loud cars and trucks.

Front Desk service was phenomenal. Greg was so professional and accommodating upon check in and check out process. He even called me to tell me that I left my airpods behind and he’ll mail them to me. Now, that’s service!

Yeah, washer and dryers should be card friendly when people don’t have quarters
