Rooms are simple but spacious and clean with generous bathrooms. AC kept rooms cool and comfortable in hot humid weather. Fridge, coffee machine and bottled water in room were appreciated. Location is perfect only a few minutes walk from the Duomo, Tower and the old town. Staff welcoming and friendly. Parking available a five minute walk away.

The hotel is hidden in the ZTL so if arriving by car you need to be confident negotiating narrow streets and heedless pedestrians. Check in is closed for lunch from 12:30 to 2pm - not a problem for us as they allowed us to check in early but good to be aware. Front door and room access is by entering a seven digit code which felt a bit complicated.

Absolutely fantastic!! Excellent location, close to the tower, restaurants and bars, brilliant friendly communication, with a lovely room and gardens that didn’t disappoint. I wish we could rate it higher. Exceptionally helpful right from the off, our room was ready early and was very well equipped, we had a beer in the garden after a busy day sightseeing, breakfast outside in the delightful gardens. Allowed us to store our luggage on the day of departure and even ordered us the taxi to the airport. A wonderful stay!!

Nothing at all!

I was a solo traveller and whilst I was only staying one night, I did take a lot of time researching where I would like to stay so that I was in convenient proximity to the train station, airport and all the sightseeing. I was absolutely delighted with my choice. The room was everything I expected and Francesca was absolutely delightful, extremely helpful and made my short stay totally complete. Should I need to stay in Pisa again I will undoubtedly book a room here.

Absolutely nothing… Everything was exactly as described (if not better!) and it was very close to the sightseeing attractions yet tucked away in a quiet street. Excellent location.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely amazing – just 200–300 meters from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, right in the heart of the city, with plenty of lovely cafés nearby. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment was beautiful and cozy, with our own private balcony offering a stunning view. Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were very kind and helpful. We truly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pisa – it made our trip unforgettable!

The location couldn’t be better. About a two minute walk to the Tower and Basilica. The staff were amazing, so incredibly friendly and helpful. The shower was great, plenty of hot water. The room was spacious and clean. The view from my room to the inner garden was lovely, especially at night, when they turn on the garden lights.

My room was right off the entrance, reception and breakfast area. This made it particularly noisy during busy times and if you’re a late sleeper or looking for a lie in, then you may disturbed by the noise.

Our group of 10 Adults had a wonderful stay occupying 5 rooms, all of which were spacious and very clean. The location is perfect for city sightseeing and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Francesca and her staff were very welcoming and accommodated all our needs, providing restaurant recommendations, booking taxis and helping to organise a wine tour trip. Our daily breakfast was excellent… Many thanks from us all.

Fabulous B&B in the centre of Pisa. Great location with a lovely square outside with a restaurant and shops. Only a short walk to the Tower and Cathedral and there are endless restaurants and shops along the way. The staff are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Staff arranged airport taxis for us which was great. The room - for 2 adults and 2 children was spacious, clean and overlooked the square which was lovely. The breakfast was continental and had a great choice.

The B&B itself we found difficult to find. We used our sat nav and found the street but it did not take us directly to the B&B so we had to ask around as the plaque outside the door is very small and easily missed. There were some parts of the B&B that could do with a touch up of paint but this is being very critical.

We loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, a 5-minute walk from the leaning tower of Pisa, and within easy walking distance of everything. The room was spacious equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the bed was big and comfortable. The surrounding area was nice and we felt secure at all time in this all code-accessed facility. A beautiful and delicious buffet style breakfast was served everyday in a lovely open area overlooking the courtyard. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s rare for us to stay at a place where everything was great and we had nothing negative to mention.

Excellent B&B! Wonderful staff that made us feel at home. The location is perfect, walking distance to loads of place, lots of restaurants nearby and even a little park right next where you can enjoy some gelato. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, we had everything we needed. The interior garden was also lovely and a great plus for us as a bigger group also travelling with kids. Highly recommend and if we ever come back to Pisa this is where we will be staying!

We liked the way the old building has been renovated into a hotel with modern comforts and yet still retaining the old features. Great location for walking around Pisa.

Not being used to double beds we found that bouncing up and down when your parter moves is somewhat irritating when you are sleeping. Whilst the breakfast is nicely varied we found the layout a little confusing, perhaps the owners could review that.
