The communication and instructions to gain entry after hours were great. Easy to get in, super clean, comfortable. only one night but location perfect for an early bus out of Sofia. Will stay again.

nothing but one suggestion would be some water in the fridge as the tap water was not for drinking and we arrived when everywhere was shut. maybe a kettle and some hot drink facilities would be great.

Overall, I am very grateful to the staff working at the counter for allowing me and my friends to check in early. In addition, we were also allowed to leave our luggage in the luggage storage room. The hotel's strategic location allows me to walk to the tourist hotspots and bus station. The hotel has an elevator.

The room for four people is too narrow and difficult to move around. The hotel should provide bunk beds to save space. The bathroom is also small. The hotel should provide at least one electric kettle and a cup for guests to make hot drinks during the winter.

For the price we were very surprised how nice it was. You have towels and shampoo included. It was very clean and the people at the reception were very nice. We came after midnight and there was no problem with it. We just received a code to get in and we checked in in the morning. It is a great place to stay on a budget but comfortable. The location is good too, we wondered around and we always got to the city center by foot. Bus and train station is very close too. We took a taxi from the airport as we landed very late, it cost around 11€ for two people to the hotel.

The shower was a bit different as it is written in different reviews but it is not a big deal. It's just a tiny inconvenience.

It was close to the train station and not too far from the airport so perfect for what I needed. Reception was available before 9.30pm which was nice to see somebody- even better the lady spoke English so she could welcome us. The room was very warm even though it was winter when we stayed.

Double bed is made up of 2 separate mattresses but it was still comfortable.

This hotel is good, although I would choose a different name because "cheap" is associated with meaning "quality low." Rooms are good, location is near the central bus station, but not too far from the centre, either. I was used to walking and it took 20 min to the centre of Sofia. I recommend this hotel for both short or longer staying.

The shower has no separated space inside the bathroom, but the floor is dry quite quickly.

I didn’t expect much from the name and price of the hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised. A nice and clean room, friendly staff, working elevator, great location just a few minutes from the central train / bus station - we can recommend it!

Only downside was the wet cell bathroom (open shower with drain in the middle of the room, floods everything)… It’s okay for a few nights though.

Does what it says on the tin. Conveniently located for bus and train stations.

They didn’t have facilities to look after luggage after check out, so we went to the bus station and used the staffed left luggage counter there.

Central location, clean, nice staff. Near central bus station and a mere walk to the lion's bridge which leads to Sofia's historical centre.

All facilities are up-to-date and are well kept. But be warned that the shower is an Italian type. It's a question of getting used to.
