Location good 15min walk to Cavill Lane for pubs, clubs and restaurant's. Room had recently been renovated. Views from all aspects of the unit were fantastic. Gym and pool were very useful. Close to transport. All staff very friendly and helpful, particularly our dealings with Michaela who accommodated all our needs. Fully recommend the Equinox Resort for location and value for money.

Room cleaning could have been of a higher standard.

Equinox is very well located close to beach and public transportation. Our room was large, bright and comfortable. It had all we needed when we chose to self-cater, and we enjoyed using the balcony in the mornings. We had room 706 which has great views to the canal and to the sea. There is also secure parking in the basement level which is free to use. Would definitely book again - great value at the price we paid.

Some aspects of the room are in need of updating, such as the balcony furniture.

It was a great location in North Surfers. A short walk to the main area where bars and restaurants are, and a tram station just up the road. Gorgeous views of the beach and waterways. The facilities were good, everything we needed for our stay. The staff were lovely and always happy to help, and any other guests/residents we spoke too were also super lovely. For the price you pay, it’s a brilliant deal and would happily stay again!

Kitchen slightly on the small side and no oven, but this wasn’t a major issue and it was still fine for the odd meals we did cook in the apartment.

The management and staff are really great and friendly. They are approachable, responsive and always willing to help. Really liked the resort location as well.

Building and apartments are bit old so you won't find modern day appliances like Washer/Dryer/Dish-Washer in the appartments. You are supposed to wash dishes by hand and you have to use coin-laundry available on a few select floors.

Great view of both the beach and the river from balcony on both sides , fantastic swimming pool and excellent gym, staff very helpful and always there to help. It was close to the transport and of course the beautiful beach just over the road.

There’s not many eating places or bars close by unless you catch the tram which is only 2 stops away from surfers paradise.

We were on level 8 facing the beach, waking up to the sunrise was absolutely amazing!! We were in a simple studio room, bed was comfortable, kitchen had great amenities and the place was clean. The rooftop view was a standout as well. My husband said the sauna/steam and pool were good and he was able to do his hot cold therapy. We loved that theres parking. What made the stay great was Michaelas customer service, just made things simple.

The venue is outdated, and some of the rooms are residential so occasional smoke smell in the hallway was there. the common areas are motel standards and perhaps a couple decade old, that being said, well conditioned facilities and family friendly so it does what it said it would do. We were grateful we didnt need the aircon, we could leave the window open being higher up, as you can see weather has worn on the outside unit.

Great location, within walking distance to the beach as well as the main entertainment and shops. Views from the balcony are wonderful, staff were helpful, and I would definitely recommend and stay again.

The room itself could do with updating furnishings, but we didn't mind as we spent a lot of time out and about. Cooking facilities in room basic but has essentials for breakfast prep. Cleanliness left some to be desired, but staff were helpful in attending to the issues.

Stones throw to the Beach. 10 minute walk to Surfers Paradise Shopping Precinct, Cafes and Woolies. Unit is clean, comfortable, self contained and the best part is the Golden Sunrise and beautiful Sunset from the Balcony - Sea View Side.

Very Windy otherwise we liked the simplicity of the Accommodation.

I was wowed by the standard of room. Very comfy bed, heaps of hangers for clothes. Comfy lounges (2). Wrap around balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. Bus stop out front of resort. Beach out front.300 mtrs to tram stop. The only thing missing was a chef and a maid. Will definitely be back.

Location excellent view and room

Cockroach dead on carpet, 4 days still there after we left. Lights weren't working Gentleman on reception came to fix though I didn't bother telling him about the other two lights not working didn't want to bother him. Crockery missing
