Charming historical hotel, superb breakfast, large comfortable rooms. All the staff were friendly and the Duty Manager Tamir was extremely caring and helpful in arranging transportation and booking a fantastic tour of the Gap of Dunloe, as per his recommendation. He also was very helpful with dining recommendations.

Nothing.

We want to thank the entire team at Earl Court House in Killarney, especially Mr. Tamir, Nora, and Mrs. Marian. Mr. Tamir and Nora kindly offered us an upgraded room, and Mrs. Marian kept our room impeccably clean and well-maintained. Our suite was very spacious, and the bathroom featured both a jacuzzi and a shower. The breakfast was excellent, perfectly attended by the friendly staff, offering a selection of à la carte dishes, as well as coffee, juices, and more. We were celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary, and they surprised us with some chocolate cake slices, which we couldn’t even finish because we had just had dinner! Such a lovely touch that made our stay even more special. We especially appreciated Mr. Tamir’s patience and guidance, explaining the best places to visit, such as the Doolin ferry we used, and advising on the correct route to visit the Ring of Kerry, instead of the one we had initially planned. Highly recommended!

I spoke with the night manager the second night we stayed and asked if the kitchen staff could be made aware of the level of noise they were talking at. There was no noise problem after this. All the staff were friendly. The cooked breakfast was a little limited if you don't eat meat, but fresh and well cooked and enough variety for two mornings. Plenty of car parking and the room was spacious if slightly old fashioned. It was a nice novelty to sleep in a canopied bed again! Near enough to walk into town if you want.

Our first night the room was warm. We left the bathroom window open for air but unfortunately it was over the kitchen and I could hear the staff talking quite loudly at 0530hrs. It was a social chat rather than work related. The bath is slightly on the high side as I am only 5 feet 4. You have to climb in carefully to use the shower but there are hand rails.

This was our second stay at Earls Court and it won't be our last. Already looking forward to our next stay here. On arrival we were surprised with an upgrade, and wow we had the most gorgeous suite. A beautiful hotel, the decor is just stunning. All the staff are extremely helpful, always checking that we have enough of everything. The breakfast is plentiful to suit every pallet and cooked fresh to order. We have recommended Earls Court to lots of our friends.

We didn't not like anything. But we do want to recommend a couple of things. The hairdryers in the rooms are very poor and could do with replacing. And a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cool would be a bonus. But these as I said are recommendations and would not stop us from returning.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great advice on recommendations for dinner at local restaurants. Good location from INEC if attending a concert/ gig or from town only 10 minutes walk. Good parking options . Room was bright and airy, clean with large shower , toiletries provided if needed. Olde worlde vibe , nice seating areas outside . Breakfast options very good Gardens well maintained . Overall a very pleasant stay - would recommend

Balcony had a high wall , 2 sunchairs provided on balcony were low so when sitting down looking at said wall as opposed to views, a little bistro set would be better .

Everything from the staff, location, food and facilities were fabulous. We were greeted by Nera and upgraded to a balcony room. The room was large, airy and my pet peeve it was spotless with room for storage and a large walk in shower. There is a huge front sitting area if you want to read or just relax. The room was quiet with no sound of the rooms around us and almost zero street noise. We were greeted by Emma and Agnes for breakfast which was impressive with a large selection of meals to chose from and breads, yogurt and fruits. We really enjoyed the little bar for drinks after walking during the day. Sinead at the desk gave the best tips for our trip to Dingle and Around town. We are travelling for 6 weeks and we hated leaving as the bar will be almost impossible to meet. Huge thanks especially Sinead, Emma and Nera.

Leaving!

My daughter was dancing at the World Championships at Glen Eagles. Which is about 10-15 mins walk from Earl Court. It is so quiet and homely. We had an amazing room with a 4 poster bed and jacuzzi. It was the nicest room. We never heard a thing. And the staff were all so kind and helpful. They were so friendly all wished my daughter good luck, and then asked how she got on. And no matter what not anything was too much trouble. It was such a lovely experience. Oh and not to forget the lovely breakfast, which was freshly made and definitely hit the spot.

The only thing that I could comment on was maybe it was a bit dated. But it was so lovely to stay somewhere that didnt look the same as every other hotel I didn't mind it at all but my daughter thought it was a bit dark.

The charming staff, cosy rooms and excellent hearty breakfasts

The location was a little out of town with a brisk 15 minute walk to get to central restaurants and shops. That said, we chose the hotel for its proximity to the Racecourse, and it was indeed a pleasant 10 minute stroll, mostly through a riverside park, to get there. We were very satisfied with our choice of hotel in a town entirely dominated by tourism and where there is certainly plenty of choice available for places to stay.

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay at this fabulous hotel. From the moment I was greeted by name when we arrived, to the incredible, welcoming service of Agnes and the team in the breakfast room, to Sinead's friendly warmth at reception - we loved it all. The rooms were specious and spotlessly clean, the beds large and comfortable, the overall vibe was relaxed and friendly - this hotel is Irish hospitality at its very best. The team really go out of their way to make sure each guest feels welcome and comfortable. 10 out 10. We'll be back!!

I couldn't fault it.

We LOVED everything. The hotel was the perfect location to enjoy the town and the Bike Festival. Fifteen minute walk either direction. The entrance was very warm and inviting to just sit down and relax. The bedroom was spacious, quiet and so comfortable. The bath was a welcomed plus after a long day riding the motorcycle. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff serving us were so friendly. Food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the elevator... Level One... Level Two... Level Tree

Not one thing.
