The hotel is in a great location. It is a 8 min walk to Liverpool lime street station and has many restuarants, casual food places, bar's and things to do. It also had a really nice mediterranian restaurant on the ground floor with great food if you fancy staying in.Would highly reccomend this hotel for a short stay

I didn't expect to stay which meant I did not have my toiletries or nightwear on me. It would be nice to provide basic things in the room like a toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush or some basic nightwear options if possible. Overall there is nothing I can say bad about this hotel, it exceeded my expectations, was really comfortable, staff were friendly and polite and the aethetic of the hotel itself was worth the price I paid. The bed was also really comfy and a had a great night sleep

Thanks to the hotel for accomodating my request to have a few birthday surprises in the room for my partner, lovely clean room and helpful staff, enjoyed breakfast, we stayed gor 3 nights and cleaner came in to clean room up and refill during our stay.

The room was very noisy and it did impact our sleep, there was a nightclub/bar outside the room and friday and saturday the music was blasting loudly until 2am, wish we had been informed of this prior when checking in as i would have requested another room but by the time we realised i had unpacked everything

Near the city centre and the staff were friendly and polite. Restaurant of the hotel had very tasty dishes.

The isolation between rooms was very poor . You could hear every single step of the family who were staying on the room above us and their child was going up and down the room even 3am in the morning,which affected our sleep too. The heating system wasn’t working when I wanted to make the room warmer and it was making a strong noise. As it wasn’t possible to warm the room, I requested two double duvets extra for my self and my kids,and the staff were very helpful,even though it was 1.30am

Location fab.staff amazing . Late check in and the issue with the bathroom but staff were absolutely brilliant and moved us straight away. Day after offered us another room but we stayed put as they told us that there might be noise because it would be too close to pub across the road. Complimentary drinks and free breakfast for the inconvenience so very happy with the experience. Lovely warm cookies on arrival lovely touch. Shower was great and everything spotless

Booked a superior king room as we had to have a walk in shower but room we got had a bath with overhead shower. On booking.com pictures showed walk in shower. It was for our wedding anniversary and the room was beautiful but no good for us because of shower situation. To be fair the staff were brilliant and moved us to a different room with great shower but the room wasn’t as nice as other room. Breakfast was ok later going down on Saturday morning most food was gone but better Sunday as we went down earlier.

Hotel was clean and tidy. Only downside was you have to pay separately for the Spa, we have never known of this and we've stayed in many Spa hotels up and down the country.

Reception gave poor directions so we went to the wrong car park and paid full price instead of £28 we paid £52. We weren't the only couple either that this happened to. If the receptionist had said there's 2 carparks it's the 2nd 1 then that would have been much better. Really poor communication skills.

An outstanding location and everywhere is within walking distance. The shower was top rate with a perfectly placed handrail. The breakfast was again top of the range quality. My wife and I also had food from the evening menu - Prawn 65/chicken skewers - both dishes were delicious, full of flavour and spice. The bar waiter was a really nice chap with knowledge of the hotel. The blackout curtains enabled us to have a long lie in. Oh, and there is a fridge to keep a bottle of water/pop in.

Breakfast was great and plenty of options, the room was nice but did have a few little maintenance issues but nothing that would cause any issues just a little tired. The location was excellent,just where you need to be for everything. A big thing for me was I emailed them about a big birthday for my wife to see if I could have a certain drink she liked but unfortunately they don’t sell it but when we arrived there were rose petals on the bed with 2 swans as well and a piece of cake with happy birthday on there which started our trip off perfect.

Staff were very pleasant.Rachel and Danny were so chatty and friendly at breakfast and extremely helpful.I would certainly return it was a very central location .

Found the dinner package misleading as we had booked for b&b plus dinner on each evening. When we arrived, it was a £25 credit towards dinner.Would have preferred if this was all in the initial payment . It was a gift a friend, and then she insisted on paying for any extras .I thought I had a great deal booked, but obviously not.

The hotel was lovely, and the room we picked was very spacious clean and comfortable. The bathroom was big double sink very large bath and the shower was excellent.

I expected a bit more from the bar to be honest. My wife asked for a pink prosecco or a sparkling wine and they didn't have either. Then we ate at the Koukash restaurant it was a bit expensive for what you get, but expected that to be honest. The air conditioning was either too hot or too cold. My wife had a body massage it cost £100 for 1 hour and if we wanted to use the pool afterwards it would cost a further £25 each.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Everything we wanted was in walking distance and not too far away! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, answer any questions we had. In particular the spa manager who was on the desk when we paid was so lovely! She had a chat with us about what brought us to Liverpool and made us feel so welcomed.
