Room was comfortable, I was there with two friends and it was spacious enough for a couple days. It's very close to the beach which is nice, and in general the location was actually really nice. It's 15 min driving distance from the boardwalk which we didn't mind and there are some restaurants in walking distance and we were mainly there to chill so that was amazing. The pool and little hot tub were actually really nice and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I even used the gym twice and it's pretty small but that's honestly more than I expected for a 2 star hotel. Would definitely come back again.

Honestly, nothing comes to my mind. We didn't expect a lot since we were only there for three days, but got more than we expected for the money and the location. The facilities are maybe not the newest, but what do you expect in a 2 star hotel. I would definitely go back.

i loved the view we could see a portion of the beach and bay from our window since we were on the 5th floor. and the view of the hotels were nice! i loved the big window so the room seemed very big. the pillows and bed were comfy! the room was clean and neat!

the sink drain didn’t fully work so it was hard to wash your face and brush your teeth without the drain not working so the sink would fill up. and the tv didn’t have netflix or other streaming platforms so we just had regular channels which was fine but usually hotels have that in! but we had an ipad so we were set!

The size and comfort of the room were nice. Check in and check out were very convenient. They had a nice little "convenient " store with drinks and snacks in the lobby. If you showed your room key at a few different dining locations you received a discount on your check. We utilized it at Dennys. And the outside sundeck was nice. The distance to the non boardwalk beach was good too.

It was almost a 20-minute drive to the Boardwalk. Luckily, the drive was a pretty straight shot so it was easy. However, I wanted to partake in a few adult beverages throughout the evening and with dinner and chose not to since I had to keep driving back and forth. Also, we noticed sand in the bottom of our bathtub when we went to shower. I did not bring this up to the front desk because it didn't seem necessary at the time . We just rinsed it down and carried on.

Beach, location, bay view from our room, availability for a spontaneous summer trip, I love the rooms that have a sofa bed too!

The curtains were very difficult to pull back. The ice machine in the hall was out of order. Sheets/bedding for the sofa bed were not available in the room/closet. I needed to go downstairs and get it. I think if there's a sofa-bed, just assume people want sheets in the room. Make it easier on your guests. I wish this location had free breakfast like most other Comfort Inns.

Breakfast was at the connected Denny's. It was average.. The view from our bay view room was quite lovely. The hot tub was nice and hot! The room was clean. Front desk staff were nice and very responsive. Large refrigerator in the room.

Two separate times, I had to ask for towels for the pool area. Used towels were not picked up in the pool area. We had to call someone to unstick a stuck curtain in the room.

The room was spacious, the hot tub and pool were so much fun, the patio area outside, and the set up of the room.

The lady at the front desk at night was very rude, house keeping did not come in at all because of that we had to ask the front desk for things like trash bags and towels, and bedding on the beds had black stains on them.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the room was a tad small but very clean and nicely set up. The location was perfect for the Christmas parade, the decorations for Christmas were very nice, there was a Denny's and a movie theater adjacent to the hotel, the heated indoor pool and hot tub were a nicen bonus

The ice machine on our floor was broken but we were able to get ice on another floor, the beds were a tad hard for my preference but I'm sure plenty of people prefer a firm mattress

The room was a good size and comfortable. I had a nice view over the marshes and bay. A number of restaurants are just a short walk away and will give you a discount if you show them your hotel key card. The WiFi went down for a time on Friday, but I appreciate the staff trying to restore it as quickly as possible.

It's a little confusing to find -- 112th St does not have a light or sign at the intersection as you drive north on Coastal Highway. Look for the Denny's sign and go into the parking lot for the mall; the hotel is at the back with its own parking area. In spite of being No Smoking, there was a distinct miasma in the elevator and hallway.

THE BEACH AND THE LOCATION, 5 MINUTES FROM THE BEACH, CLOSE TO SEVERAL RESTAURANTS, DENNIS NEXT TO THE HOTEL, THE ROOM, THE BEDS WERE SUPER COMFORTABLE, THE LINENS WERE CLEAN AND SMELLY, SPACIOUS ROOM, BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE LAKE

THERE COULD BE BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RATE AND AN OPEN POOL, BECAUSE THE POOL WAS COVERED AND CLOSED WITH A VERY STRONG SMELL OF CHLORINE.

The location was perfect for us since the property sits back off the man road, which filters the noise from the street traffic. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were pleasant. I stayed in the min-suite. I would stay here again.

There was no balcony but I knew that when I booked the hotel so it didn't ruin the trip at all. Also, you have to request extra towels from the front desk since housekeeping will not enter your room during your stay.
