The Motel is minutes walk from the shops and eateries. We were there to do a little bit of cycling and found we could cycle from motel up to Waikino Train Station and back. Later we drove back to the old Tavern just before the station, well worth a visit. The Gin tastings were amazing, as was the food, what a treat! Our rooms had great showers, I was grateful that volumes on TV’s were kept at decent level and rooms were lovely and quiet. The beds are firm, however the size was great being a super king and the pillows were good quality too.

Ideally located at the edge of town, a two-minute walk from the bike rental shop and next to the Paeroa start of the Hauraki rail trail. The king-size bed was super-comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped — even with treats like hot chocolate and biscuits, as well as excellent coffee and an array of teas and tisanes. The shower is a 10, such great pressure it was hard to get out. The staff are friendly and helpful. Oh, did I mention, the municipal pool is right next door and open for lane-swimming from 6 am to 9 am. Location, location, location! 10 on 10.

Perfect location for cyclists , next to the Hauraki Rail Trail, with secure bicycle storage on site. Around the corner of cafés, restaurants and shops. Modern, clean & comfortable room. Friendly staff. Leaving the car long before check-in to go cycling as well as leaving the car after check-out for more cycling was not a problem either. Will happily come back again.

Bicycle storage a little limited (max. 4) for e-bikes that can’t be suspended from hooks on the wall.

Can not faulty any aspects, our room was excellent location, and the cleaners of the unit and the presentation were exceptional. The products that were available from the shampoo to the hand wash excellent. Reception staff person, focused on making sure customers needs were met

The location is only one of many highlights about Pedlars😊close too town yet the street noise is very minimal if any noise at all, comfy beds, high pressure showers, warm on cold nights and cool on warm nights with the handy aircon, bonus big screen so there's zero squinting💯

Unfortunately leaving this place is our most unliked time of our stay, but like many other guests we will definitely be back,Thank you.

A classic motel room with limited facilities but very well done. It was warm cosy and adequate for our needs. WE were out all day and only used it for bed and breakfast. The staff were informative and cheerful. The location was spot on for what we wanted to do in the area.There were restaurants on the doorstep. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Parking a great big truck outside the door made the room dark. Could have done with a tray and dish rack for washing up as the crockery is delicate which was a joy as it was not the usual thick heavy pots,

Making the booking was easy on line. Arriving at the office, I was met by a very pleasant receptionist. The room is very comfortable, and the air-conditioning unit was great due to the 29 degrees in the parking area. Having a licensed restaurant, One 3 One next door also made the stay very pleasant as it just walking distance which made having a couple of alcoholic beverage with a great meal very very enjoyable.

This is a lovely new motel situated just behind the shops in the centre of town, but very quiet. It is in excellent condition. The facilities are great, the shower has high pressure and unlimited hot water (if one needed a lot). Infinity gas seems to be shared by only two units, which is great.

This is personal taste, but we found the bed a bit hard for us, and the reason we gave a 9 rather than 10. Still, a very good motel.

Stayed at this hotel recently and was impressed by how modern and well maintained it is. The design is sleek and contemporary, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. It’s also super convenient, great location with easy access to everything we needed. Parking was a breeze, which made check-in and coming and going really stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean modern spacious very well put together lovely staff and close to everything

Our shower pressure was abit strong it flooded our bathroom we’ve stayed here before and it’s never happened who doesnt love a good shower pressure tho but ours I think was abit on the faulty and needed tuning but it absolutely doesn’t take away from the quality of the room.
