The apartments were great if you are looking for something affordable that is close to everything in London! The kitchen had appliances to cook yourself and a bathroom with nice 5 min walking distance to the closest train station that could get you anywhere! Mahir was very nice and accommodating!
The only downside was that if you didn’t have your windows open all the time there was a bit of a smell and the fan above the oven did not work for some reason so again the windows had to be open for that.

Location and facilities. The unit is about 5-10 mins walk from Queens Park Tube station which is in Zone 2. A few bus stops are also nearby. Convenience stores, and restaurants including halal ones are also aplenty and nearby. The unit has reasonably good cooking and other facilities. All in all, great value for the price point for a place which is in London’s Zone 2.

From the moment we booked these appointments We were so impressed with everything about it. They are in an excellent location for a visit to London... we travelled a a family and were doing a theater trip and some of the family going to football at Wembley.. so The apartments are very central and extremely close to a good tube link ..Queens Park. Extremely good value for money and fantastic communication from the manager/owner who was very friendly accommodating and informative.

Hello, I'm Thai people. There are 4 people. We book a room that can accommodate all 4 people. The room is wide. We are on the highest floor, which is the 3rd floor, room number 11 before deciding to choose this accommodation. I have looked at many places and looked. many reviews So try to decide because the price is not very expensive. The service of the staff is very OK. Open the room, you will not be disappointed because the room is on the cover, there is a kitchen, there is a sofa, there is a dining table. There is a refrigerator ok. As for the area, the location is very good, near the main station. Walking to the Queen's Park underground is less than 1 kilometer. The advantages are more than the disadvantages. The downside that we found is that the room has a lot of dust, but the hotel has a vacuum cleaner in the room that can be used at all. And another disadvantage is that the bathroom at the toilet flush, if tall people will not be able to stand. because of the slope of the roof But the shower room has strong water flow and has good drainage holes. There is an ok hot water machine. Overall, I'm not disappointed at all. If there is a chance to go back to stay again

The kitchen was well equipped, much more than the average kitchen/kitchenette.
The room overall is a bit due for a renovation, but nothing was necessarily broken. The door handles weren't in the best shape, and there wasn't a lock on the bathroom door.

I like the hosts a lot. He is very, kind friendly and accommodating. The facilities might be a bit old, but everything was very clean and I think considering it being London you get good value for your money, taking also into account that there is a kitchen inside. The location is also good, 3 min walk to Queen's Park tube stop.
The facilities are a bit old and run down.

Well equipped and very clean. Excellent location close to the train station and amenities. Room is warm and garden view is calming. Neighbourhood feels safe. Owner responded very quickly to all our queries. Very helpful. Parking 6:30pm- 8:30am free and 4h pay and display or all day parking available at a waking distance.
The whole building and rooms would benefit from modernisation as they look very old. Main entrance /and room locks do not feel very safe.

It is a very good location,,close to public transport. Adam was an exceptional host, attending to our needs and was incredibly supportive. He went out of his way to help us when a taxi we had booked to Victoria Station didn't show up.
Some items we needed were missing at the beginning of our stay, but our host went out of his way to supply them.

There's everything you need for a short stay or overnight stay: comfortable beds, hot water, and a fully equipped kitchen. The landlord was very helpful and was close to the metro station.
The photos are not entirely true, in fact the apartments are clean and very practical, but simply old.

The host was extremely communicative and clear about getting into the property, etc. The room was comfortable and completely adequate to my needs. The bathroom was tiny, but considering it was a refit of an older property, amazingly functional. The location was great! While not in central London, it had it's own "town center" with restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, convenience stores. It was also a quick walk to the train station on the Bakerloo Line.
It wasn't a particular issue for me, but the walls are thin and there are other guests in the property, so there is a little bit of noise. Might be a concern for light sleepers.
