The double with 2twins turned out to a 2 bedroom full apartment . This was nice had a full kitchen , dinning room 2 bedrooms and a day bed with trundle in living room. WS just 3 of us but could have slept 6 nicely. Location was great.

The unit we had was great, can not speak on other parts of the location . They do need to update photos and room distribution online.

This is my second stay at Lankford. This time I had a ceiling fan in my room. I always enjoy the glass door shower. I will be back again next vacation!

I didn't like the new outside renovations. Since the renovation the front porch is gone and I also missed the continental breakfast they used to have.

Loved the view. Got an ocean facing room 103 with two twin beds on the second floor and it felt like I was sleeping on the beach. I'm a sucker for a good view so I would 100% be back, the fact that the room was so small actually enhanced the feeling of being so close to the ocean while in bed!! I really loved our stay. The café downstairs had good coffee and bfast options to buy, and the Tipsy Taco right downstairs had great food drinks and happy hour! We essentially didn't even need to leave within 100ft of the hotel it had everything right there! Parking was very convient as well and the beach is RIGHT there. Sunrise was amazing right from the bed. AC worked great! Shower pressure and water temp was amazing! Staff was friendly and it was nice to have a little fridge in the room.

the showers are old and the water pipes are rusted but for an older building right on the beach it was overall clean and well kept. The pillows were the only true downside they were flat. The beds I give a 5/10 overall.

This is my go to spot to stay when visiting Ocean City. No frills----but in an excellent location and overall comfortable, safe and friendly accommodations/customer service! I love it!

A television was located in the small kitchen/sitting room ----not in the bedroom. This set up was not ideal for a family of three who enjoys watching television at night. Not a big deal, but a little disappointing! The refrigerator in this particular is really old and has a very unattractive appearance (rust spots all over). Minor updates are needed to improve overall appearance and comfort level of rooms!

Love the location on the boardwalk and the apartment that we rented was a perfect size for two people.

Needed more chairs on the upper balcony, didn’t like they got rid of the lower balcony.

The house is right in front of the beach and located on the boardwalk, where there's plenty of evening entertainment. Despite the lively surroundings, it was very quiet during the night. The bed linens and towels were clean and fresh, and the mattress was comfortable.

The room was very small, and there wasn't much space to unpack our bags. We didn’t have a hairdryer or an iron. It would have been nice to have at least a kettle in the room (there was a shared microwave on the ground floor) for the price we have paid. The bathroom was small, and the shower cabin was old and rusty, with water that was either too cold or too hot. No elevator so we had to carry up our heavy language by ourselves.

I loved that this hotel is on the boardwalk without being in the busiest area. It was so nice to be able to relax and have comfy beds and not worry about the noise. The cleaning staff was very attentive and it was nice to have a kitchen and full size fridge. The bathrooms were dated but well maintained, I definitely appreciated that. The location was the biggest draw: it is right on the boardwalk, right next to a part of the beach where the public bathrooms are, and where the lifeguard was stationed. It was a prime location!

It is an older hotel, so that comes with some understandings. The windows for the ocean view were smaller than I'd have preferred, but that's something for eventual renovations work. The table and chairs were also very old, and will eventually need to be replaced in the next few years. There is no elevator, so if you need the place to be accessible this isn't the hotel for you.

Great location right in the middle of the boardwalk. Easy access to the beach.

Did not allow early check in at all. Was told by the front desk the morning of check out that I could leave at 11am even though check out is 10am. At 10:30 some guy who I assumed was the manager of the hotel was banging on the door. When I opened it and explained to him what I was told he did not care or even apologize for the inconvenience but instead, rudely ordered me out. This guy even stood watch outside the door while I packed my things as if I was being evicted for not paying rent. The whole situation was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.

The location is excellent with beach and boardwalk right in front of the hotel and parking lot right behind. Anytime when we needed to pick up anything from the room or the car or a snack, it was never more than 3 minutes away. We had a 2-bedroom suite with a kitchenette, which wasn't clear in the description when we booked; so we were very pleasantly surprised upon arrival!

The window AC units were very loud, but understandable for an old building. The hotel still uses physical keys instead of keycards, and we were always looking for the key while on beach being scare of losing it.

Loved the character of the building! The location was absolutely perfect - walk right out onto the boardwalk. We booked an apartment with a full kitchen area and plenty of space to hang out. First time visiting Lankford and won't be the last Most people will probably complain about the lack of elevators, but it's two flights of stairs at the most and honestly not a big deal at all!

The mattress was on the harder side - not a deal breaker by any means but I'd probably pack a topper if you have a sensitive back or hips. I was used to it by day two
