It's a beautiful hotel, lovely big rooms with nice rainfall showers, comfortable beds etc. it's also very conveniently located by many trams and the Zagreb bus station for easy transport. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

I was not expecting a breakfast, so getting one was a welcome surprise, but it could use a bit more variety. Other than that it was a great hotel.

This was an absolutely perfect stay. We selected the iNova because of its close location to the bus terminal. It was just over the road. We walked into the center of Zagreb in 15 minutes, but also took the tram in which was just across the street and really easy to use. The staff were incredible. Sven and the other staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. Our rooms for our family of 6 were brilliant, and even joined. We had a great breakfast, including gluten free options and there was a supermarket just around the corner to buy supplies for our onward journey.

We loved the whole stay.

A small, new-ish hotel with all the facilities I would hope for. It's in an ideal location, across the street from the Central Bus Station where the bus from the airport arrives. Although it's close to a busy road during the day, the room was quiet. It was also spacious and comfortable. The weather was very hot and sunny so the air conditioning was needed. It was a complicated system and there were no written instructions but when the staff showed me how it worked, it was perfect. The staff were fantastic -so friendly and helpful - and all spoke good English.

The fridge in the room wasn't particularly good at keeping water in my water bottle cold but the staff were able to provide chilled water when needed. Although there's a selection of food at breakfast that would suit most people, I was disappointed that there were only 2 cereal options and I didn't like one of them. A minor point really but this is the only hotel I've been in that didn't have muesli as an option.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – “Immaculate stay in Zadar!” From the moment I arrived at Hotel iNova, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available for anything I needed. The room was spotless—honestly one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in—and had a fresh, modern design that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The location couldn’t be better—right next to the main bus station and just a short walk to the old town and waterfront. It made getting around super convenient, especially with luggage. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary water on arrival.

This is the best hotel you could ever find in Zagreb. The location, amenities, cleanliness, and friendliness are all top-notch. But what truly sets those guys apart is the soul they have! Every person who works there is such a bright, kind human being. I ran into an issue, and they offered their help right away, without a second thought. Words can’t describe how grateful I am to Neven, Sven, and Amir at the reception. If it weren't for them, I would be in a really tough spot right now. I've never met anyone like them. If there were more people like these guys, the world would be a better place! If I ever fly back to Zagreb, this would be the only place I'd stay. As a solo female traveler, you never know what kind of people you will meet, but rest assured, this place is the best bet.

Wow, we had such a great stay at Inova! First of all, they had the sofa bed already made up for my kids. The location is perfect, especially if you need to catch an early bus first thing in the morning. The staff was exceptional, wish I would have gotten their names. The lady that set up the breakfast was so kind. When we checked in they said the breakfast began at 7:00. To our surprise, when we came to the lobby at 6:45, she had the breakfast all ready for the day. Our group of 7 all enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay here again!

We had left an apartment that just wasn’t up to the rating and booked in here at 10:30 at night .. the reception at that time was excellent and they were very helpful throughout our stay . The room itself was absolutely spotless and clean . The bed very comfortable and the bathroom perfect. Although the property is on a main road there was no outside noise at all. It might seem to be a way out of town but it was a one dollar ten minute tram ticket into the city . Trams are very frequent. The bus station is across the road and there is pub around the corner as well as supermarkets, sandwiches and pharmacy . If ever I get back there I’d book in again .. excellent

Nothing to dislike

Room was clean. Complimentary breakfast was great surprise! Coffee and that breakfast in the morning were highlight of my stay here. Mattress is very comfy. Hotel is new and the furniture is in good condition.

When I entered my room was very cold and could not increase the temperature. So first night was very unpleasant. Also, there was a bad smell all the time - in the hallway and in my room. Maybe they have some problems with ventilation. Pillows are very bad. Next day they did something to fix the problem with the temperature, but after 10 p.m. again it was very cold in my room. Bathroom has floor heating, but it wasn't working, so that was very unpleasant.
