This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever experienced. The staff are attentive and welcoming without being intrusive. Their friendliness and approach, along with the ‘small touches’ like picking you up from the airport, serving breakfast whenever you want (and I mean any time is fine with them), complimentary drinks, and the manager introducing themself just to check your having a good time, all makes for an exceptional experience. The laid back informality with such great service makes you feel more like you’re in a home instead of a hotel. It’s unlikely you’ll find anywhere more relaxing or with the same level of personal touch. There are only 25 rooms so it has an intimate feel about the place.

Total luxury . Treated like royalty. Sea views, breakfast when you’re ready, no set time. Cava , soft drinks and water all included. Food fabulous . Dining room with an amazing view. Complementary laundry service. The most luxurious pool beds we have ever had. Lots of wee extra touches too . We will be back.

We arrived to a lovely welcome to a gorgeous place surrounded by amazing plants, sea views and near the beach. All the staff were wonderful and we felt so relaxed chilling out in the sun and enjoying breakfast both on our terrace and in the restaurant. We loved the celebrations Lani's put on for the guests, drinks and small eats for the St Patricks Parade which happened in the middle of our visit and travelled past with dancing, music, local fire brigade and other organisations, stilts, vintage cars and bikes. We would love to return - as soon as we can get some time off - we will.

Excellent breakfast with great service and able to supply my diatary needs. All staff were exceptional and professional. A credit to Lani. The suites were exceptional. Will definitely return.

The pool area is beautiful and peaceful. Sun beds are so comfortable. The entire place is so clean and spotless. Food is great. The staff are all so lovely. Free soft drinks and water at the pool and in your room. Great location. Lots of little surprises during our stay for St Patrick’s Day etc. Free cocktail at the pool each day delivered by the staff

It is expensive - although the free water and soft drinks etc helps towards that. The decor in the rooms and reception is tacky - a lot of silver, purple and sparkle, it looks cheap - however rooms are so clean and bright which makes up for this. Hot food at breakfast can be slow to arrive

This Hotel is an absolute gem - you feel it from the moment you arrive. The staff and management go out of their way to make sure that you are enjoying your stay and that you have everything you need. Nothing is too much trouble. There has been a lot of thought put in making the guest experience special - so many small touches visible all around the property. i would highly recommend to those looking for a peaceful, luxurious sanctuary in the heart of Puerto del Carmen.

Everything about Lanis is very special. The hotel itself is beautiful, the restaurant views are awesome and the food is great ! Our room was fantastic, offering us our own private terrace with awning and hot tub. But most of all the staff are fantastic- everyone is so friendly and helpful, they make you feel like one of the family. We loved our stay at Lanis and will definitely be back.

Nothing, this is perfection

Stunning, excellently maintained, very personal service, the staff can’t do enough for you and all appear to be happy in their work. All the little touches made it an outstanding stay, free soft drinks in the fridge around the pool, sun lotion at the pool. Little souvenirs in your room of sunglasses and hats loved them. All the amenity kits in the bathrooms mean you can travel light. It’s quiet with being adults only and only 25 suites, it was just what we needed.

The staff are marvellous very helpful indeed Restaurant is excellent and the suites are comfortable Worth noting that you either get the sun in the morning or afternoon so suggest you state what side of the property you want when you book

wi fi was supposed to be good but was quite poor. they were replacing it during our visit. pool staff are very good but at times it seemed short staffed

Location superb. Breakfast excellent, much preferred choosing from a menu than a help yourself buffet. Restaurant staff very attentive but sometimes misunderstood the order - however if mentioned it was rectified quickly.

The bedroom was a little cramped - difficulty getting things into the wardrobe. The position of our particular suite did not get the afternoon sun and the outside space was not particularly private but this did not spoil our stay.
