Easy drive in/parking. Nice to have a pool (two actually). Nice to take a walk on Main street, walking distance to the JFK museum. We unexpectedly got 2 rooms with connecting doors which was nice while travelling as a family. Great shower. Nice touch to be able to tap hot water for tea 24/7. Easy drive to fabulous Kalmus beach. We took a ferry to Nantackut , and walked to the checkin point in 10-12 minutes .

Location was convenient, within walking distance of the main st shops close to everything we needed. Rooms are good sized not crammed at all.

Tub and sink in our room took forever to drain, while showering feet stayed covered in dirty water. New beds could be a potential upgrade as you can tell even just the mattresses are so old and worn in it’s hard to be comfortable. There’s no bell or anything at the main desk, any time we went in to ask for something needed we just had to stand there till someone came out to help us.

Convenient location. Walkable to shops/restaurants in downtown, the ferries/marina area, as well as local attractions like mini golf or dinner train. Room was clean/comfortable. Indoor & outdoor pools were available. Shower & tub.

2nd floor is only accessible by stairs. I felt like every time we were coming or going (especially at night) their were people hanging out in the parking lot smoking pot/listening to music. They didn't exactly bother us, but it felt inconsiderate to other guests.

Best rates on whole East coast at the time of booking, (I drove down from Montreal just to export my car so had to kill 4-5 days anywhere in the US). Area is close to beaches, connecting roads, the ferry and restos, the charming little downtown, and while I was there it was very beautiful and calm. Other guests were quiet as mice, cleaning staff respected checkout time and didn't wake me up at the crack of dawn to fit their schedule as I've had happen everywhere else!

Location, being close to the center of town and transportation, amenities, size of the room, having a view of the center of town from our window this time. We come here every year, it is a great place to stay.

When we were fixing our covers, we found things behind the mattress and thought more care could be taken when cleaning the rooms after the previous customer.

we take a yearly family trip to the cape every year for the past few years for the Yarmouth seaside festival (which the kids always love by the way) we usually stay at the Yarmouth resort but they closed down due to the migrant crisis going on so we found this nice laid back Inn the check in was fast and easy the staff was ok they serve coffee in the mornings or all day I believe (I have my own Keurig I travel with everywhere) there is a soda machine on the bottom level outside along with the ice machine our room was a decent size for a family of 8. we had room 82 I want to say which is the corner room on the second floor above the office. the room came with 2 queen beds,a couch ,fridge (we had to request a microwave even tho other rooms had one), a dining table and ac/heat the bathroom was decent the room and bathroom windows faced the back/side of the hotel to a parking lot (not associated with the hotel) there is 2 pools the 1 that was open was inside it has 2 entrances 1 was threw the office and from the 2nd floor right above the office. there was plenty of seating and towels the water was lukewarm the pool is 9ft the Inn is located within walking distance to public transportation there’s stores,shops, attractions and restaurants as well within walking distance and my favorite a airport (I love watching the planes take off and land) I would definitely recommend and we will be back next year thank you for the decent service

office staff wasn’t really as friendly as other places but they wasn’t rude if that makes any sense. there is no bathroom in the pool area just in the office really wish there was a jacuzzi/hot tub but the water was still ok wish they were open all year cause my wife and I had plans to have our couples trip here in November

Location Pools were very clean. The grounds were clean. Coffee in office was good and available all day. Check-in and out were easy. You could walk to town, the bay and a few restaurants.

Room was old. Cleaning involved vacuuming the floor, making the bed, if you don't.Changed towels and supplied soap and shampoo. Bathroom was never cleaned. Cleaning staff was somewhat pleasant, but could not understand me. No change of sheets on extended stay unless you asked. After the end of the day when I came back to relax, they were at my door. Also, realized people live there. Noise from the floor above me was disturbing. Could hear every step. 2 floors. Be sure you can climb stairs. Value for stay was good, if the above would not disturb you.

It was a good place for a great price. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, pillows were great too. I didn't have time to use it, but the pool looks sparkling clean.

It was a nice place for the price. Nothing fancy. Also, the first floor rooms were close to the side alley and it didn't feel safe with the older windows. If I'd been alone or without my husband I would have definitely asked to move to an upper floor. But overall it was good.

This was a very convenient and comfy stay. It is 5min walk to the main street for bars, shops and restaurants. 10min walk to the harbour and the ferries. Ample amount of parking spaces. Clean and spacious. The pool was great to end the day with and they have a wee coffee/tea station to help yourself with. Good rates too, comparing to the others in the area.

The motel is close to a train docking station (I think, I could be wrong) and you can hear the horn at times. There's alot of shake on the ground if you're staying upstairs when other guests are walking to their units. There's a bath but no stopper to have one so only shower. The pool is there anyway.

Room was clean and what I expected. Good location

I requested 11am to noon check in. When I went in they person behind the counter was VERY rude. He said very abruptly come back after 3pm. I said I am sorry I know it isn’t guaranteed but I requested early checking. He looked ( annoyed) and said COME BACK IN A HOUR. at that point I was ready to try and find another hotel because of his attitude. Instead I went and enjoyed my day being a tourist and we came back around 4pm. This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. I don’t know if I will be back.
