Excellent location, close to Metro stop, walking distance to ferry port, walking distance to airport transport, walking distance to old town.Air-conditioning was working and was a blessing in scorching heat.Room spacious and confortable. Host very responsive. I would love to stay there again if back to Napoli.

Internet connection was not working all the time.Room could do with an eating table.More hangars in the closet, please.Maybe an option for ironing clothes.We didn't need it, but I didn't noticed anywhere any ironing board and ironing mashine.

We stayed at Porto Rooms & Suite for one night prior to our departure to the airport. Upon booking, Salvatore was very communicative and helpful. Ensuring that our check-in and arrival was smooth. Upon arriving, Salvatore greeted us at the door, extremely polite. The room was clean with comfy beds, and very spacious. The location was excellent just across the Metro for convenience. Also, near shops and many restaurants. We highly recommend Porto Rooms & Suites if anyone is thinking of visiting Naples.

Porto Rooms & Suite is located in the historical city. Everything is at walking distance. Good metro connection to points of interest a bit further away like Museo Capodimonte and alike. Porto Rooms is very quiet. Small shops and Caffè de la Borsa (friendly & good coffee) are nextdoor. The owner, Salvatore, is an excellent host. He stands by with all the service that you may need. His service includes transport from and to the airport. The rooms are very clean and everything functions as it should do.

I was impressed with the accommodations provided at the property, particularly in an urban setting. The manager displayed exceptional courtesy throughout my stay, ensuring I was familiar with the location, personally assisting me to my room, and ensuring I had all necessary amenities. They took the time to acquaint me with the various features in the room, such as lighting controls, television remotes, and air conditioning operation, as well as guiding me on how to navigate the property independently. Furthermore, the manager was accommodating and responsive when I needed to depart early for a work-related matter, promptly communicating through WhatsApp. The room also included informative city guides and helpful tips for navigating Naples for a first-time visitor. Overall, my experience staying within the city was made comfortable and welcoming by the attentive management.

Navigating the parking situation proved to be somewhat challenging, particularly when arriving late. This is a common occurrence in urban areas.

Superb stay. Stayed 3 nights in July 25. Owner Salvatore was super helpful before and during our stay. Easy check in, room was spotlessly clean and modern. Had everything you need. Excellent location , walking distance to the Main Street with bars and restaurants, train station, old town. A longer walk or short distance in a taxi to the beach and restaurant area. Would highly recommend.

The room is nice and big. The location is great near the main attractions of the city but also the port that we used to go to Ischia. The service via whatsapp was always good.

The cleaning person left our door open after doing the cleaning, we found it when we came back late at night, they should be more careful. The check in wasn't as expected, a woman received us and she gave us 3 keys and went without explaining us which key was for what, I had to go after her and ask. Also, the city tax payment was a bit messy, they asked us to do it in cash but we tried to pay it twice and they didn't have change, the second time they received the payment without giving us the change... they are missing some things to be a 10.

The room was large, clean and had everything you need for your Naples trip. The location was also top notch, with restaurants and bars so close by. Salvatore is also a great host, always available for anything you need.

Salvator is a fantastic host, he did his best to please and help us. The room was spacious and clean. The extra bed was small but quite comfortable. The bathroom was also great. The location was convenient.

The carpark recommended next to the accommodation is a rip off. I paid 90 euros for 3 days and they charged me another 24 euros for 2 hours of extra time. So to be avoided at all costs.

It was a large, comfortable room with marble floors and Salvatore was always available (and very prompt to respond!) through Whatsapp to handle any concerns that we had. The bathroom was large and we loved the shower. He also let us have a late checkout. His english was also quite good so there were no issues communicating.

It would be nice to have had two chairs and a real desk. I suppose most people are not going on business so maybe this is asking too much. There was a long sofa, but this was not comfortable for a tall person like me. For most guests, this would not be a problem. The other quirky thing was that the elevator required a 20 centimes piece to work. Salvatore gave us three of these, but if you are coming in and out and don't want to walk up and down 2 stories worth of stairs you will need to be prepared to load up on these coins. These were minor inconveniences, so don't avoid this nice spot because of them.

Awesome experience, very clean and modern. Nice room with makeup desk area, closet, safe, great AC, excellent water pressure. Private entrance, soundproof door. Comfortable bed and pillows. Reasonably priced water and drinks in the fridge. The owner was very kind and helped me with a lot of questions and even with a small issue I had with the taxi that brought me there. I would highly recommend Porto room and suites, it's a great value and the location is right next to a subway station making traveling easy and fast.
