The location was close enough to walk to restaurants for dinner. The amenities were a hit for my family, gym and pool. The breakfast was nice and the staff was very helpful. The kitchenette was well stocked and tidy. Lots of space.

The toilet in our bathroom was extremely loud upon flushing the toilet. There was a guest complaining about not being able to check out late, the staff was explaining why it could not be accommodated and it was falling on deaf ears. The guest was making wait times at check in desk really long. Wish another staff member could have assisted those of us waiting while one handle the communication with the other guest.

Close to the mall and lots of restaurants and shopping. The aesthetic of the property is gorgeous and there was an indoor pool which was great because it was raining that weekend. Loved the free breakfast included. The room was spacious and clean and the fridge and microwave was a plus. Love the brightness in the bathroom as well.

Parking wasn’t attached to the building. It was raining when we arrived so to walk across to park was a little damper but I would still recommend this property.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was great, and the parking charges were reasonable.

There was nothing to make issue of. The breakfast was typical of these kinds of hotels. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was the fact that we had to walk to the garage to retrieve our car anytime we went out and, in bad weather, that would be a concern.

Nice location near shopping, restaurants, and the highway. Great value for the amenities which included a well stocked breakfast buffet and indoor swimming pool.

Detached garage. Drunken guest banger on our door insisting he was at his room. Not the hotel’s fault but it was especially unpleasant at the wee hours of the morning.

I liked the big room with the kitchenette. The comfortable bed and the ability to deliver Amazon packages to the reception with no extra charge.

The parking fee is quite high ($25 per night) and I'd expect it to be included with the room price or much less per day. The breakfast is one of the most minimal I've had. And the lady making the eggs needs to smile a bit more (she always seemed angry).

Pros it was very clean, spacious, had a kitchenette and very comfortable I slept great. It had an indoor pool, a gym and a nice tropical themed bar that had some food options as well.

Cons Parking was not valet. There was in a parking lot adjacent to the hotel and you had to pay daily to park your own car. The walls were thin my neighbors were arguing and I heard the entire convo like they were in my room. The “city view” was anything but.

Check-in was smooth and quick. The staff was super friendly and efficient. Location is great and in close to shopping areas and eateries. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The hallway and room smelled fresh. The mini kitchenette was nice with microwave, mini fridge, toaster, coffeemaker, and sink. The free breakfast was good, they have grab-and-go breakfast and cook-to-order foods.

Walls are paper thin. Can hear everything your neighbor is doing from baby crying to flushing the toilet to letting their window shade up. Parking is $25.

- Breakfast is great. They’ll cook you eggs with tortillas - Parking has 4 EV charging stations. Really helpful for EV owners - The pool is great, not too big and not too small

- Parking permit is quite complicated. You need to validate the ticket with receptionist every time you go in and out. The gate shows “scan barcode” but you actually need to insert the ticket to exit the parking. I was never told this the first time and ended up creating a long line of cars waiting to exit - Bed is not really comfortable. It’s too firm

I loved the room and the decor. It was very modern without feeling cold. I loved that they had a mini market in the lobby with selections. I would have chosen myself at a grocery store, even organic frozen meals. We even had a mini kitchen, with a coffee maker, and a microwave and a small refrigerator in our room. The bed was large and very comfortable with lots of pillows and even though our room faced the front, it was so quiet even on the second floor. We looked at the swimming pool, but we were not there long enough to use it or the fitness room but I love that they was there. The lobby was nice and spacious with lots of comfortable private seating areas We walked around the area where there was some nice shopping right off of Piedmont. I would definitely stay here again.

Only two things I can think of that were very minor, which was the coffee machine was not working downstairs when we went for breakfast but they did have a carafe of coffee when we went down to check out. Also, there was a smell which I think was the carpet cleaner. It was mostly in the hallways. I have a very sensitive nose and it did not bother my friend. And it was not noticeable in the room at all. I only mention it because I couldn’t quite put my finger on what it was.

The stay was great. The hotel is nestled in between this tall office bldg, and another hotel. The location is excellent for why I needed to stay. 12 minutes form the Synovus Amphitheatre and surrounded by great restaurants.
